Always closes early. They are literally never open. Sometimes they close early for rain. Always out of everything not limited to Carmel, every single kind of food item (but they let you run through the whole list instead of saying everything is out), whipped cream.
I love Starbucks! Don’t get me wrong. But every time I have been to this location the employees attitudes are awful. My order is never complicated or more than two drinks. I always am polite and respectful understanding these are not easy times to work. But come on, you don’t have to be so rude and act like you hate your job.But the few times I have been later at night or in the evenings, the staff has been so wonderful! It’s usually the younger/ high school aged kids who are the most kind! ❤️
The past three times I visited this location they refused to take any orders inside the restaurant and forced you to go to the drive through. The last drink I received, caramel macchiato, didn’t even have the espresso in it, just sweetened milk! This place needs to fire everyone and start over! Horrible location.
Service was fast and friendly. Each visit here has always been good. The bacon egg bites are good. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra crunch is my new favorite.

I am visiting Mississippi to be with family and I wanted to pick up a quick hot chocolate. I get to Starbucks where I must say that there is a really nice atmosphere and set up but when we left and I tasted the hot chocolate, it was horrible. Very bland with no real taste. There wasnt really any whipped cream either. It was a very mediocre drink.I plan on calling today to get this alleviated. Hopefully it works.
Worst starbucks I ever been to. Wasnt even busy. Ordered pumpkin cream cold brew and got some wierd vanilla cold brew. Barista at counter didnt say a word to us. Literally! Just held her scanner out to scan my phone. Gave our drinks didnt say what is was like other places. No thank you either. And they also didnt do a good job on a reg caramel frappe either. Layer of caramel at bottom. Never happened before.

I was in Ridgeland, MS yesterday (Sunday) and was craving a cup of coffee. I have never been to Starbucks, but decided to try it out. The drive-thru line was extremely long, but I decided to wait in line as it was a beautiful day. When I arrived at the menu to order, I was unable to read it. There was a sign posted below stating Please pull up for assistance. I decided to pull up so I could ask questions. When I arrived at the window, the cashier informed me that they could not take orders at the window. I explained that I had never been to Starbucks and that I was unable to read the menu. I saw the sign posted for assistance, so I pulled up to ask questions. The cashier got his manager and the manager stated the same in an abrupt adamant tone, We cannot take orders at the window. I asked about the sign that said assistance, and she stated that it was for normal working hours only. After waiting in line at Starbucks for over 30 minutes, I was denied service. That was my first and last time to ever go to a Starbucks. I never write reviews, but I was appalled that I was treated this way. Store 21141, I will file a formal complaint
My brother and I ordered online but when we arrived there the worker had an attitude with us as soon as we walked in . She looked at us like we were crazy and I said we ordered online and said my name. She rolled her eyes and shook her head and this was around 8:50 am on Sunday July 18. I will not be bringing my business to this place again. We always visit here and have never been treated this way.
I always come to Starbucks. This one and the one on Lakeland Drive. I don’t leave bad reviews but i made a mistake and placed my order for the Starbucks on Lakeland Drive just because i always use my app to order so sometimes i just forget to change location. Anyways i pull up to window and i told em what happened and that i placed at the wrong location. This girl told me that they can’t do my order because they don’t do it especially if it’s busy. I told her Starbucks always do that and i even showed her the receipt. She told me i had to drive all the way to the location that i placed the order at. I pulled back out and around at the drive through because i wasn’t about to drive a whole 30 mins for drinks when they’re supposed to fix it. I called the Starbucks in Lakeland just to inform them and the manager indeed said they were supposed to fix the drinks without having me pay again now i just have to get my refund.. they were wrong for that.

Ive never been the biggest fan of Starbucks, But here recently Ive been going more often and I found Im a big fan of all the little treats that they have in the front of the store. Its a chain coffee shop but they do a pretty good job of what they do.

I think the public should know there are people that are making their coffee are not following the policy of safety and prevention of COVID 19. The person who was making the coffee didnt have his mask on or his gloves. And MS has the highest rate of Covid. Was really disappointed, not drinking coffee here.
Employees were not very friendly and seemed to be overworked. I went through the drive-thru and they kept my debit card. When I turned around and had to go inside to retrieve it, they acted as if I was bothering them and never even apologized. I think they were just too busy to care.

Not crazy for Starbucks but sometimes I like to get but this one very friendly generally quick service inside I go inside cause the drive thru takes longer and I don’t mind walking in. They always have cold brew coffee available when other locations are always sold out.
Starbucks•UBER•MASKSI was dropped off by one of my employees due to my car being at the shop for wheel repairs. I just wanted to relax for a few minutes, have a cup of coffee and UBER my way home. I walked up to the main entrance and realized I had left my mask in the truck.I gestured to one of the employees that I needed a MASK. The young lady was very eager to help and fetched me one🙏🏼Great service, good coffee flavor but... as I had a few times before, not H🔥T.Coffee must always be served hot, especially in the winter❄Well... Thank you for providing us with a great peaceful shop, friendly service, clean restroom and a MASK😷BTW, I would not have been able to UBER my way home if I hadnt gotten a MASK from that young lady.Overall...THANK YOU☕Made it home safely

Whoever the female was at the drive thru on 12-12-20 was rude and sarcastic with me. Every time I go to this location my drink tastes watered down and not like coffee at all. The worst tasting Starbucks I have ever had. I will never patronize them again. Rudeness and nasty drink...no thanks.
Well, let me start this off with: im going to be going to the bathroom for a while.i usually go to the starbucks in Clinton. i order the same drink every time and usually a food item as well. my sister works at that location, so its easy and im comfortable there. im familiar with the menu and process now, but im not picky.i sat in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes. not a huge deal, they were busy. i finally ordered my double shot on ice and a grilled cheese.when i received the drink, it was watered down immensely. it was mostly melted ice. there was about no syrup. i stirred it up, but to no avail, it tasted kinda unfortunate. in addition, im mostly vegan and always opt for coconut milk. i reminded them a couple times and it was made with dairy. i wasnt gonna be rude and ask them to remake it. the line was long and i knew they were probably stressed.but i think the nasty part was the grilled cheese. i like cheese so ive had it a lot at different local Starbucks. well, something about this one was a bit...wrong. and by that i mean that the cheese was a good bit sour and a good bit chunked up.i love Starbucks, and as a patient and shy person i wouldnt express my issue with confrontation at all. but yeeeeah, my stomach is crampy and i may be on the toilet for a while. ://so in conclusion, go to Starbucks, theyre a WONDERFUL business. but with all respect, i wouldnt personally recommend this one.

The service was great! I asked a question at first, they knew the answer right away. Then I rattled off 5-6 items to get very quickly, i could tell the person through the speaker wasnt expecting it by the way I had asked the first question. But they didnt miss a beat! They repeated my order perfectly! Then at the pickup window the I young man was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there! He gave me one item at a time and asked i wait ensuring me that I had more coming, which is awesome because I would have driven off without my last item! I was blown away at how in-sync the entire staff came across, 5 shiny gold stars for this location!

I might just start driving a little further to the other Starbucks by Wholefoods. I came in today around 7pm. I asked for two pumps of caramel sweetener and the guy today gave me NONE. My bf took a sip and said theres not even a slightest of sugar in it. I brought it back in to be remade. The guy said I personally made it myself, I did put 2 pumps. If I put 2 pumps and you dont taste it then...uhh I dont know. I ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE ORDERED TWO PUMPS IN THE LAST 15 YEARS WITH STARBUCKS.He was being sarcastic and showed me the sweetener and said Not trying to be a smart allic, but I want you to watch me put in two pumps. Yes you are being a smart ass doesnt matter how you put it. Anyway, it came out the way it should taste. I can close my eyes and be able to tell if my frap has 1 pump, 2 pumps, 3 pumps or the regular 4 pumps. Ive had it enough to know it like the back of my hands.Were human, we make mistakes. If you forgot then you did, but dont show it to my face and slowly count One...two... btw they completely forgot the girls drink that came in before me. I had to let them know that shes still sitting there.
They are NOT open as of 6/8/20, despite some genius putting up a Were Open! on the side facing the street. You dont get any indication that they are, in fact, closed until you pull around to the to-go window.If these guys cant do proper signage, Im unsure how well they can handle a more complicated task like making a blended coffee drink.Good luck to anyone dealing with these guys. Youre gonna need it...

They were not taking app orders, the line was long but it went fast.
I drop in frequently because its a convenient location. Great for a quick meeting when privacy and quiet are not important. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness and attitude. A smile on your face and your voice would go a long way to make customers feel welcomed and valued.
They took over 10 minutes to get me 2 coffees. When I asked for a replacement I could hear them arguing over how to make the coffee. The store needs some management to better train the staff.

Honestly just had one of the worst experiences at any Starbucks I have ever been to. The girl behind the counter was being extremely rude to everyone.They were very busy and I get that and was prepared to wait. But they way she was treating people was just totally uncalled for.Just another reason to support your local coffee shop.

I love the chai tea at Starbucks. The problem I have is the waiting. On my way to New York and back to Louisiana, I drove through seven states and every Starbucks that we stopped at, it took forever to get our drinks. Like most places the company tries to save money by cutting back on employees. Every Starbucks was busy and needs the extra help. I will say that all of the employees throughout the seven states were polite, considerate, and apologetic.
They absolutely couldnt get the order right and theres always such a long wait.

This Starbucks always assumes that when I say I want a peppermint latte that I mean mocha. I don’t. Please just make what the customer orders, don’t assume. Our coffee delivery arrived today and of course a mocha was made in place of the latte I ordered.

So I went to this Starbucks 3 times this week Bc I wanted to try a drink I saw online I could drink with my diet, and the first two times it was perfect no questions asked from the staff drink was fantastic! Third time was difficult the staff said she couldn’t double blend the ice ? I told her I’ve been here other times and they did it for me ? And it was a whole $.65 cents more for the same thing I ordered previously... I’m not complaining of the price but with the attitude of the worker “I guess I can do it for you this time” I’m guessing this is why there’s a hiring sign out front.. I guess I’ll be taking my business to the local coffee places around town.

From now on: Local coffee shops, regardless of convenience. This Starbucks is the antithesis of Starbucks standards. I’ve been here twice in the last month, due to the convenient location. How difficult can it be to have courteous, friendly service and make a basic mocha frappuccino correctly? The drive through was slow, the personnel were rude, and the coffee was NOT Starbucks standard! My mocha frappuccino tasted like watered down Hershey’s chocolate, straight out of the bottle! There was not even a hint of coffee flavoring. I’m going elsewhere from now on!
It would be helpful if the staff smiled at customers. Seems like a burden to be at work.

20171018 - Superb Store: plenty of seats, inside and out, plenty of parking, plenty of electric. And tall cup of coffee is still less than two dollars with your own cup.
I have to agree with other poor reviews. Been here 20+ times. Rather than an afternoon in sensitivity, this location needs an overhaul in management. They are simply way below the Starbucks standard. In the drive-thru: I order one drink, and they say pull around. I say wait, I am still in the process of ordering. I have waited 20+ minutes with three or less cars in line. Tonight, I repeated my order 3-4 times, including at the window. It took 15 minutes for really basic drinks, just handed back card, no asking about receipt. Corporate needs to send some folks to this location. I think I will just stick with Cups.
MOCHA MUGS, HERE I COME........Update::: I tried them one more time....and Im out. I was hurried through my order. I couldnt even get it out...... geez. I agree, a corporate intervention needs to happen!I ordered a Mocha and Caramel Frappe with no whip cream. The drive thru was nice, but thought I wanted 2 drinks. I got that corrected. I arrived at the window and there was whip cream on top. I politely said I had asked for no whip. She said she was sorry and took it back also mentioning that I had did indeed ask for that. They made me another one, this time with no whip cream and no mocha. UGH.... I wish that people would pay attention. Although she was nice, it wasnt a hard order to get correct. I will only be going to Mocha Mugs from now on.
Great looking place. Coffee was good but the service was really dry. Bathroom couldve used a little attention as well
First time here. The service was slow and the tables were not clean. It looked like they had been used over and over all day with no one taking the time to wipe them down. My group of three was there for an hour and never once did they clean a table. This visit was on 1-11-20 around 7:00p.m.
I have space and good quality don’t have to wait long for my coffee.
Slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. The people were friendly and working hard but for some reason they just could not manage to serve the customers efficiently. The drive thru line was at a standstill and inside was no better. They definitely need an overhaul in the way this location is run
I stopped by for a cup of coffee, and they were out of half & half. Thats pretty lame. The interior could also use some tiddying up. 2 out of 5 stars.
11/9/20 Update - The last several visits were quick and the staff was friendly. Greatly improved from last year.7/12/19 Update - Still slow. Drive through was backed up and not moving. Inside wasnt better. Awful store.6/6/19 Update - They were starting to get better but now theyre slow as molasses and are frequently out of certain products. I will try them again in a few months .10/8/18 Update: I rarely post a one star review. This has the distinction of being the worst Starbucks Ive patronized.Corporate needs to intervene ASAP.Employees seem to turn over at a dizzying rate, creating a customer service issue. Online ordering is the only way to get service in a reasonable timeframe. No guarantees on accuracy, but any other method is usually frustrating and slow. On one occasion, they literally ignored everyone in the drive-through because of a happy hour special. At the time, it was understaffed with only two very slow baristas and one manager.On the positive side, its a convenient location.

Weve tried this location twice & this Starbucks is far from efficient! Very slow, and the staff is far from friendly! If youre in a hurry, this is not the location to visit.
The local establisments are way better. When Ibwent in there was garbage on the tables and 3 unclaimed drinks on the counter.
I have no idea what has happened to this place.I once enjoyed coming here but now the staff is very slow paced and the bathrooms are always out of toilet tissue. Not only that, I opened my notebook to begin working on a research assignment and the syrup on the counter transfered on to my papers. 6 employees were working at this time and no one had time to wipe the table and place tissue in bathrooms! Very disappointing!
Staff is unfriendly. They make you feel stupid if they can’t understand a simple order. In the drive-thru they forgot to turn off their order and you could hear them ridiculing customers. Their coffee always tastes weak and like milky water. Take the extra time and drive .2 miles to the one in Barnes and Noble.

The coffee is great, it always taste delicious, what is not great is showing up 15 minutes before closing and the door being locked. This has happened on several occasions and is very unprofessional. Annoying!
