They were very good and knowledgeable, but my problem was I asked for my rug to be cut to 11x20 and it was not... Now every time I open or close my door I have to lift the carpet.. It cannot be cut since I paid for the binding on the carpet.

Very, very satisfied with price and selection. We shopped around and had several other local companies give us quotes on how much carpet we needed for our second floor. My husband and I did ALOT of research when selecting a flooring company to handle hardwoods, new carpet & vinyl tile. We had about 15 companies come out to measure and discuss options. Bobby at House of Carpet was the ONLY person that spent extra time walking around our home and pulling back the carpet to determine what we were actually dealing with. Several other companies came out and quoted us without truly understanding what would be required. When all of the quotes came in, we were stunned to find that House of Carpet was also the most competitive. We hired them to do our floors and are so glad that we did! House of Carpet offers a great selection of carpet. Their showroom displays their wide range of carpet. They have a few options for tile, but it is very limited.
