My wife and I had a rug which needed damaged fringe removed as well as to be cleaned. The work was excellent, the information we were given was very helpful and the overall atmosphere in the shop was quite comfortable and personable. Mark and Otto treated us respectfully and are very polite. A great experience for us! They have a wonderful selection of high quality rugs that need to be seen!

We had been in a few rug stores in the past but always got cold feet because we were overwhelmed and had a lot of questions. We were nervous about making such a big investment without someone we trusted helping us.Mark explained buying rugs as an experience that takes time, decisions should take days or weeks. He took the time to show us how the different rugs were constructed, how the knots per inch changed the feel of the rug and hand picked a few examples to start with. Two were instant hits, the others just didnt grow on us. A few visits later we have some very unique rugs that we love will be in the family for a long time! Mark hand delivered some of the larger rugs because we couldnt fit them in our car.After we were sure of our choices he cut pads and sent an installer out to tack the runner to the stairs.All of the other stores were lacking the personal assistance we got from Mark and his team, as Mark said, rug buying was an experience and it was definitely a good one! Well be back for more in the future, thanks Mark!

High quality rugs of course, but great service combined with interesting background information make this a pleasant place to browse and maybe purchase a beloved treasure for your special space, with no pressure and lots of warmth and patience from the staff.
