This is like total joy to have so close by. Incredible values on vegetables, fruits, organic items. My favorites part of the store is the bin section with unique and affordable types of dried fruit and nuts, grains, GOOD COFFEE, etc.The produce selection is well stocked! A variety of crispy apples, succulent melons and international VEG representative of the denizens of Richardson.I truly appreciate the smaller footprint and selection of items that you will really use. No photo department or bank or clothing department. You can sign up for the weekly special are also get them in the newspaper.Interesting clientele including tree-huggers, rainbow flag people, normal housewives and bachelors with Pomeranians.
Always a pleasure. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I consider Sprouts Farmers Market a true hidden gem in my community. There is always a lovely selection of fresh and healthy produce to choose from, and for a price that you just can not beat. I cant speak about other locations, however this Sprouts Farmers Market comes highly recommend.
Very good store. Staff are very nice and helpful. This store has been around for many years and have always been a great place to shop
My go to store for Just Eggs! The local Walmarts in the area dont carry vegan eggs any more, but I wont promise you theyre always in stock at Sprouts. They fly off the shelf so fast! Recommend for vegan finds 👌🏽
Found everything I needed with ease, and the store employees were all very helpful and polite.
The freshness of the produce was incredibly underwhelming. For a store named sprouts it seems a lot of stuff sprouted a long time ago. This is just my experience visiting tonight, Im sure others have a better time!
The sheer number of grocery options and the quality is just unmatched. Price is just a bit on the expensive side, but thats really on par for quality stuff. Really good option for healthy, fresh groceries.
The cashiers have really bad attitudes. Everytime. They act like youre bothering them by shopping there. The irony that a marketed health conscious store would have such an unhealthy shopping experience. Go to the Natural Grocers just up the road they have the best customer service!!
Pretty good store for all your healthy eating needs. Its not as large as a Central Market or Whole Foods, but they have a nice selection of fruits, meats, breads, and other foods to choose from. They also have vitamins and healthcare products. They also have an awesome sandwich lunch special! Employees are always friendly and the store is kept very clean. Highly recommended!
I hope to be able to afford to shop here one day..
I stopped shopping in person here because I was harassed about my mask slipping under my nose by the lead cashier. I was especially upset about the situation because while walking around the store I saw multiple employees with their mask lower than mine, yet she decided to harass a customer with two young kids. So I shopped kroger for probably 6 months & decided to try again with a pickup order. Well, multiple items of my produce order arrived with mold and I am not wasting my time going back to fix the issue. Lesson learned, I will spend my money elsewhere 🤷♀️
A very nice store, however customer service could be better. The associates at the check out lack good manners. It seems like they dont like their jobs and are taking it on the customers. Not a nice look. Unfortunately today was not the only time.
Bakery people are so wonderful! Checkers always pleasant & efficient. Really like the pre-pared foods!
High quality and got an awesome labor day deal for dry nuts
Always fresh produce and ready made meals. Try the turkey carnitas!
Always a great place for your grocery needs.
Awesome place to shop. Great staff
Very clean, people super friendly and helpful
I prefer central market, with quality & price
I love this store! Fresh fresh chicken!😋
Very clean, good people, I will shop there
Always good prices and fresh food
I love the fact that not one sprouts is the same in other states. I appreciate the fact that everything is locally grown I cant say enough great things about the concept behind sprouts. This is my favorite location.
Ive never had a bad experience at a Sprouts prior to this, but after the way my girlfriend was treated Im going to be taking a hiatus from there. There was a simple issue with a sale price being placed on the wrong item. Not a big deal, happens all the time. However when my girlfriend noticed the discrepancy on the receipt and spoke up, the cashier was rude and dismissive, then paraded her through the store to validate the price, and when the sign was located on the product she had purchased, made a scene by loudly checking the price with another employee, then acted as if the confusion was my girlfriends fault. Afterwards, she was sent to the back of the line to get those items refunded, and chided for not simply taking her items, and leaving. My girlfriend was obviously embarrassed, as this could have been a quick and simple check, but it was blown out into this dramatic and incredibly unprofessional act. Im sure people have bad days, but there is no reason this should have been handled in this manner.
Nice place, a little pricey.
Easy to access location. Aisles could be spread out a little more to provide for social distancing or limited to one wqy traffic. Good product selection. Friendly and fast staff.
I like Sprouts a lot. Fresh produce at a good price. I dont like the baked goods and prepared salads much. It is much better at places like Wholefoods and Krogers, but for produce, great value for money!
So the ADA no longer recognizes emotional support animals as service animals, Sprouts has decided not to allow emotional support animals in their stores, they dont have to adopt this policy but they chose to...pretty sad.We will take our business elsewhere to places that are pet friendly, and have understanding for emotional support animals, and will spread the word in our community as such.
Cassie, the cashier was the FIRST cashier that has exhibited even a remote evidence of any ounce of social skills, friendliness and first class customer service in all of my visits to this store! She was kind, very polite and extremely considerate on how she bagged the groceries, weight proporationate, etc.. Cassie was OUTSTANDING! The others should NOT even be dealing with the public period. I will write a separate review on them. Sprouts is EXTREMELY fortunate to have a sweet young lady (someone with manners, proper social skills and common sense) like Cassie.
Beth was some of the best experiences Ive had in a while. Her customer service and quickness made the transaction amazing. If you go here look for Beth she will be everything you can expect.
I love this store! Got me thru 2020!
It has all fresh fruit and vegetables you need especially during not busy times.
I like the rotisserie chicken. The produce is good. Good meat selection, catch it when its on sale. Great local market.
Found everything I needed. Store was clean and well organized. Cashier was friendly.
Sprouts is great Ive been going to the sprouts in Richardson for years I went to the one in Plano a couple of times and Im going back to stay at Richardson
Although this was my first visit. It wont be my last. I enjoyed the fresh produce and gourmet 🍬 candy what a treat
Nice clean store, we liked that they were keeping the carts and store cleaned for us. That they required mask before entering the store. We love the variety of fresh veggies and baked items. We received great customer service. Thanks!
Great store. Excellent service & value.
Good store. Generous weekly offers. However, price is higher than Walmart. Products seems fresh though.
I love Sprouts been an employee for over six years great place to shop if you want to eat healthy !!!
*****UPDATE*****EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Christine in the Vitamin department is personable, awesome, and very knowledgeable!!😊 She immediately walked over with me to the aisle that was needed and explained about the product I was in search of!!Susana that assisted us in checking outis very sweet and informative!👌Nice to say it is a GREAT experience again!!👍This was a great Sprouts location in the past. Great prices, selections and used to be awesome customer service. I had been at this location a few months ago and couldnt believe the unprofessional behavior of the young lady in the vitamin department!I had walked over inquiring about a specific product. She was holding her cell phone and listening on SPEAKER regarding a particular political issue that was being reported. Obviously annoyed when her finger pointing was not sufficient in assisting me where the product was located! She rolled her eyes because she had to actually assist me, and as we were heading to the area shstarted engaging with another coworker who was also assisting a customer and giving updates while the cell phone was still on SPEAKER! The other customer and I just looked at each other and shook our heads in disbelief! Please employ individuals who are serious about there job and customer service! Thanks!
Customer service by this lady was so rude. When I said I am not taking any bag so I get 5 cents off, then the manager goes like give her 15 cents off. One of the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. You make policy and if we ask for it then we are rude??
Great store and great employees . The store is a great example of how when employees are good and care
Good organic products as well as suppliments plus wonderful bacon, did I say bacon, and seafood, plus meats.
Nice store. Great produce selection and interesting beer options
There’s never more than two cashiers! You will wait in line forever, and then forever again when they are checking you out. There is no sense of urgency or customer service skills from any employee. I will drive a few more minutes to another sprouts next time.
Very clean store, well stocked, nice selection of fruit and veggies and organics included. Customer service very helpful and friendly
Fresh mkt food/ great picked up woke blacks!
Store seem to be dirty
Clean and bright store but several nitpicks are taking a few stars off the review. First, they are always busy with too few cashiers. I don’t remember ever seeing more than 2 working at a time, so the lines often back up. Maybe I’m going at the worst possible time? Second, and most importantly, the coffee grinder needs to be serviced BADLY. I set it at Turkish—all the way to the right—but my coffee still comes out in Folgers like chunks. Blech. The grinder needs new blades, and has needed them for over 6 months. I have pointed it out to several employees but nothing ever gets done about it.
I love sprouts, but I went in today and customers were walking around without masks on. When they walk past the guard, the mask comes off. Im sorry your store has to deal with this, but please have people leave that dont follow your store rules.
Nice boutique grocery shopping. Lots of organic choices at decent prices as well as specialty items too.
Lots of organic options! Love this store
Fresh fruits and vegs
My mother and I shop here regularly. Great customer service and options all the time! Fresh produce, great butcher and seafood, and very nice check out team. We love Sprouts!
Limited selection. High prices. Missing staple products. Still better than Wal-Mart.
Hello, I been regular to sprout for many years. But for some reason this location (Richardson on Campbell) from last few months is not the same. Products with wrong price, customer service is horrible, from some employees, but worse from management. Any issue you brought to there attention, before you can finish the sentence, and knowing anything about the problem, there answer is no. Train them, to at least listen to the problem, before answering it. Hades few issue from last couple months, but today was the last for me. So what happened was I bought some peaches last night, which was on sale for$.98cent, today I went in to get some that charge me $2,50, I asked why, they said oh, its not sale, I said I bought it last night, and today there is no price to show how much, but its Wednesday and the price should be the same. They said it was never on sale, I went to my car bring them the receipt, there show the price for yesterday. They said not today. For me its fine, but coming from mgr to deny that, is totally wrong. There is alot more, but for me its better to go some where else, I guess you dont need my $200.00 a week. Thank you for listening.
Sprouts on Campbell at Coit in Richardson has the freshest strawberries and the store gleams from clean, with no fishy or spoiled produce smells. The attendants were quite nice and seemed well aware to assist the customers.
Fresh produce in great quality and great pricing.Well laid out store layout.Very friendly and approachable staff.A popular grocery shopping store. They sell produce, dairy, plants, cosmetics, personal care, spices, bouquets, meat, deli, frozen veggies, bulk items, and a lot lot more.
I come here regularly and usually have a decent experience, but this Christmas holiday did not go well. I bought some ground beef on Christmas eve that had a sell by date of 12/26 that was totally inedible on Christmas day. I started cooking it and the whole house smelled like rotten meat. This is the second time this has happened to me. I was willing to write it off as a one-time thing the first time around. However, I had to scrounge something together on Christmas because I wasnt able to go with my original plan. There is clearly an issue with the way meat is handled at this location. It may have been left out too long. This is such a bummer because I have loved this place up to this point, but twice in a matter of two months is too much.Update: The store reached out to me to make the situation right and they did assure me the issue has been addressed with their meat department. I have gone back to having nothing but good experiences at this store.
This place is always nice and organized. The staff is friendly and very hard working. They have excellent fruit, vegetable, and meat selections. The only thing I do not like is the price but I understand you have to pay for this kind of quality. Great place!
Good prices for good quality food. The meat department always takes for ever. Except for a newer employee Brandon we have seen him a couple of times and he is always on top of it. The cashiers are all nice.
I come here primarily for their produce. The staff is friendly and helpful. The products are usually reasonably priced. They keep the store clean and well stocked.
Many things are priced well. Clean and organized. Helpful employees.
Sprouts is a good store for fresh produce. Bit pricey but good product. Store staff does not go out of their way to ask if you need any help. They seem to be understaffed at the registers as there is always a line for checkout. It would be a good idea to check your receipt after being rung out by the friendly cashier.
What happened?!?! Wednesday night at 7:15 PM. the people working seem like they are having a bad day. I asked to try the ham that is on sale and a lady working mumbled something, walked away, came back, and gave me a slice of ham that had more rind on it than it did ham. While I was mid sentence, she turned and walked away without taking my order. The lady at the register, every time she turned to bag groceries the whole line would see her blue thong sticking out, we all were looking away. Worst thing was that there was a man who was obviously vision impaired and she did not help him! He bagged his groceries in his special bags! She actually made it more difficult for him by taking the next customers groceries and stacking them in his way. No smiles! No greetings! Sprouts?!?! Whats going on?
Love Sprouts, it always has what I need!
Been coming here for 5 years. Used to absolutely love it. But now you spend more time standing in line than you do shopping. The cashiers always seem to have to call the manager for whatever reason. Used to be a convenient stop but now...
I shop here at list 2-3 times a week. Great selection of food. But my concern is their customer service. I feel upset every time I leave the store. I don’t know if it’s the way they are being trained or it is the luck of training. I always feel rushed, always, they start wringing up next customer while I am still packing and paying. Or my hand selected fruits are being thrown into my bags...I am tired of feeling disappointed by their staff. Please step up and appreciate our business.
How I can apply to get job in the store please
Fresh veggies and fruits, along with other grocery items. Farm produce is good and cheap, other items maybe a bit costly ( compared to other supermarkets like Walmart or target) . Friendly staff.
Its a good store. I like to shop here. Its affordable and fresh.
I have been slowly becoming more and more zero-waste. I was delighted to find that Sprouts has bins of nuts, grains, dried fruits, dark chocolate-covered stuff, and even salt and sugar and more. I can keep bringing in jars or thin produce bags to restock on the above items, and nothing goes into the trash, rather than buying items in single-use packaging that I end up tossing out in an instant.Sprouts does still have shelves and shelves of pre-packaged items, so this isnt perfect, but its a good start and great to have these options from them.
Typical budget grocery store. It’s cleaner.Just need to know that not every veggie and fruit is fresh. You better go there Friday night or Sat morning for a better chance to have fresh. The meats are fine. Organic ones could be expensive.Staff can be kind or not. Parking is at most 70% full.
Love the meats, cheese, fresh produce & health products, especially when on sale😋
Is sprouts. People there are always nice and helpful
An awesome must visit market. It has a wide range of products. You can find amazing collection of bakery and organic food. Also it a very good place to get some good deals. And every week they have awesome deals on different different items. Like I got 3 large green ball pepper for 1 dollar. And I also got 2 boxes of strawberry for 3 dollars. Also offers on tomatos and egg plant.Nice variety of organic stuff as well.A must go to place for grocery shopping.
Always good produce and meat.
They are the worst at customer service in the produce section, that’s why I ONLY come here for my meat! You ask them for something I can guarantee they will take their time and be rude about it.Now on the upside the meat department personal that me and my fiancé speak to all the time is very nice very helpful and gives us remarkable service EVERY Time we come in.
I have been coming to this Sprouts for years and have had my fair share of bad customer service and understand that sometimes you just have an off day, but last nights experience really topped them all. The cashier told me to not bag my own items in a very confrontational manner because she was trying to keep the line moving. (There were only 2 cashiers with long lines)After catching herself began to apologize, I agreed in approval, but she kept making the situation awkward by throwing my groceries to the bagger and making snappy comments when all I could do is stay silent. She seems to not work well under pressure and chooses speed over quality service. I had to re-bag all my groceries because the bagger couldn’t keep up with her and when I checked my receipt I was charged for an item I did not purchase. All in all, this location has lost me as a loyal customer.
Check the expiration date! P&B Puffins expire 2 weeks after the date of purchase. ( youll tell by the taste before you even check) Its pretty sad when your cereal expires before the milk or eggs.
I was disappointed really! I went Sunday around 3pm, all green veggies in a very bad shape as they are 10 days old.I always go to the one at Skillman road, every thing looks butter, fresh and great.I’ll never visit that branch anymore.
Early Saturday morning there is one woman that works there who has a beef with me and because I don’t want to chat with her or exchange niceties at 7am, and because of that she’s spread nasty words to the rest of the staff and now this morning the second woman there threw my groceries at my mother who is in her 70’s.Customer service?! How about some civility and not bothering customers at 7am and just doing your job instead of spreading hate among the entire staff. That would be a start.
Great place to find all the Mediterranean things and foods that you can’t find anywhere else in Dallas area. The selection is wonderful and prices are fair.
Good shop for fruits and vegetables!
Great place filled with healthy alternative options to a standard grocery store. Very friendly customer service.
Sprouts is my favorite grocery store! The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and priced so well I can usually buy enough to last 2 weeks and not spend over 80 dollars. The employees are always helpful and polite. I look forward to my weekly trip.
Double ad Wednesdays and never expiring rainchecks are the best! Better prices than Whole Foods or Central Market and still offer great selection. Their store brand is great quality too.
Sprouts is a favorite for people looking for organic and specialty items that you wont generally find in traditional grocery stores. They have a nice selection of fresh fruits and veggies, as well as bulk foods, organic cosmetics, and no-hormone meats. We dont generally buy all of our groceries at Sprouts, but we definitely augment here!
Why is Sprouts charging tax on food? I hadnt been in a while to buy nuts from here and Im reminded why. I love the bulk nuts but have to find somewhere else to buy them.
Best place to get fresh fruit and vegetable. The price is extremely great with the weekly special. Dont forget the double Wednesday! Enjoy double special items.
I want so badly to give this place 5 stars. The food is great, the produce is fresh. Unfortunately they are regularly under staffed and the check out line can take up to 20 minutes. So I have to go somewhere else to buy groceries now.Super unfortunate.
Worst customer experience at a grocery store. Cashier wouldn’t let me bag my own groceries then proceeded to bag incorrectly. She made things incredibly awkward. I had to rebag all my items then when I came home I realized I was somehow charged for an item that I did not have. Unfortunately I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere to central market or Whole Foods. The staff responds poorly to pressure.
Handy and stocked, but so buay always a wait Wed. Nights. Friendly checkout.
