I absolutely love this store location. I honestly get excited every time I have to ship something because it gives me an “excuse” to come here and see the employees. I always get treated so kindly. Unfortunately I don’t remember anyone’s names (sorry) but every single person here seems to love their job and they always have great attitudes. They make conversation with their customers and are so polite. Today I stopped by to drop off four big boxes. I thought it was going to be awkward and annoying but it was very fast and super easy. They saw me park and one of the employees came running out to help me, another employee was scanning the boxes, and another was holding the door open. I felt very special!

Tim, rudest man in a customer service position. Snapped at everything I did during returns not one smile. Won’t be back. If you’re having a good day he’s sure to make it a horrible one! Calling corporate to complain as well. Everyone else in this store is usually the nicest. But Wow! Tim is extremely rude!

The staff is hands down best. We ship about 150 - 200 packages a day so we’ve been to many different UPS, FedEx, and USPS facilities. Nothing compares to the upbeat attitude of the staff and the kindness. They always greet my team and I with a smile, go the extra mile (I come in last minute sometimes and they run my box out to the UPS pickup truck), and always seem to be in a great mood. I come here daily and have never had a bad experience. Honestly I have never bothered leaving reviews good or bad for places but this UPS store is worth it. Thank you!

Staff very helpful, went way beyond their job!!

I am sure most are aware that on December 11, 2021 most all of us saw the chain-reaction crash that occurred on Interstate 35W in Fort Worth. Six people lost their lives and 65 others were injured. People lost children, husbands, wives and friends. Others were trapped in their vehicles. There were over 130 Vehicles involved some of which were 18 wheelers, which will affect deliveries. Then we have rolling blackouts with some having no heat or water for days on end. Most business have suffered some sort of impact by all of this and we as consumers need to take a breath and show some compassion. For those who are unaware our neighborhood UPS family owned store during this time has suffered their own difficulties because of all of these situations. They had pipes that burst and are diligently trying to clean up, as well as serve their clients. Hours of operation have had to fluctuate because of the weather, rolling blackouts and because of the busted pipes. And let us not forget they are humans as well and have suffered their own difficulties personally during this time. So, I am asking that we as consumers all take a breath count ourselves blessed and show empathy and support Store #6894. I love Sheryl and her family and crew so much. This is absolutely the BEST UPS store in N Dallas. I have used them throughout the pandemic to keep my business running.Drew, who is usually there in the mornings is amazing. I have shipped boxes and also had important legal documents on deadline, and he handled them/advised me PERFECTLY. (He even helped me save $$.) The store is clean and organized, and I appreciate that they are in masks. Ive dropped in at least 2 other times to use the fax when my wifi was down. I cant say enough good about Drew! In these uncertain times, its really important to know my stuff gets where it needs to be. These people know what they are doing. Thank you, Drew, for the extra time and expertise.

This UPS location continually exceeds my expectations! I have used Cheryls design and printing services multiple times throughout the pandemic and her efficiency, attention to detail and overall customer service is top notch. I drive over 30 minutes just to use this location each time because I know they will NOT disappoint! When my boss gives me a printing project, this UPS location (and Cheryl, specifically) is my secret weapon to make me look good!!

Great store! Everyone is super friendly and gets you in and out of their quickly even when theres a line. Cheryl is THE BEST and so helpful with my (mostly last minute) printing needs. She and the rest of the team is super fast to respond to any emails as well.

Thumbs Down! Website said they were open, but they werent. Sign on the door claimed they were closed due to inclement weather, but they were too busy [or otherwise occupied] to update their website. ---> Updated. They are friendly people and mistakes can happen in the rush to close a business for bad weather. I will continue to use them for my shipping needs.

Always have a pleasant experience after visiting here. The employees are very professional, helpful and courteous. They dont keep people waiting for long, if an employee notices their customer waiting, they immediately come forward to the front desk and attend to customers.

I had purchased and item online and the seller brought it here for packaging and shipment to me across the country. Cheryl was prompt in not only packaging and shipping my oversize, oddly shaped purchase but she was also attentive to my concerns shipping such a piece and ensured me that she would personally be packaging it with care. A few short days later, I have my item in as purchased condition with no damage from shipping. It was packaged EXTREMELY well and was done so at a fair price. Highly recommend this location!

I went there at the end of lunch hour and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They do more than ship packages. They also provide notary and signage services. They will help you find the best option for your needs. There’s another location closer to me but I prefer this one for its excellent customer service.

What a wonderful people person place!! I called this UPS store today to try and find out how best to re-deliver a box to a new neighbor delivered to me in error....(Im stuck at home with a bad knee). Longer story short, the manager (Cheryl) sent her son (also works for UPS) to my home to help - he picked up my UPS package to send out and took the box to the neighbor. What a caring attitude - Im so glad they are in the neighborhood!

Cheryl was phenomenal! She knew everything about the shipping process. I had an unusual item that wasnt rectangular and it was complicated to ship. She went above and beyond to accommodate and educate me about the process. Plus after shopping around, they were the most competitively priced. I can now safely that say I am a lifetime loyal UPS customer thanks to Cheryls service.

Using an amazon box for shipping. Being told it is not hard enough to handle the shipment. Fine. Asked how much a box is here. Told me a couple of dollars. And now 7 for a shipment box. Great

Had to ship out a computer to Los Angeles. Was nervous about shipping it (very fragile $2500 PC) but they helped me box it up appropriately. The computer worked perfectly upon arrival. They even took the time to wrap the power cable in bubble wrap. Will definitely return in the future.

We use this specific UPS store for a couple of reasons besides their superior shipping capabilities. When we found out that they can help grow our family business, we immediately called the Casadays to see what additional services they provide. Unknowing, that they also offer advertising options including direct mail opportunities as well as printing, we were eager to start working with them. It was a great experience! I didn’t print out the amazon return label as I thought it can be scanned by QR code. But I needed to print it out. So, the manager requested me to email her the label and she printed for me for free! I strongly recommend this ups store.
