Mike s customer service was superb.He explained phone specs very clearly and made my Verizon transition seamless.He is very knowledgeable and worked quickly to bring all my info over from the old phone.Your phone/plan prices are great and I am happy to be free of Verizon after 18 years...My monthly plan is half the price of Verizons.It is obvious that Mike likes his job, is knowledgeable of products and plans, is honest, and represents the Boost brand with excellence. He deserves a raise!!!

Place is shady bought a phone he didn’t give us a receipt and now boost mobile is saying that they only got partial payment but the whole amount came off of my credit card! He was mad we came close to closing time! Something better be done we now have a phone that doesn’t even work but they have all of our money

Came in to switch from metro. And had a great experience the guy with the beard was a great salesmen and showed me all the devices. This place is really respectful i recommended this store to my family and we all love the service.
