Walked in zales.. Was wanting a simple battery change.. One of the staff tried to help but the task was above her for some reason could have been new or whatever, one other employee was there but he was glued to an tablet so no help there and another employee just clocked in and he was setting up his station im guessing he did ask did i need help i said im here for a battery.. Still my battery is no close to being replaced.. So im waiting for the Fourth employee to get done helping a customer.. She then attempts to change it and says oh ya we dont have the battery here.. You can go to out sister store Kays. Would you like for me to leave you watch open??? Im no please close it up.. And that took a few minutes to do that.. I dont know if my experience was normal or im overreacting but I thought my experience could have been better
Was going to spend a lot of money in there today walked in your store was told I had to leave without a mask on didnt matter if I was vaccinated or had health issues no mask no service peroid. I think you need to follow state guidelines and at least find out why I didnt have a mask on he just lost a big sale and all of my family members and friends will know as well. Shame on you Zales.

Devin and Marilyn are the only ones we will ever deal with when we come back to Zales! Their customer service, kindness, and overall knowledge of their products far more surpassed our expectations! After our past experience, we only intended to return the ring we purchased due to a manufacturer’s defect. The other sales associate we dealt with previously said they couldn’t even see what I was talking about, to just take the ring back home with me. :( I left feeling crushed and defeated. Two days later (after all the tears) we returned - as soon as I took the ring off to show it to Marilyn, she IMMEDIATELY saw the defect! She said it looked like it was crushed on one side and she could also see the carbon in the diamond (which was supposed to be a Vera Wang SI-1- 2 diamond) Since we had already spoken to Devin, we waited for her to come back from lunch - which was 5 minutes at the most. (That gave us time to just look ... but ... like I said, we were set on returning it) As soon as Devin returned, she helped us - listening to our concerns, wants and needs. The ring I loved had the clarity, color, certification and quality we were looking for - Devin knew it was the ring I wanted (it was a little outside of our budget though) so we looked at more rings ... but nothing compared to the first ring we tried on. She knew it was the one and had me try it on again.... I wanted it - it was perfect! Devin did everything to get us my dream ring! My husband and I both walked out with smiles on our faces! We are truly happy with Devin and Marilyn’s customer service!! ❤️ We will be returning in a few weeks to purchase the band as well (we already picked it out) - and if Devin or Marilyn isn’t there, we aren’t purchasing!

There is no point in the day that this location ever answers their phone I wouldnt recommend ordering your jewelry and sending it to this location because they dont answer their phone they prefer you to call to make an appointment to pick up your items but yet they dont answer any calls

Worst customer service. I was ready to purchase over $1,000 worth, and the staff did not assist me to get what I needed to complete the sale. Never received a call back. A lot of time wasted at this store. I will return to Colonial Heights, 20 miles out of the way.

Today September 25, around 4:50 pm I went to the store to get my ring cleaned and inspected, a very rude lady greeted me with the following question-what is your problem?- Although I was upset I answered nicely why I was there for. I explained to her that I didnt bring my paperwork with me and asked her if she could find me on the system. She got very rude and upset because I couldnt remember the exact date of my ring purchase, after that I decided to leave the store with a thank you because I didnt want to deal with such a poor costumer service anymore.
Went to Zales and my boyfriend wanted me to pick out a promise ring! I found the perfect and most beautiful ring there. He used his credit card to pay, the transaction went through and took the money from his account, Zales said it didn’t show on their computer and wanted him to pay again! He showed them his account where it was paid for and they told us to come back 24hrs later so the lady put the ring on layaway to be held for us... it’s a week later now and I still don’t have that ring and my boyfriend is still without his money!!! This jewelry store totally ruined what was going to be a perfect day and a week later... money not returned and no ring!!! Compared to Zales... we should’ve went to Walmart! I’ll never goto another Zales again!
Found a lovely 14kt. White gold chain for a very reasonable price. Customer service was good too.
I enjoyed my visit but I felt rushed (because I look young) and my wants were not met with my consulant. I felt as if he was suggesting rings that were way out of our budget or that had qualities that I was trying to stay away from.
Everytime I come to get my ring fixed or cleaned I am always throughly impressed with the customer service & how beautiful they get my ring looking again!
The people that work here are awesome! Super friendly and helpful they are also very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store!
