Every time I have visited they are always out of a lot of the flavors. Still had a variety of options but they seem to never have any flavors anymore. Drive through didnt take long.

Good Donuts even when they aren’t fresh I just hardly ever get them fresh from here. Staff is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude. Losing a lot of business I’m sure.

Wont be coming back here! Corrine, the store manager slammed the drive through window in my elderly mothers face after she refused to honor the free dozen advertisment for the 2021 seniors. She was RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. If you really want Krispy Kreme, please find another location where they can provide better customer care. At this point, I am willing to pay the extra cost than witness someone disrespect my elderly mother the way she did!

I order key lime donuts special .I got regular donuts instead I drive 10miles to bring them back the first picture thats what I got when I returned the second picture what they advertised the two dnt look alike. They wasnt fresh.$12.74 wasted shouldve kept regular donuts instead.

I was very disappointed. They took away the best donut New York Cheesecake donut. Also, I dont like the fact only online orders can come inside. Then certain donuts werent available at a certain time. The fresh light barely stays on. Bring back the New York Cheesecake Donut!!

The employees at this store are rude and unprofessional. I’m from out of town and don’t have a Krispy Kreme so I always look forward to visiting. Today I asked for donuts coming off the conveyor. She handed me a pre-boxed dozen. I asked again for ones off the conveyor and she kept trying to make me take the box she had. Then she goes over to the lady boxing the donuts and complains. Like my request was unreasonable. Ladies, if you don’t like your job, get another one. I hear there are plenty out there ;-)

Normally I would not give a chain restaurant this high of a rating however there are a few things. Firstly it appears that at this local specific store they offer a discount for military service members. Sadly without this discount the prices are a bit high for what they sell. Also the service is a bit slow and the selection could be larger.Its one of the better chains but I still would advise going to local buisnesses instead.

The donuts weren’t warm. We received cold stale donuts! This use to be a nice place.

Last visit the glazed were ice cold. Today they had no glazed ready. Maybe that was a good thing. It was final visit.

The woman taking the order in the drive thru was extremely rude! I never do negative reviews, but this was just terrible. I havent even left yet, Im literally writing this IN the drive thru!

If I could give a rating of a -10 I would because the employee are rude. The appearance is very slouchie. No professionalism at all. I dont understand how it is that only online orders can be picked up from the inside. They need better management and staff. This is not a good look and will be reported to corporate.

Horrible experience. I was told it would be an hour and a half on glazed donuts and the price of the mini donuts are $1 each, too expensive.When U asked if the mini donuts was hot, the manager said no. As if they would have sold them cold. No empathy no care for the customer. Why would you be out of glazed donuts at 3PM?

Man, it is so hard to find a good Krispy Kreme donut fresh off the line nowadays. So many of their stores closed down in the early 2000s near me, so this was a real treat that I hadnt had in a long time. But even so, tasting that hot fresh donut took me back to my childhood in a way that not many things can. It was like no time has passed. It was perfect.Also, good service.

Donuts great coffie sucks

I ordered a bunch of lemon glazed and received the email that the order was confirmed with the pickup time. I drive 20 minutes to find out that they had earlier ran out of lemon glazed so I asked for a refund since I didnt receive any donuts. After a week with no refund, I contacted American Express to get my money back. I love Krispy Kreme just not the store in Ridgeland MS.

Customer service sorely lacking. Asked for a Bavarian crème filled doughnut. The cashier did not know what it was. Cashier asked manager (I assumed) and she came and asked if I wanted chocolate or original. I said original. I never mentioned chocolate. I paid. Pulled away from window. They gave me a donut with lots of glaze and some white lines squiggled across it with a hole in the middle. That is nowhere close to a crème filled donut. Got in drive line again, waiting patiently, pointed out that it was big what I ordered. Cashier through manager said they didnt have the kind I ordered. Requested my money back. No I am sorry for the inconvenience, I/we misunderstood....nothing.

My donuts where fresh out of the oven and free,I enjoyed them.

Worst Krispy Kreme. Ive gone four times in the past two years and theres an issue every time. First two times they were out of original glazed. Last time did an online order, they were out of half the doughnuts requested and just subbed whatever they wanted - didnt notify us or anything. Went again last night with an online order and again they are out of 75% of the doughnuts we ordered and we werent told until we got to the window after waiting 15 minutes in line. We canceled out order. This place is not worth the trip.

Decent donut spot. They lack a certain flare that make some spots special in my eyes. If you have a donut crave outside the hours that superior places are open, then Krispy Kreme can sometimes suffice. I had strawberry iced and the flavor was ok. Often times Krispy gets to close to tasting like simple sugar to me. The icing to dough ratio is a bit off to me. I actually appreciate the dough in donut, so places that achieve this balance to a greater degree provide a more satisfying experience. This is not to be confused with overdoughing. Harmony with dough, texture, and taste is key.

Always love these donuts, my wife has almost wrecked and kill us several times because of the Hot sign being on. The donuts are great at any time. But if the Hot sign is on they are exceptional!

I dont like the taste of their donuts, they are too soft. People seem to enjoy them and my kids do as well. The prices could be a bit cheaper and they could add more menu items.

At 6:30am they were out of glazed donuts. They are also out of Halloween donuts. A donut shop that is out of donuts? I give a two rating instead of a one only because this is the first time this happened, but even at 6:30 the donuts are rarely hot.

Jackson, MS County Line Rd location. Went to buy 2 dozen donuts for a coworker’s last day. He is a night shift nurse and I am the oncoming day shift nurse so I thought it would be a nice surprise. I got there about 5:45 am because Google said they were 24 hours. That’s incorrect but I don’t have to be at work until 6:30 so I figured I could spare 15 minutes to wait for them to open. I go in and order; they get my order together. Then proceed to tell me the machines to swipe the cards are down. I don’t have cash with me so I just can’t get anything. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. Now I remember why I don’t ever go to this location. Would give 0 stars if possible to this location.

Had a delivery today - the driver did not have gloves or mask. Our area Has doubled in cases on today and officials are begging compliance and adherence to safety precautions.(Mask)This was my first venture out for ordered food. So disappointing.

Doughnuts!!! Great place to get your sugary, starch fix. This location is clean and has great service. For years I’ve stopped at this location as I zip through Jackson and its always tidy and inviting. Not immediately off of I-55, but it’s worth the little jaunt to visit and get a warm doughnut (or 12!).😋

The window showed hot and fresh, well mine were cold and hard. And on top of that was charged a 1% hospitality tax. I they were not very hospitable, matter of fact it more like give me your money. I did even get a thank you or come back to see us. One thing is for sure I wont be back.

In my experience, the stuffed donuts had only a tiny dab of goo inside and its all in one place. Either KK has changed their style or the stuffer at the County Line location needs re-training. I even opened the donut to spread the goo around, but there was too little to spread. Since that, experience I have found where to go for really well stuffed donuts!

Online ordered to pick up at 5am. When I got there, they gave me someone elses order. I went back through drive thru since the server had left the window. Once I told them the order I had, they told me that they did not have four of the donuts I ordered. The rest of my order wasnt ready, so the box was put together while I waited. I was given a refund for the four donuts, which I am very glad for, but it was only after I asked what they were going to do since I already paid. And then once I got my dozen box, I checked after I left and got three of the wrong donuts. Not sure if it was just because it was so early and such, but I did not have the best experience.

Low staff and slow service

We got one doesnt free for buying 1 dozen donuts which is a great deal! And we even got a couple at the specialty donuts for our kids and they were even warm and fresh Clean service was fast and very friendly.

I love the donuts when they fresh and the way the air is filled with its scent. OMG and dont let me forget about the frozen iced coffee with whipped cream. Im in heaven.

Wow! Worst ever! No acknowledgement, no warm donut, no napkins, 5 not so workers standing around while 1 makes coffee and gets donuts for customers. Then they gave customer in front of me and behind me a fresh donut, and no napkins in bin but the other customers didnt ask and they got a couple. Never spending my money there again.

I always enjoy going here, but I live all the way in South Jackson, and this location is in North Jackson (borderline Ridgeland). I really wish Krispy Kreme would expand to other parts of Jackson. Itd be convenient for so many of its returning customers.

Krispy kreme as far as the selection of donuts and drinks they serve are always a five star situation. (what follows is a description of a one time incident in a place that is generally wonderful. Please judge it accordingly.) Generally their customer service is also great too. Today I think they were overwhelmed by a sale they had going on the last couple days. They were out of a lot of selection. People that were there for a dozen plain glazed were told they were out and they would not have more for an hour or more. The lady they had on the register seemed very non chalant and angry as if tired or not wanting to be at work today. She also managed to mess up my order of only three donuts somehow giving me the wrong flavor selections when I turned to speak to a friend I happened to see. To add insult to injury I was the only person to order a latte in the building at the time and they gave me the wrong flavor in that also. Today just wasnt their day but I reiterate generally they are not nearly this bad and please patronize them despite this review. One bad day doesnt make a business not worth patronizing and Im sure by the time you go theyll have their stuff together again.
