Rude employees... 11:00-11:20 at night... and the employees are in the lot smoking and blaring their stereos and subwoofers with windows down and hatch open. so loud its vibrating my semi truck. I rolled down my window and asked the men if they knew we were trying to sleep and got nothing but disrespect and ignorant responses. I was told by POC they have overnight parking at the fence which is where Im parked.

Delivery drivers shouldnt have to wait an hour because the whole plant shut down for lunch...ridiculous!!

Was not good I lost money they r very strong on making appointments a day before you get there but took it out on the driver the broker was supposed to do that got there at 10:15 am and they wouldnt unloaded me told me to come back in the morning they started back up at 8: am and I did so got back there at 7:15 am and they didnt start unloaded me until all most 10 AM I was told they have to get there trucks out first used my truck for storage... smh good luck

Usually decent service. Once and awhile I get a sales person with an attitude but for the most part they are nice and take my order. Pick up is always easy .

Great service and prices. Had some problems with delivery in that the driver was in too much of a hurry to be careful unloading, which caused some damage.

Having never dealt with a metal store I did not know what to expect. I had to have some small steel plates for a deck project and BMG not only got my pieces ready in just a couple of days, they were pleased to help me load them up in my vehicle even though they walked away from tasks they were working on at the time. Customers come first is not a plaque on their wall, it is in the lives of those who work there!!
