I absolutely LOVE this place! They have the most delicious cinnamon rolls in the Plano, Allen, McKinney area! They have all kinds of interesting combinations and everything is vegan! If those combinations are too sweet then you can always get a regular one and just put as much icing as you want on top. What I love is that they sell the ones from the day before cheaper - so you save on the costs and there is no waste. Oh and the staff is always awesome 😎

Everything we tried was delicious! The only downside for me was the high sugar content, but you can’t have it all. Excellent desert stop for VEGAN treats. =)

I had a great experience here. The restaurant is enforcing safe practices of social distancing and requiring face masks. The location is conveniently off highway 75. The service was great and the cinnamon rolls were amazing. My husband ordered the cookie dough cheesecake roll and it was really good but very rich. I couldnt eat more than one bite and would recommend sharing if you order that one because it is so sweet and sugary. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon roll and it was really good. I could not eat it all in one sitting, so it is a good treat for later! I love cinnamon rolls and this place has soft, warm ones that are every cinnamon lovers dream! I would love to see seasonal items, like a peaches and cream one at this time of year. But I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning!

So dang good. I got the one with frosting, Carmel and nuts- it was amazing. It looked good and tasted even better. And then I got the pizza one. I have to say I saw it when I got home and was disappointed that mine wasn’t covered in cheese like the display one. But then I took a bite and it might have been better than my dessert roll. It was soooo good. Highly recommend. The cheese and sauce is hiding inside! I also got the 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies and they were great. It’s crazy to think they are vegan. I have had vegan desserts for the last 30 years and they tend to be dry, crumbly and lack taste. These do not.

These are the most amazing cinnamon rolls. I had the apple caramel one, and somehow they managed to make the caramel not taste too sweet. I loved the crunchiness from pecans and apples paired with the superb texture of their rolls.

I love to support plant-based businesses. The items are really delicious but they are incredibly sweet and not very balanced in that way. I want to try more flavors as maybe the ones we got were just overly sweet.

The place wasnt bad! Its a bit expensive, but Id let you decide whether or not its worth it. The classic was delicious, but I also ordered the creme brulee frosting with blueberries and pecan toppings and I found it a bit too sweet for me. Overall it wasnt bad, but I might go here one more time just to try something a bit different that hopefully isnt too sweet for me.

I couldnt take more than 2 bites. The sugar content was insane. Wayyyyy tooo sweet like too sweet. Positive notes, lot of different toppings. I end up eating the fruits and left the whole roll. Really pricy.Try to see if it is your level of sweet. For me i have to pass.

Love this place! I drive over an hour round-trip just to treat myself! The cinnamon rolls are baked fresh throughout the day, they offer dozens of different icings, countless toppings, and an infinite number of possible combinations. They also have coffees, other drinks, cookies, cookie dough, and brownies. I love putting cake batter icing and pie crumbles on my cinnamon roll. Sometimes when I cant decide on just one, Ill get three different mini-sized ones.

Service was quick is friendly. Me and my sister went and got the cookie dough scoop with toppings. Definitely will return to try out some of the cinnamon roll options! So good definitely worth stopping by.

As a vegan it is hard to find delicious dessert places. Cinnaholic desert is amazing, very tasty. You have so many options to customize your cinnamon roll such as choosing your frosting and your toppings. They also sell coffee, brownies and cookie dough/ cookies. Today was my first visit and I order my cinnamon roll with cream cheese and my toppings strawberry + raspberries! Very delicious.... I will visit again.

My second time ordering through UberEats. I got the Cherry Cheesecake and I was nervous if I would like it because Im picky. Not only did it look amazing but it was the best cinnamonroll Ive ever had and the best desert Ive ever had! Period!!

So I was a fist timer here and if you love super sweet then the Texas pecan is probably the pick.... it was too sweet for me and had a odd after taste . My 3.00 coffee was barely warm and no option of any real cream creamers so that added to my experience. If your serving a high calorie, high sugar high fat item then having non dairy creamers is a odd choice . I think this place is worth checking out. Maybe I just went on a off day where the attention to detail was overlooked .

The people in here is friendly but sadly the food tastes like garbage...The roll I ordered tastes like some kind of plastic and the cold brew coffee definitely had a few days in there. This was my 2nd visit to a Cinnaholic and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time.On this particular evening I ordered the Texas Pecan Praline cinnamon roll. The sweet girl who was helping me said it was their best seller and I can totally see why!The warm cinnamon roll is topped with cream cheese and a pecan praline topping. So simple yet so delicious! The store was clean and the employees friendly. I will definitely be returning.

These cinnamon rolls are awesome! I know cinnamon rolls because my family used to make them to sell when growing up. Then when I first came to America, I used to eat it every Friday evening for an entire year. I love cinnamon rolls so when I say these are awesome, they are! I also love the various flavors they have for the frostings.Now add the good-natured service they provide and its awesome. I went there with my work teammates and we had a blast. Just wanted to add a note in response to the review about the lazy teeniboppers [sic] and the awful customer service written two days ago. I was actually there when this customer (a couple) came in and was indignant that there wasnt a place to sit so that they could share their dessert there. Just wanted to note that the lazy teeniboppers were hard at work making a large order for our Fourth of July gathering as well as waiting on customers promptly, and were nothing but polite and kind to this couple. There wasnt any big conflict, by the way, just a calm conversation about the seating, and the couple just looked mad and walked out. It seems rather extreme to call it an awful experience and insult the staff who have no control over their stores policies. Delicious desserts, great workers who specifically used cold frosting and even asked us if we could wait a little longer for them to put our desserts in the fridge for a bit so they wouldnt melt in transit in the heat. Great job! Everyone loved the mini rolls.

Great choice of toppings and glaze. Center of the bun was moist and delicious, edges were dry though.Bun with 4 topping was $8 which is expensive for what you get.However if the whole bun was moist I would give this place 4 stars just because of it’s originality!

I have found my new favorite place. I love their cinnamon rolls. I got the original and the other was cream cheese with caramel sauce. Heavenly! Melts like butter! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Just had a fresh-from the oven cinnamon roll. Opted to try without icing to really taste the roll. Absolutely delicious. A happy amount of cinnamon and a gooey center. Excellent texture and flavor.

I recently found out I’m allergic to dairy & eggs, it’s been so hard finding replacements for my favorite foods. I was told about this place by a friend and I double checked online that there wasn’t any of my allergies in them prior to coming here. So glad I decided to try it because these rolls are amazing. The customer service was excellent on top of that, the woman at the counter was so helpful!

The picture is of the cinnamon roll I reheated over 20 hours past when I originally bought it. 30 seconds in a 1000 watt microwave was enough for this to taste fresh, and the cinnamon roll was fine being stored outside the fridge for about a day.The cinnamon roll is the bulk of the cost, and the frostings and toppings make the total cost well worth a purchase. The custom roll that I ate yesterday was excellent. The restaurant was tidy, and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this place and would return.

I was just at this location and told the guy who took my order that I was trying to work my way through all the flavors (I’m not in Richardson too often so I always try to stop by when I’m there) and he gave me a second roll for free so I could try two frostings! it was so so sweet and unexpected and absolutely made my day. If you’re vegan and want some CARBS and SUGAR, this place is a MUST GO. Hundreds of different combinations for your perfect sweet tooth craving.One thing I noticed when you go inside... they are not obvious about using 100% vegan ingredients in store. First time I went in, I ordered and when I sat down to eat it, I had to look up in their website that they are for sure vegan again.It’s so strange since on their website they are very peachy about it, in the store they mention nothing about it!Anyways just something I noticed but from a business standpoint it makes sense. You don’t want vegan haters refusing to try their delicious rolls just because they’re vegan.

I went today around 11.30am. There was a couple ahead of me. Customer service not that great but that don’t bother me just as long as you prepare my order correctly. I paid almost $6 for the regular roll with cream cheese icing. I guess they let the heat from the bun melt the icing. I’ve attached photos to show when it was purchased versus after icing started to melt. Probably won’t be going back because I don’t see myself spending money where I don’t feel welcomed. I think the couple who ordered a dozen in front of me felt the same way. I heard them discussing it.

Walked in, didnt know what the hell I was gonna buy, but I wanted something off-menu, something custom. Asked the dude behind the counter to surprise me by making a strawberry cheesecake-tasting cinnamon roll. Was blown away by the taste and presentation.

Breading tastes almost like a donut I got the one with the cookie dough topping next time I’d get it without the chocolate syrup but sooo worth the calories if you’re Craving something sweet !

Love this place. Across the street from my work can be dangerous. Good size rolls, or you can get the minis those are yummy as well! They are so sweet I wish they had more drink options but its so good you forget that your body is in a sugar coma. Theres many topping choices sometimes I wont even get toppings. They have flavors each month that change that give you ideas of how to mix and match which is cool. Also they are so nice if you want to try a topping or put it on the side. The staff is always so kind and helpful.

The stores surrounding theirs all had tables and chairs out for their customers but these lazy teeniboppers tell their customers to sit at the tables for the other restaurants and just ignore the angry manager from next door. Somehow this place ended up on my Yelp account to visit. Very neat concept that they have. Essentially, you take a cinnamon roll and you build the toppings that you would like. There is no exception. They have fruity, and sweet choices for you to do. They have full-size cinnamon rolls, and they also have baby buns. I had an order of 24 baby buns. Three of them topped with brownie. The whipped cream looks like it was fresh, or buttercream icing. Everyone enjoyed them thoroughly. They taste better if they are warm. Came in early on a Monday morning and I was the only one there. That made the time go by quickly and I was able to take my time and ask questions and watch the process. Very patient staff and nice lady that helped me. I will definitely have to go back for the tea choices they have. Im an avid tea drinker and looking to try something new. They also have coffee options as well as other drinks including milk which goes the best with cinnamon rolls.

Yesterday I went off the beaten path and had the Texas Pecan roll and it was amazing!! I now have a new favorite. Pretty disappointing visit for a specialized cinnamon roll shop. The price starts at $4.75 for a basic cinnamon roll which is a bit ridiculous for what you get. It came out with the icing half melted and just looking very sad.The roll itself was nothing special, like it could have been baked out of a can at home. It almost didnt seem like it was baked all the way through because after a couple bites you start to not feel good. The overly sweet slop of icing didnt help either.Overall, very disappointed considering the price and its pretty much the only thing you make. Throwing some toppings on there might cover up the taste of it but I dont think thats the idea. Stick with Cinnabon.

Im a HUGE Shark Tank fan and I remember watching this episode where Cinnaholic was first publicly introduced. The reactions from the Sharks when they sampled the cinnamon rolls were so over the top. The Sharks kept praising the richness of this decadent dessert. I was so excited when I came to find out this franchise opened up 2 locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. On the numerous occasions Ive been here, Ive never been disappointed. The options are endless with their 20+ unique flavors of frosting and several topping options. Youre welcome to sample the frosting before making your selection. My go to is the classic cinnamon roll with birthday cake frosting. The frosting is the essence of the roll and they definitely dont cheat you there. Its about $5 a roll but it can easily feed 2-3 people. Oh, btw, their rolls and frosting are VEGAN and cholesterol free!!!! This is a must for anyone with a heavy sweet tooth.

Location was tucked away in the corner right next to alamo so i wound up driving around a few times before locating. Customer service was excellent and the cinnamon roll while flavorful was not worth the price of 5 bucks. please dont get me wrong I understand its a small indy business but for 5 dollars i would want maybe a larger roll or at least something a little less dry and not covered with so much icing. Please give them a try still, everyones experience is not the same as I may return for another chance at some of the other items.

Amazing cinnamon rolls. Yes, the entire place is vegan, but thats just a side benefit. You start by ordering a roll (hot and fresh, or yesterdays for a little less cash), then dive in to selecting from more than a dozen frosting flavors and even more topping options. If youre overwhelmed with the choices, you can always opt for the classic hot and fresh with vanilla, or you can pick one of their custom-configured creations on display in the case, after which theyll make you one fresh.They have brownies and some other stuff, but the place isnt called brownieholic, so I whole-heartedly recommend going for the rolls.Quick tip: if youre trying to find Cinnaholic the first time, look for the Alamo Drafthouse theater, which is clearly visible from the road. Cinnaholic is in the same shopping center, right by the theater.
