Friendly staff and very professional, gave me free tyre rotation with paid oil change, highly recommended.the waiting room has coffee and water and also provided with magazines, TV.. had a peaceful time waiting there.

Bought 4 new tires. Everyone i came in contact with was friendly and professional. Brittany was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure to put me in the courtesy car because my car wasnt safe to drive. Picked it up today. Great experience. Im a travel nurse and put a lot of mileage on my car. I highly recommend them for all the services the provide. I only wish I got the names of all the staff. Ty all.

Honestly I cant say enough good things about this Midas. Today is the 2nd time I have used them. Brittney has helped me both times and has been so nice. The first time I went in, I needed a new tire and the team was able to get me back on the road that day. I felt like they were genuine and not trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff. Today I took my car in for my state inspection and they made drop off so quick and simple. I highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs. Dont forget to ask for Brittney! We were on vacation and had a nail in our tire. We stopped in to get our tire fixed. They were so nice and after checking our tire, informed us that it was just a tiny screw that didnt do any damage to our tire!Within a very short time, we were on our way!So glad we were fortunate to have stopped there.

Been here twice - each time I called the day of and they were able to fit me in and worked pretty quickly. Definitely coming again!

Please read my review below and read my updated review to understand why I demoted my 5 star review to 1 star. I was so impressed with my 1st visit and was totally destroyed by this second visit. I experienced lies, price gouging, and just straight up disrespect. Everytime I think about this past visit, I am completely upset with this mechanic and how Midas conducts business.2nd Visit (Totally dissatisfied & disappointed)I came to Midas after really great service from my first visit (which was to repair a rear light). This time I needed an oil change and to see if Midas could repair an inoperative spray nozzle. After about 20 minutes, the mechanic comes to me and states that whoever did my oil change last time broke my dipstick and the wire was stuck inside.When I stated that I just checked my oil the previous day and it was fine, the mechanic stated Well it must be wear and tear. I gave the mechanic the benefit of the doubt and asked if he could fix it. He stated that he would try to locate a new dipstick and take out the wire. The mechanic also stated I had some bulbs out. Again, on the strengh of my first visit, I trusted that Midas would make it right and I authorized the repair. However, when I asked the mechanic which bulb was replaced last time, he stated he didnt know and if I wanted an electrical diagnostic it would be $250.Towards the end of the appointment, the mechanic stated that he was unable to remove the dipstick or locate a replacement for it. The mechanic stated that if I wanted he could try to remove the dipstick but he would need to take my engine apart and it would cost more money. I asked for my bill and decided to seek counsel elsewhere.When I paid my bill ($120 for oil change and two bulbs changed) I asked the mechanic about the spray nozzle, he said he forgot. He went to check and called me to my vehicle about 2 minutes later. He stated that he could fix it but his labor no matter what is $150 an hour and thats how much it would cost. This mechanic should not be working on any vehicles.1st Visit (Great serviceI usually stay away from big chains, especially mechanics. Either you get overcharged or the staff dont know what theyre doing. Midas RVA and Brittany removed all of my hesitations. The facility was clean and had that unique RVA touch. Brittany was friendly, courteous and so friendly to me and my son (even offered him some candy). I drove away feeling really happy knowing my vehicle was taken care of. Definitely above and beyond service! Great job!

Thanks to their partnership with the Red Cross blood drive, I’ve discovered this newest location on the Boulevard in Richmond. Midas’ partnership with Feed More and the Red Cross make them my first choice for automotive needs.

Get experience! I went in for an oil change and they did a routine inspection also. It all took about an hour and I was out the door. I love the web link they send to your phone with pictures and explanations of what they inspected. Its very informative and handy to have right at your fingertips. Everyone wore a mask and the facility is clean and spacious! I give them 5 STARS!! Well Done!!

Midas located on Author Boulevard have great customer service! Their waiting area makes you feel like home, so comfortable. They are so professional, they greet you at the door, made sure I was able to get back home, lend their company car to those who need transportation while their vehicle is getting fixed. My tire light came on during my lunch break so I stopped by the boulevard location. They were extremely helpful very efficient and had me out of there within the hour. Plus it was extremely reasonably priced. The employees were friendly and professional and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

They lie about estimates and ended up having to pay $250 over. I brought my car in to have the problems fixed so it could pass inspection. 1) they did not run an inspection (even though it is months expired) and 2) the said there were other issues so it wouldnt pass. Why didnt you fix them like i said in the first place?Trash shop. Dont waste your money for no reason.

Went for a state inspection, the appointment process was easy and reassuring. The very friendly staff got it in and out quick, recommended some maintenance items but didnt pressure, and the link they text you to all the info and pics about the inspection results was beyond impressive! Also very nice waiting room, will definitely be returning.

Overpriced!!! One of the worst experiences I had in Richmond. They charged us a hundred dollars for just diagnosing something we told them that it was already broken. I am never going there again.
