Good food, prices are a lot higher the your standard doughnut shop. The serving size is generous so one is enough to fill you up. Some of the sweets are enough for 2 people. Order ahead, the staffing shortage means long wait time to get your in person order. Well worth it, but the high volume of customers Sunday morning made us late to church.

The August seasonal kolache is amazing! I always get the sausage and gravy and polish sausage kolaches too. You cant go wrong with any of them.Lenny is so friendly and always has a smile on his face.

Kolaches are stuffed full! Spicy ranchero with egg encompassed in a sweet roll is the winner! Super friendly workers too. The guy recognized us and makes us feel like regulars. Great coffee too.

Dulce, the manager at this location was an absolute lifesaver for me this week. I called her when our usual bakery company couldn’t complete an order for the hotel I work at. I literally gave her 2 hours notice & she and her amazing staff were able to whip out 210 fresh kolaches for me. I made it back to the hotel with minutes to spare before an event was starting. Had she not been able to help me, 200 people wouldn’t have had breakfast that day. I can’t say enough good things about her, her staff & this great location.

This location is amazing, but on behalf of a few friends, there’s an older cashier gentleman that assaulted them all while throwing profanity at them. They are looking to file a lawsuit but I wanted to post this on their behalf so others are aware of the experience and are more weary.

I couldnt make up my mind and I was really hungry, because I didnt eat anything for dinner the night before so I got the cheeseburger, the chicken quesadilla, the smokehouse sausage and philly cheese steak. Of course I ate them all before making it back to work. I never realized they had this one that close to my job, I had only been to the one in Plano. Actually didnt know there was more than one, but since I know now Ill definitely be going a lot more often. I unfortunately didnt get a chance to take any pictures this time, Ill try to see if I can manage to get a pic or two before consuming everything on the next visit.

Cheap and filling and lots of choices. Sausage and gravy is my Midwest go to but some of the other options are pretty good as well.

Absolute horror show. Ordered online, wait time was one hour, ok that’s fine, a little long but I get it if they’re busy. Stroll into the store at the estimated time, place was completely empty which puzzled me. Asked about the order, guy behind the counter just flat out told me the order wasn’t even STARTED. No apology, no excuse, staff just didn’t care. On top of which they had the audacity to tell us to wait another ten minutes for one of the items I’d ordered in advance. I waited ten minutes and asked how much longer it would be, they told me ANOTHER ten minutes. After that, I told them to forget it and just give me one of the other flavors. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have walked out in disgust. The kolache’s are ok, but this is the second time I’ve dealt with lackluster sloth like service at this store. There’s plenty of other stores in the area and it’s just not worth this hassle; not going back.

First time trying Kolache and I really enjoyed it. There were so many variety to pick from. Didn’t know what to get so I decided on their sausage & gravy, sausage jalapeño & cheese, blueberry and chocolate Kolache. Man, they were pretty damn good. The sausage & gravy was spot on and the chocolate was so satisfying. They are known for the bread and I can see why. The bread was soft and fluffy perfect for the filling. My only complaint is they are not cheap. Each Kolache is around 2.00$ which is not my cup of tea base on the size of the Kolache. On a positive note, the service here is very good. The staff are extremely patient and helpful at assisting you chose the your Kolaches. I will definitely come back to try other flavors because all sound very good.

Normally take the kolaches in coit place, we decided to check on this, 1st the cashier not really nice just because request a box instead bags, we were take more than 10 pzs. 2nd needs check the recipes and the way how cook, 8 were uncooked.

Love this place. Its got odd hours, closing at 2 or 3pm, but get it while its open!!From breakfast types, to BBQ to pizza - they have a Kolache for it. And, its delicious.

My favorite kolache place by far (REAL kolaches, not just a sausage rolled in dough, though they have that too). Dough has perfect hint of sweetness. Good variety of flavors, I strongly suggest the ham and cheese and the more-traditional apricot.

I just wish they were closer to where i live so i could get them right out of the oven!

I love coming for breakfast before heading to work. Love the customer service. The food is always fresh, they keep the front clean so lets you know they keep up with the kitchen. You want something fresh out the oven you can call ahead or order online. Im impressed. Highly recommend.

The dough is perfect, not too firm and not falling apart. The fruit fillings are the the right amount of tart to sweet. The meat fillings are flavorful, bountiful and tasty. If you are a veggie lover, get the spinach kolache for an experience in a perfect pastry that is oh so filling. Additionally, the calorie count on the order lets us stay healthy but diverse in what we mix and match. Yes, there’s other so called kolache places around in donut shops that offer tiny sausages in lots of dough or a minimal amount of fruit fillings, but these are for donut lovers. The Kolache Factory is the go to place for huge selections of kolaches at a reasonable price and mouth watering delight.

Last Sunday I got to try kolache factory with my kids, after Church. My son initially wanted a Starbucks and I told him I want him to try kolache factorys kolache he’s said “ but I don’t like kolaches mama” . But he agrees to try some.He ordered himself steak cheese kolache and after taking a bite his eyes were opened bigggg with smile and 😃 he said it taste actually really good, can we take some for later too..My personal favorite is chocolate cream cheese, it’s soooo soft and delicious and not to mention perfect amount of sweetness in it. So gotry’em without any delay.

First visit to a Kolache Factory and boy was it amazing. Will be taking one home to my husband out of state because it was a little pocket of tasty. Not only was it nice and clean, but the staff (special shout out to Randy!) were very helpful in recommending flavors to try. This will make it on my regular visit list when in Dallas!!!!

This place has become my regular breakfast spot now, and the jalapeno popper kolaches are my absolute favorite!! Ive tried quite a few of the other kinds as well and theyre great too!EDIT: Tried the jalapeno poppers at the Plano location, and they are WAY better here... PLEASE dont change ANYTHING, LOL!

We used Kolache Factory to cater a Teacher Appreciation breakfast. Randy arrived early to deliver and set everything up for our breakfast. No detail was overlooked, and everything was prepared to perfection. It was a complete success! I appreciate the customer service and Randys help in making selections for the order. We fed over 180 people, and every single one of them was completely satisfied with the selections. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Watch the employees when they are grabbing your kolaches, because they are constantly picking the incorrect ones. I really like them but Ive been given the wrong one (Polish Hot) instead of Texas Hot about 5-6 times now and its incredibly annoying. It seems like every time I do not watch them they give me the wrong one. I dont understand why its so hard to give people the kolaches they ordered, smh.

One of my favorite breakfast locations. I love how I can go everyday for a whole week and not get tired of their kolaches because of the wide variety of flavors to chose from. Definitely recommend this location because of the friendly staff and their awesome customer service.

I love this place! The people are always friendly and the kolache is always fresh and tasty! If you have any dietary questions, the employees are very helpful in finding something for you to eat.Best part about it? Everything is so cheap! This Kolache Factory is the best! We had them cater an event for us and everything was perfect! The manager was very nice and great to work with! We will definitely be using them again for future events and just to eat at personally! My kiddos love the cinnamon twists and I love their egg kolaches! YUM!

The person working there was rude. No greeting, answered cell phone while I was ordering. The only thing she said to me, TWICE, was trying to sell me some special. Management needs to train staff on customer service.

Randy helped us with a large corporate order. On time delivery, actually early, professional set up that was truly the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would totally recommend for corporate events if your looking for great food and a place you can trust to deliver a fantastic product!

Fantastic! Being that I have to put in a large food order every Friday for my job I know the immense pain of putting in/picking up large orders. I have to say these guys were great! Everything was warm, ready at on time ( for most places a complete pain!), and quick getting me in and out. Definitely returning here for all of my orders. Not mention my guys loved the variety . The Ranchero is a must try!

Ive been going to the location since it opened. The staff is very friendly and customer focused. The food is Awesome. We get food from here regularly for my office and we Love It.

This is one of my familys favorite go to places for on the go break. The kolaches are good enough. The most redeeming quality is that the taste is consistent and that is what makes the place good enough. Like other fast food places, the service is hit and miss, depending on who works that day, but in general they are friendly most of the time.

This is a fantastic kolache shop! Randy, the manager, is so kind. I had arrived shortly after they had closed for the day, and he let me come in anyway and get some kolaches. Delightful service. The sausage and cheese ones are fantastic, and I brought some fruit-filled ones home to my family--all delicious. This is a terrific place!

Since the first time I have tried Kolache Factory it has been a favorite in my house. I work for a moving company and came in to feed the 20+ guys we have working for us. I purchased a few boxes of a variety of breakfast kolaches. The manager, Randy, was super helpful with my request. I always feel like people get bothered by large quantity orders when there is a lot of different flavors wanted, but Randy had a smile on his face and was happy to help. I have been to a few other locations, so far this one is the best. It all comes down to that welcoming feeling as well as great service and great food. Thanks again!

I called minutes to closing. They were kind enough to remain open 15 minutes in the rain ☔️ after closing so that I could pick up some of those yummy chicken enchilada kolaches! Nice folks.

They sold me sad stale pasties after a 45 minute wait for my pick up order. Hit the local donut shop, this place isnt worth it unless youre willing to eat in and do your own quality control.

A word of advice, pick and choose your battles as an owner/manager. Your parking lot is empty, i parked across 2 spaces because i am in a tow truck, I dont fit in one space and if I park straight into a spot my bed and boom hang out into the drive creating a hazard. Hope it was worth losing the business.

This was my first ever Kolache experience. I am from Missouri and had only heard of these. The sausage and gravy kolache was my FAVORITE! Randy (the manager) was absolutely amazing. He took the time to tell me all about the food and he even suggested the sausage and grave one. Man, he sure knows what it good! We tried several kind and they WERE ALL GOOD! I am a kolache fan FOREVER!!

Went in today for lunch, first time trying them.Not only were the kolaches hot, fresh, and delicious, but both the people working there were very kind and helpful. My experience wouldnt have been as good without them. I will definitely go again!

If it was for the food they would have gotten much higher. Granted we should have called in our order but this was our first time there. Ordered a dozen sausage and a dozen assorted fruit. They were out of both. We said we would wait cause it was for work. They brought out the sausage 20mins later but when we asked about the fruit they looked at us like uh oh. Well had to wait another 20 for the fruit cause they had sold some. So really disappointed in the organization . They did give some extra ones. But it also took us an hour to get the food.

His response was very professional.‐------I just went out of my way to this Kolache Factory to buy a DOZEN kolaches. All they had were SEVEN -- SIX apricot and ONE raspberry. How can a business called himself Kolache Factory when they cannot even sell a dozen kolaches.They had hundreds of pig in the blanket variants which are NOT kolaches -- those are Klobasneks.The last time I went to a Kolache Factory was about a year ago and I dont remember them not having any fruit kolaches. The sad thing is the person behind the counter didnt even seem to think it was a big deal that they did not have true fruit kolaches.

Absolutely suburb! Come and see Randy (the manager) and he will hook you up! My first experience was at the kolache factory in Houston, so glad to find this in DFW! I had the sausage and gravy and bacon, egg, cheese, both excellent. One thing I like is they are not messy at all, you can eat it while you drive with no risk of spilling or getting your hands messy. If your in the area, a must try!

Best kolache’s around! I especially love the sausage and gravy kolache’s. I usually order enough kolache’s to feed 30 to 60 people and they have always been able to fill my order quickly, even when I don’t pre-order. I love the fact that they label each box with the kinds of kolache’s inside. If you haven’t tried Kolache Factory you have been missing out!

Went a little late in the day for the first time so we missed out on a lot of options but what we could try was very good. The person working told us the cooks leave by 10 or 11 so if you want something that they dont have out, you need to come by then to be able to have it made.

A bit hit or miss. Good recipes and selections. Friendly service. I have gotten raw kolaches from this location before. I notified the store of the issue. I still come back though, just double check your kolaches if they appear a bit smaller than normal.
