The clothes and shoes are well made, and theyre incredibly comfortable. But what gets them 5 stars for me is the customer service. I came in yesterday and was helped by Lynn Bell, the Assistant Manager. She listened intently to what I wanted and brought out an impressive array of pieces to try on. I was made to feel like a celebrity, from placing the shoes on my feet to tying the laces. I felt like I was in a place three times as expensive. If you need nice ready-to-wear clothes, go see Lynn. Youll be happy you did.

Seriously an amazing store! Really great made shoes for a good price. Travis was stellar! He got us all taken care of and personally put four or five different styles of shoes on my wifes foot, seeing what size would fit her best. As a customer I was blown away by the professionalism AND personable service Travis provided. As a LGBT couple I felt welcomed and accepted. Even if the shoes werent very well made, which they definitely are well made, we would return because of the awesome customer service!

Quality clothes and shoes. Prices are usually in alignment with the quality of the item, but I prefer to wait for their sales. I just picked up the Lofting Gore Buckle Boot. I am extremely pleased with it.
