I honestly don’t usually rate or comment because customer service now a days is usually less than par.. and I was always told if you can’t say something nice don’t say it at all. Today I was proven different. Walked in to foot locker in Richmond heights and was immediately greeted by a nice guy who was ready and willing to help. I needed shoes for both of my sons and I am somewhat clueless because they are “at that age” and nothing I come up with is cool anymore!!! Anywho, Mario, was a blessing today. He was patient, knowledgeable and so kind and patient with me. Thank you for making it easy for me. I will definitely be back. He definitely deserves some praise. Great job!!!

As a female the selection is very limited. For this to be a dying mall and one of the last stores you would think that the customer service would be somewhat great or at least good.....well that is wrong! The customer service is sucks horribly bad! We were ready to spend a couple hundreds of dollars on shoes for our family, but the service was so bad that we decided to go to finish line. The service there is 100 times better as well as their selection for men, women and children!

My husband has a popular sites foot and a lot of the shoes that they have or not in stock in his size. However customer service was willing to place an order for us and accommodate us get us whatever we needed to help make a sale . We appreciate that customer service try to accommodate us in any way possible and didnt just give up because they didnt have a size
