Great, massive, and clean store to do shopping. But overpriced because of the quality. Excited to try out the salad bar when I come back. Staff helpful. Lots of area to hangout and eat on site.

I’m never shopping here again, two person one cash and one to pack in bags and still three of my items didn’t get packed…. They were so busy talking away they should focus more on doing their jobs correctly, who ever get my free mango, peaches and muffins, your welcome I’m not going to burn gas just to drive and ask for it.

I had a package to pick up from Amazon and I decided to do a little shopping w my boyfriend and his brother because it’s Whole Foods. We didn’t really know what we needed but as we walked through the isles we picked it what we remembered we needed. As we got by the dessert/alcohol area I noticed more and more employees. I’ve worked in the retail before so I understand that more employees around the area= “Giving them great customer service” 😉 once I noticed it, it made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt racially profiled. I am a proud Latina woman. DO BETTER!!!!!!! In my 23 years of life I have never had such a horrible experience. That being said, I didn’t say anything at the time because I had to take a second and reflect because what they did and how they made me feel was not right. I don’t carry a purse so everything was going on the cart. There was no reason for any of that. I understand that this is very common but not speaking means I’m okay with this. So I am using this platform to speak up. Thank you.

Its an actual miracle when I can buy two items here without waiting 10 minutes for someone to check out with a full cart of groceries in front of me. This location has a really bad problem with never having express lanes open when they need them. They get 3 stars for the food and the rest of the store, but I always expect to be here a while when I go to checkout. Management needs to be more attentive when lines are forming.

I don’t shop at whole foods often, it’s overpriced for my budget but I do come by occasionally. I typically like coming because when I do, the store is nice and clean and the employees are always pretty nice. I’m rating it today 3 stars because of the grocery section, even tho I’d like to only put 1 or 2 max for the coffee shop section. (should be 4 for the grocery section but want to emphasize I didn’t have a good experience today).After I finished shopping today, I went to get coffee. The employee there was judgmental about my choices in a negative way. The whole interaction left me uncomfortable and upset. When I’m paying to receive a service, I don’t appreciate being judged by who I’m ordering from. Please do better. If you don’t like your customers getting dairy or syrup in their drinks, maybe just don’t serve it and don’t be a judgey person especially with your customers.

We always find what we are looking for and more. Their sushi is fresh! Oh our fave is the zucchini muffin 🧁

What a gorgeous Whole Foods to visit! When I am away from home it is always refreshing to find a grocery store that Im familiar with and that surpasses all of my expectations based on the Whole Foods from back home. If you need the odds and ends or stocking up on groceries, this is the place to go! Fresh fruit fresh produce fresh meat everything is fresh! Even the cookies are fresh! Seriously you have to get down here right now!

This is my favorite health food store! The best part about it is the customer service..... anytime Ive ever had a question theyve always been more than happy to help me out with no resentment or grumpy attitude whatsoever. Its truly a lovely and pleasant experience every single time! Bonus the quality of the item sold is top-notch.

I love the workers I have gotten to know over the years of shopping. As far as the store, they really need to have their shelves stocked consistently. Way too often there are big gaps in availability of groceries. Also, they need to offer more variety and choices between brands.

On the evening of 01/04/2021 I went to my local Whole Foods to purchase a few items. I am a frequent shopper at this location and haven’t had any bad experiences up until the evening of 01/04/2021. I was excited to purchase one of my favorite drinks (Apple Supergreens) from the Juice Bar; with intention of setting a healthier lifestyle change to kick-start the New Year. I made my 2 purchases and left the store and proceeded to head home. Upon arriving home (5-6mins later), I noticed a firm but small substance in my mouth after drinking the Juice. At first, I thought it was the skin from the apples as sometimes the skin gets left into the drink. However, I soon realized it was not and immediately parked my car to find out it was a piece of someone’s fingernail. I am sure if you were in my shoes we’d both react the same. I was in complete disgust as I cannot believe that someone’s fingernail would be in my drink. Hysterically, I called the store to make a complaint and spoke to a Jeremy who seemingly laughed at my complaint and advised the store manager Ronnie and or Dana would reach out to me the following morning. Here it is 1:45PM CST 01/05/2021 and still no call. I took it upon myself to reach back out to the store and asked to speak directly to the store manager. I was connected to Ronnie, who like Jeremy seemed to undermine my concern. He advised that their insurance would reach out to me and that he does not handle these types of requests. I asked who and when would the insurance reach out to me. He declined to provide any details. I asked him to verify my information as to what phone number in which I would receive communication to and he again declined to provide me with such information stating, “I cannot give out any customer’s information”. However, I am the customer and just want to make sure you will be providing the correct information to the insurance company, since I did not receive a call from the store like I was advised. He furthermore declined. I than proceeded to ask him is this typically how you handle your store? COVID-19 is at its all-time high and I have a FINGERNAIL in my DRINK!! NO ONE APOLIGIZED, no one offered a refund, NOTHING – I am completely disgusted with the sanitation at this store and furthermore how they handle complaints. This is not how you handle nor treat American Citizens. P.S for anyone thinking it could/maybe my fingernail – I have on acrylics – the nail in my drink was as such someone chipped their nail.

Went in today to return Amazon items during the hours stipulated for returns. No one to take items. Store response to me was that it was too bad so come back later. Huge waste of time. I dont normally shop here because its such a small WF with limited products and the prepared foods are mediocre. I was going to pick up a few items since I was going in to return Amazon purchases. I tore up that shopping list.

This whole foods has a good place to sit down and eat... Stocks fresh fruits and vegetables... nice organic products. The customer service is high level, with employees who are really engaged the clients. The only reason why I havent rated at 5 is because of the price. Really overpriced but thats the only downside that I see.

This is a new store that is well designed. It is not a large store, but makes good use of its space. It is in a very nice shopping center with many great places to eat. There is a fantastic wine selection. As usual, very good produce. There is also an Amazon pickup locker by the checkout.

Helpful staff. Smallish beer offerings compared to other WFs.

Excellent service, quality food... love this place

Bought pineapple chunks last night with packed on date of 5/26. Opened today and chunks are brown. Also cold cooked shrimp tasted old...rubbery and not fresh. Many neighbors said it has been going downhill, but went last night since I was in the neighborhood. Disappointed.Update: Thanks for the reply. I will contact per your request.

Good food, but really expensive for what you get.

I love shopping here! They have really fresh produce and wide selections of meat, seafood and cheese. The also have a wonderful olive selection and they have dolmas! They taste as good as the ones we got years ago at our favorite Greek restaurant! I also love that they carry local items. Weve found a brand of cookies there that are wonderful and without Whole Foods, we probably never would have gotten the opportunity to try them.

Weird. I dont understand what they are doing in prepared foods. Half the displays are empty. Often, there is hardly anything to buy.

Jess in the Cheese department was really knowledgeable about different cheese and gave me a lot of insight. Jackie in the seafood department was very kind.I always come to this store, I definitely like it here. Employees are always helpful.

This Whole Foods (WH) location is smaller than the average WF but great. They do have all the necessities, the produce section is small but lovely, they have fresh meat, fish, dairy, baked goods including fresh bread, dry goods, and prepared options. They also have a wellness section, vitamins, and beauty products. The staff is nice and super helpful. If you are looking for the true WF experience you wont get everything here but if youre looking to grocery shop in the neighborhood, I bet theyll have everything you need.

Staff was friendly & helpful as always. They had everything I needed and more. The checkout process was prompt, and I was out the door.

The staff at this location is EXCELLENT! EXCEPTIONAL service every time by EVERY member, whether its the people in the front of the store sanitizing the carts, to the inside workers, front desk, through the cashiers. Their consistent upbeat, friendly service is AMAZING! The inside workers never hesitate to stop what they are doing and joyfully help you find the items you are looking for. Everyone seems to take so much pride in their work and service, which is such a rarity today. I cant say enough good things about the staff at this location and Im very grateful for their service. Thank you to everyone for your EXCEPTIONAL work!

Clean, tidy, and in a great location! I always love going here, their tiramisu and whole chicken are great! They also have an Amazon locker, accept returns as well!

First time here during the weekday lunch. Overall I was pleased with the selection and with my bowl. I even got a piece of raspberry chocolate at the register. Winning. My only gripe is that my local store (Fort Worth) keeps the tall Zevia cream soda cans cold and waiting to be cracked. Mmmm take notes!

Almost perfect Whole Foods but needs more options

It was ok. The bell peppers where old. Like really old and soft but still on the shelf. (They were 2.49 ea) But they did have hard to find items like heavy cream (usually can only find heavy whipping cream). And I enjoyed trying their ginger snap granola. Would I return?....maybe if I had a recipe with heavy cream

I mean when has whole foods or central market never been a 5 star place. Food is amazing. People are friendly. Place is always clean. I mainly swing through for pizza and sushi. And they need to open the bar back up. Screw covid.

They have some good healthy options. Some things are expensive but if its healthier and you can afford it you will find things regular grocery stores dont have. The bread and cheese we bought is non GMO.

Really like WF but dont shop at City Line unless I have to as their produce section is very limited and I often have to go somewhere else. Plus why is mostly empty on a Monday evening? Did they not get a truck today? Good service as usual though and the cheese section is always good here. Miss the bar though!

I come here every weekend to purchase my meal prep ingredients. The quality of the food is amazing, the staff is friendly, the location enforces you to wear a mask which I think is superb. Overall this is one amazing experience ☺️

Whole Foods policy is that dont have to wear a mask if you are unable to due to medical reasons. After doing all my shopping, an employee came up to me belligerent and shaking, telling me to wear a mask or leave. I told him I am exempt and explain whole foods policy to him and he told me he was going to call the police and have me arrested. Then said I can stay if I submit to a temperature check. He took my temp and then lied and said I had a fever. And then persists with telling me to leave. He was close to me the whole time so clearly he wasnt concerned with getting covid from me, he just wanted to make himslef feel important. He must live a very sad life to feel he has to act like this to feel relevant.

Whole Foods has really stepped up its game in Vegan Foods!! I could not believe all the new options of Vegan products to try. I could not decide so ended up buying multiple items of the same food in different brands, including 4 different Vegan Butters and 4 different plant milks and Vegan yogurt from a completely different nut that I am unfamiliar with. I love the selection of healthy breads. Produce all looks in top ripeness, even though they were out of my precious Grapefruit. I could not decide between the sprouts since they now offer Clover sprouts so I got both. They had so many live plant herbs to pick from, I couldnt decide, so I picked them all except for Rosemary plants since I have several at home. I now have a full kitchen of live herbs to add to my garden. I went into Whole Foods, planning to grab a few items and walked out with a full cart. Looking forward to my next grocery shop.

Who doesnt love whole foods? They have THE best selection of items, and you can trust that most of what they sell is high quality. They are a little more expensive, but in my opinion, theyre worth it. We also like that there carry a good selection of craft beers.

I was impressed by the changes that this store has Incorporated into it vs others that Ive been to. A wine and lager bar, its increased selection of different wines to purchase along with all its usual selection. I liked the open air dining patio. Something else I havent seen at other Whole Foods. Otherwise the place was what Ive come to expect from this wonderful shopping chain. Lots of variety and choices in fruits vegetables meats and other items normally found at a whole foods. So Yes I believe it rates 5 stars.

Not impressed with this location. My wife calls it half foods because it is small and missing a lot of what the bigger locations offer. I call it out of stock foods - self explanatory. I will say though that it is clean, organized, and the staff are helpful so if youre lucky and they have what you want it will be a great experience.
