Picked up a package they were holding during the week around 2-ish. There was no line and the found my package quickly. I couldnt ask for much more in that process (other than my packages magically arriving on my kitchen counter with the box magically finding its way into the recycling bin and...).

This location changed store hours and didnt update FedEx website or google listing. Wasted a trip and now have to wait until Monday for package. Called FedEx customer service and they werent helpful. UPS is the better option apparently.

Really helpful and kind employee working Saturday afternoon! He helped me print emailed travel documents super fast - Great experience. Was in and out in no time.

The staff not friendly and poor service. Come to send a package and it takes more than 15 mins when it is not busy and there is only one customer in the store. So how many customers can you serve a day ?

I’m here at 5:54pm on Saturday. It’s already closed and everyone’s gone. Waste of my time. Why didn’t you update your business hour on google???? I drove 8 miles to this location to drop off an urgent package!!!

Closed during business hours. Drove 15 min to a closed door when it should have been open until 6pm on Saturday.

I love fedex services. Specially the print and go service.

I called ahead about Passport services, and was told after doing the online application that FedEx would help with the rest. The ONLY thing they knew how to help with was taking a 2x2 picture the rest was all question marks... I dont know, I dont know, my manager does not know... Im sorry I dont know.... Seriously SAD

Terrible location and will never go here again. There are no designated FedEx parking spots and it is a very busy parking lot. You will most likely have to park way back and lug your large packages through the parking lot. They had 1 person working at 7pm and several people waiting in line for service. The man was nice and did the best he could but it was not working with 1 person. I spent about $1k dollars on shipments and it took me close to an hour for them to figure everything out. Definitely not going back here!! Its been 12hours and my time-sensitive packages are still sitting at this place!! WOW!!

The Manager at this location is rude and plays games. I had a letter redirected here and it addressed to a business that I dont have and my address, they wont release the letter to me with my valid drivers lic that shows the address the letter was being delivered Go store UPS store they go out of the way to help you

Excellent service. I stopped to drop a time sensitive document. Sasha behind the counter was professional and very patient.Yes, the parking situation is less than optimal but that inevitable given the presence of several eateries and “Whole Check Foods” in the strip mallBut overall a great service encounter

Brandon is rude, lacking customer service and common courtesy. He’s disrespectful and unfortunately the brand FedEx believes to be acceptable. Don’t bother with this location.

Poor customer service. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Misunderstandings happen but they are totally unapologetic about any mistakes they make. Ill happily drive the extra 15 mins to go to the Murphy location.

Great service! I went there to send a package but also went back to print some photos at a specific size I wanted and even if for reason they were not printing properly Lucy at the front desk did all’s he could to help me and even work on it the next day until they were printed properly, called me and updated me until they were ready. I wish we all can have such a wonderfulCustomer experience everywhere we go! Fedex should be proud of wokers like that. There was a boy alsoWorking on the counter, very cordial. They deserve this review.

Smaller version of the typical fedex locations. I only needed simple printing and shipping package pickup so I cant complain. Supplies lack a bit though

The exact place marker is incorrect by about 300 feet. The FedEx store is between Whole Foods and Fish City Grill in the same shopping center as the incorrect market. Just look around and youll see it.

Friendly representatives that are helpful and knowledge. The store has great hours and location too.

Sucks, I visited this place with a pre shipping label, before I could ask for additional tape, they scanned the label and weighed the box, now when I put additional tape, their system doesnt accept and shows a difference in weight, because of this non sense, they say that my pre shipping label is void and I need to chase to get the pre shipping label issued again, height of stupidity 😡

Rude and unfriendly/ unhelpful staff.Not very convenient hours of operation for such a busy area at all. What’s the point of even being here ?

The multi-page scanner doesnt properly feed each page so the representative had to put a hand on a stock of 30+ pages so that it wouldnt skip pages.
