The staff here are very professional and helpful. We had set up our account online and run into issues. So many thanks to Verizon Associate Arland who got me started with activation and set up, as well as helping with our screen protectors, giving great account advice and Verizon Store deals on accessories as new customers. I’ll start this review by saying OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I went to the Verizon store on Bentwood Blvd this morning to upgrade my phone, however prior to going I called customer service to see if what I wanted to do was going to work for me and be affordable. Long story somewhat short I WAS MISINFORMED!I was in luck.. I was greeted by a young man his name is Micah and he had the uncomfortable job of letting me know I was not exactly given all accurate information. Needless to say I was very upset and anxious because I had spent at least 45 minutes on the phone earlier in the morning.Micah was kind, considerate, helpful and compassionate to the situation and of my displeasure. Micah’s professional attitude and approach immediately changed the outcome of this visit and he patiently got me into the phone I wanted.I will say that I have had many encounters at Verizon locations in that past and 9 out of 10 have been less than desirable. I am thankful for Micah’s hard work and dedication not only to Verizon but to THE CUSTOMER as well. I hope Verizon recognizes Micah’s OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to specifically give Arland a shout out because he made switching from ATT to Verizon as smooth as possible amidst a pandemic, having a 4 month old, and a husband who works crazy hours. I had an in store appointment and he laid out all the information I needed and provided ways for me to reach him directly since I had to talk things over with my husband. My husband then was able to meet with him in store and finalized the switch. Verizon works much better in our house than ATT did so we are happy with the service itself as well. However, we probably wouldnt have switched if Arland hadnt made it so easy for us, so thank you Arland!
I appreciated the patient help from both specialists--Vaughn on Monday, Paul on Tuesday, helping through the process of acquiring new phone. When info from previous phone did not all transfer, I went back on Tuesday, and Paul started by wiping new one clean, then loading. Thank you both for your help and patience.
I don’t give low ratings easily. The only reason I’m choosing to give a lower rating for this Verizon store is due to the fact they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions and overlooked important details in my transactions here that cost me a lot of $$. I’m hoping the manager will take note and work to make improvements. I ended a phone line while purchasing a phone for a different line in 2017. 18 months later I find out the line I was told was closed... wasn’t. I paid for that line as part of my bill for all those months. I know, you might say how could you have missed that... well I was traveling non-stop and simply paid my bill without going over it. After Realizing that $20 charge was for a line I never used and a phone I didn’t even have, I called Verizon and got small refund as a courtesy. There was no note of the original request when I was at this store in my account. As a 15 year customer of Verizon they took my word for it and I’m grateful... but I still ate the rest. This is only one example of the agent in this store not following through on what I went there to do.
Ive never given 1 star before but I am now. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to buy a top of the line iPhone 11 and had to wait half an hour before I could get any service. The place was practically deserted at the time.Everything I wanted to do, combine plans, cancel a plan, add a line required a call to a different number. I ended up just leaving and will visit at&t tomorrow.

Hooray for Paul ! My cell phone was unresponsive, would not take a charge, so took it into the Verizon on Brentwood Blvd for urgent care. Paul placed my phone on the wireless charger and my phone started showing signs of life ! While my phone was charging Paul educated me about the many features and functions of my phone that I had wondered about, but never knew . He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made what I thought would be a drudgery, a fun stop into the phone store !Thank you Paul !

The sales person was very knowledgeable and walked me patiently through the whole process. I ended up with a great phone with all the features I wanted with an affordable plan to support my communications needs. Very happy customer here! I must say reading the reviews about the poor customer service had me a little worried about going to this location but I decided to go anyway. Im glad I did! Tiffany was super nice, knowledgeable and very helpful! The entire staff was nice and the atmosphere altogether was great! I highly recommend going to this location!
Great service at this location. The location is super convenient right across from the Galleria. I felt like the store was really clean and had a nicer interior than other locations.

Good customer service, but there’s always a wait. I was told conflicting information from this store, a phone customer service agent, and a service agent at another store, so that made the whole transaction very difficult and I ultimately ended up having to be helped by the phone agent who was most reliable, but they do the best they can. Verizon is a difficult company to deal with in general, so I imagine it’s a hard place to work when customers are perpetually dissatisfied.
Excellent service all around. Shout out to Derrick and his boss lady. Everybody was honest and upfront and super easy to work with. I could tell that all the staff was very relaxed, which in turn makes customers relaxed.

I wasnt expecting much and it delivered. I guess its about as good as you can hope from Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T. The staff there clearly doesnt care too much and they didnt really make you feel like you had any hope of getting satisfaction. I had to hear the on employee say, Oh I just manage the line I cant help you with your problem, several times. Next time Ill be sure we order products online so we know exactly what were getting and at what price rather than feel compelled to argue with a sales rep.
I’ve had better service at other Verizon locations in multiple west coast and Midwest stores. Slow to assist and not very friendly...They make really easy to do things (even exchange) difficult and awkward for consumers.
One of the worst things that can happen to a person in life is having to go to a cellular store. I hate the fact that they can never solve my problem. But mostly I hate myself for still going.
My phone is having issues so I finally went to have it fixed or replaced. Shortly after arriving a woman said I needed to register. As she was taking my account info, I explained my problem. She asked if I had insurance on the phone and I told her I did not. She then argued, belligerently, that it wasnt Verizons problem. It was the hardware (Galaxy S)! It was the software (Google)! Complete diagnostic assessment without ever looking at the phone. I told her I would not argue with her and left the store. Sprint, ATT need a new customer?
Beverly was awesome sauce! We are from North Carolina and had a problem with my Dads phone while we were in St. Louis. She was able to get his phone shipped to us while we are here. She heard us telling that we werent sure of the hotels in the area and the safe areas to be at night. She heard our horror story of a one night stay at a hotel and immediately she started looking up other places that were nice and safe for us to stay. I could not believe it! Talk about customer service!!!!! If I lived here, I so would continue to use this Verizon for my store.We went back to pick up the phone they ordered for dads replacement. (Normally they dont ship to the store, but being we are from North Carolina and we did not have a place to stay yet....they shipped to the store and called us upon its arrival.) Danielle there was awesome and super friendly! She custom fit a screen protector on his phone for us and set his phone up. She even offered advice on a few places in the area to see.This is one of the friendliest and most helpful Verizons I have been to ever! Wish we lived here to have this as our Verizon!

Disgusting, nobody knows what to do and how to do. Combination of ignorance and then plus arrogance.They were playing simply rude. Seemed like were not interested in working. Showed you deliberately to make me feel that they were not interested in helping me out. First they were busy but even when they were not having a single customer in the store, they were just fiddling around with nothing.Sorry bad bad bad and bad. Only.Went to Kirkwood store they took care of everything in less than ten minutes.

Customer service (which is the only thing that matters here) leaves a lot to desire. We have been here more times that Id like but whatre you going to do, in previous times have been okay, you have to wait but you see every one busy... This last time was the worse, there were 4 employees working, taking care of 4 customer, one of them (?Crissy, blonde lady) finished, checked us in and said one of them will take care of you and literally went and sat down next to the other employees to talk to him (who was actually working) and the costumer he was taken care of. I mean you wont help us and rather you will go and sit down and do literally nothing?. What kind of service is that?... at least go to the back so we cant see you... After that Alicia was nice and followed up on us to make sure everything was working.
Offered to sell a new phone when they could not even bother to reboot a phone that screen was off. Verizon phone support line was very helpful, and had the problem solved quickly with replacing a 1 year old device.
Had the worst experience of my life at this store. I switched from AT&T and went to get added to my boyfriends account and get the $600 in rebates for trading in my old phone. Long story longer, they put me on someone elses phone plan, did not get me signed up for the switcher rebate, the bill is $40 higher than the rep in store quoted me and after spending literally hours on the phone, they refused to credit my account for their blunder. As soon as my contract is up, trust and believe I am gone for good. And it all started with a rep in this location name Antoine. Do not do business with these imbeciles.

I always have experienced great customer service here. This is a corporate store (not a dealer) and that makes a big difference in my opinion.
Even for a Verizon store this one is bad. They refused to sell me a phone. I have a business account and dont want to finance a phone on it. They refused and said that I could only finance it, not pay for it. They were super rude. Verizon customer service on the phone couldnt understand why the store refused to sell it to me. She called the store and talked to them and they wouldnt budge. T-mobile has much better customer service.Update : after talking with another Verizon store and customer service they arent allowed to do that. The reason they did was because they get less commission if its not financed.

I had serious issues with a cheap phone service and needed to get something reliable. I got on my moms plan at this Verizon. My phone was all tied up because the old service would not release my number and the sales rep worked hard until she got my phone released. She couldnt get the number but she was so very helpful. She spent a lot of time making things right. I highly recommend this location.

Good sales pitch, but really couldnt answer my questions about system issues with my phone. Recommended I call MyVersion for assistance! I had done that the night before and no real answers. I finally got a serious network interface problem through Verison Coach.

I had a quirky issue with my phone that is highly unusual due to my phone being a prototype. Adnan was very helpful in trouble-shooting the issue and he tried several things until he was able to fix it. Many customers in the store were very rude because they didnt understand their phones issues or were shocked they had to wait. The staff here were very professional and helpful.
Have officially surpassed the 1 hour mark waiting for an exchange that I had arranged on previous visit. They have one man helping customers and two checking in .... nobody...I cant criticize the tech...but really?? An hour!
I have been into the Brentwood Verizon store three times within the past month. I originally came in to get a new phone. Then had to come back to get a replacement screen which was not in stock the second time I came into the store and was told by Mel, the solutions manager, that he would give me a phone call when a new screen protector replacement head came in. I never received a phone call from him. I just walked in the store not even 5 minutes ago to get a new screen protector and finally got a new screen protector but the gentleman who helped me wouldnt put it on because he wasnt going to do a good job of it and then referred me to walk over to the mall to have somebody else put it on over there. Im beyond aggravated and dissatisfied with the lack of service at this store.
Not that busy ! Told I had 2 people ahead of me! Greeter was curt and asked me why I was there! Then she did not want to here my issues! After 15 minutes I saw her chatting with another associate and asked if it would be a long wait that I may need to return! and she she seemed annoyed for interrupting her chat! Just said yeah no concern about my schedule!New staff! Did not recognize anyone! This place used to be great!

I was lied to in order to buy more accessories. I went in today and was told that my and my husbands phones did not come with a charger so we bought two, only to come home with 4 chargers. And we were told that if we got extra accessories there would be a deal, the receipt illustrates that there was no deal. Thanks for nothing, Liz. Hope that commission is super worth lying to people!

Though I knew what I wanted going in - upgrading two iPhones - I was given all of my options in a straight-forward way. There were upsells in there, but the customer service rep never came across as pushy.I am happy with my purchase and the service I was provided.

A sales rep told my mom the store could transfer her contacts to a new phone for $10. On the third visit they finally informed her she could not transfer unless she was staying with Verizon. They knew on the first visit that she intended to transfer. Three wasted visits!

Friendly service for even non Verizon customers. Limited parking makes it a bit tough if there is a crowd, but proximity to the Galleria is a positive.

I only gave Verizon 5 stars so people would read this. I would give this company a zero if it was an option. I recently ended service with this horrible, deceiving company. My husband & I did not have any service for hours at a time for weeks. No service in places like Florissant, St. Charles, Affton, etc. Just horrible. Verizon tried to update the towers, reset our phones & send us different phones but it was the same result. The last phones they sent us ran extremely hot. Verizon didnt care. They told us to keep then a few more weeks & call back. I would think a BURNING hot phone would be a safety issue. Finally we were told to send the phones back & the account would be credited. We went to this store to get a return shipping label like 6 customer service reps all advised us to do & promised once the phones were received we could end our phone contact. Once they got the phones back we were told thats not their policy. Then they lied & said there was no evidence we called & complained as not having service. I told the rep to listen to the recorded calls & read the notes. According to her there were none which I know is a lie. I spent multiple hours daily trying to problem solve these issues with Customer service. What liars! They scammed us out of like $700. I will never be a Verizon Customer again. They used to appreciate their customers but now they are just money hungry & have no loyalty. They dont stand behind their word. They just make excuses..

Above and beyond. Jim B. offered great customer service, explained and answered questions plainly, and tirelessly resolved numerous problems. The rest of the staff in the store that day also offered support. A lot of headaches created by the sales staff at the Apple Store were ironed out by Jim B. and the Verizon staff at this Brentwood location.
They could not help with phone problem, they were more worried about people picking up new items . Also had to stand outside on the sidewalk on a busy street and talk to the representative .
Jeffrey was the least helpful wireless person I have ever dealt with. He had no knowledge or desire to help me. I walked in with 4 issues and offered one solution (new SIM card - that didnt work) for 1 of the problems. Wanted to blame a keyboard app for some of the others..so I disabled that in front of him and the problem was still there. Another person came over to help and he was less help than Jeff. Their big solution to everything was tech coach...even though they both admitted that probably wouldnt help. The final solution was a hard reset...but not to let Google install everything back on my phone...no really...whats the point in having the apps of I cant use them? When I walked in I specifically asked for someone that was very knowledgeable and owned an android phone...Jeff is an apple owner. I have had decent luck with this store before...but will try another store before I go back to this one.

I came in because I lost my phone -- a very stressful situation. I was with my step mother and her two daughters. We came in at 6:30 and left well after closing time with my two step sisters crabby and fussy. The woman who worked with us -- Jolan -- was extemely helpful and understanding. She explained that it wasnt even her day to work but she was patient with us even with my step sisters being moody and for the fact that it took awhile to process information and merge accounts, which is why we stayed even after closing time. Impressive customer service.
Jim is very helpful. Yesterday I went to the store to return my new Iphone 8 and get the Iphone 8 plus. The rep who helped me just coldly handed me the phone box and I had to ask for a bag. Today I had to travel and there is no phone service or LTE. I had to stop at another verizon store to find out my account is suspended. Then, I was sent to another Verizon store to wait another half hour to reconnect my account. You guys really have to service your customer better!

Went to the store for a replacement phone. They sent it to the wrong address. Upon returning to the store for an explanation, the manager (Tyrone) claimed that they could not tell which address they had shipped it to in their system, that this was FedExs mistake and problem, and that there was nothing they could do. I was sent packing with a tracking number on a Post-It accompanied by a snide and pretentious attitude.After calling Verizon customer service, I found out this was all BS: they could see the address at the store, they most likely knew they sent it to the wrong one, and then lied to cover their mistake and avoid responsibility. There are other stores with more responsible managers, Id suggest one of them.

Customer service is terrible. Wouldnt help me get a screen protector on a phone I bought through Verizon because I hadnt bought the protector at their store. The phone is still yours? I still bought the screen protector through Verizon? The complete lack of willingness to help was disappointing.
