I love going to Costco. Go at least one s week. Great deals all over the store. Certain items we always get in bulk like water, paper products, certain spices and oils etc. Great prices on allergy medicines, eye drops, contact solutions. We have really liked some of the their clothing at very reasonable prices. Really like their Eddie Bauer sweats and Greg Norman pants. Of course there is always something cool on sale. Best soft serve ice cream in town....

Go see Pat at the tire center. Seriously the nicest hardworking manager at a tire place I have seen. Hes helped me twice both in emergencies where he could have said no. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I dont ever leave reviews so the fact Im doing one is big!

Store is clean and aisles are wide enough that shoppers can move freely. Employees are super kind and helpful.

This was my first visit to the new Costco in Ridgeland MS and its good to have it in the area. However, I dont understand why at checkout you have to remove each item from the shopping cart, scan it, place each item on the scan, pay, then put all items back in your shopping cart. It should be as simple as taking a scan gun and scan each item without having to remove them from the shopping cart. You must show your receipt as you exit anyway so it just would make checking out a bit easier. If you ever shopped Sams Club you can use a scan gun and scan each item without having to remove them from the shopping cart, pay, and go.

I have always loved Costco but haven’t lived near one in 10 years. When I found out it was closer than Sam’s to my son’s home in Flowood I decided to visit and renewed my membership. My ex-husband and children’s father had just passed two days ago. I was shopping for things for the family at my sons home while we are here with him and for the services. When the representative pulled up my name she stated that someone else was still on the account and called my ex’s name. I caught my breath. She immediately recognized something even though I was wearing a mask. Tears rolled from my eyes. She took time and spoke with me and was very kind! I will encourage my son to use this company.

Great prices for good quality and quantity. Friendly staff who showed great teamwork. Employees seemed to all be genuinely polite and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. I also felt comfortable shopping there during this pandemic. I did not see one person Without a mask on. Everyone wore their mask and practiced social distancing it was a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Heard its fairly new... & Im glad theres one close to my daughters school! We picked up supplies at least four about three months for her!

This place gets way too much of mine and my husbands money. We luv it. We find any and everything we need and then some.

Everyone told me how good Costco was over Sams club. Well its not, I had one of the worst buying experience concerning the staff I have ever had. They were rude and not helpful. The only person that was any kind of help and polite was the guy that was doing inventory. This was my first and last time, I will ever shop at this Costco. Maybe its not all of them, maybe just the management.

Love love love this place. One of the many foods I like is the sweet potato fries. The Tropiciand brand is so delicious. I was able get to my 6 yr old to eat them and she hasnt stop eat them since. The last time i visited Costco i didnt see this brand. I was so disappointed.

The options here are amazing! Especially if you are gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. Just wish they offered curbside pickup up and order ahead grocery shopping, and scan and go like Sams Club does.

Costco is the best inventory with the greatest employees. Tires to toilet paper and Steaks to Eyewear. Cant beat them. A special acknowledgement to the ladies in Eyewear for looking my insurance up and getting me all set up.

I waited a long time for Costco to come to MS, it happened right before covid shut down the world. This store has been a real blessing as I really stopped going to the major grocery stores (too many people not wearing masks and no distance). It is large enough to avoid crowds and very clean. It has everything I need for the most part and so I generally just buy food and other essentials at Costco.

Friends raved about Costco. I went up there to join. Sorry, you made a bad first impression on me. 45 minute wait at membership desk and still didnt get waited on. (There were not that many people waiting.) Sad thing, I can join online, but still have to go back to member desk to get my card. Another 45+ minute wait? If I ever have the time to join, and can actually get in the store I might change my rating. 45 minute wait to join makes me wonder. Makes me think the store is understaffed. Does that mean Ill have a long wait in line if I join? Does that mean Ill have a hard time getting help in the store?

Annual membership required Quality & Discount merchandise, food court, liquor, groceries healthy & normal brands, prescription meds & eyewear, tires, battery,gasoline & there is always something new & interesting as many items are seasonal &/or rotate out of stock with helpful happy employees paid more than their competition & better health care which then results in knowledgeable employees instead of the constant bickering turnover of a big box store ...p.s. I love Costco customer service & their customer is always right policy.... IF unhappy for ANY reason membership is fully refundable

First time to ever go in a Costco. Huge. Well organized. Lots of big packages of goods. Low prices.

Loved this store. But, today my husband was harassed over a mask. Even with a health condition he was still treated horribly. We left everything and I immediately called and was refund our membership. It could have gone different but the way the 2 men approached him was uncalled for and inappropriate. It was forceful and rude right out the gate. We will be taking our money elsewhere.Edit: After thinking about how the situation was handled Im still a little irritated and hope to get more of a point across so someone doesnt get hurt by their illness or disorder.He was offered a face shield but they never considered his condition being something to do with his anxiety disorder. And frankly it isnt their business. Also I as well as our friend we were speaking too had our masks on properly. It was just him because he is the only person that had a condition that wouldnt allow him to mask up. This isnt fair of a company, he tries to maintain 6 feet between himself and all other people shopping or working, he will kindly leave if their is an issue and we will shop else where but these men literally came at him like he was stealing something or spitting in peoples faces! It was very uncalled for. And thats why instead of him going to the car as I checked out we just left and canceled our membership. Customer lost because of lack of compassion and empathy for people with special needs that make it difficult to wear masks. As someone who knows multiple people with multiple reasons they need to not wear a mask or pull a mask down to make sure someone knows something like they are deaf I truly feel horrible for them if they are treated the way my husband was in Costco. I am so glad the manager or who ever that dude that was so rude to him feels like a big man now for treating another him like trash. Compassion GOES A LONG WAY!

The store is wonderful, but the food court area is a waste of time. I just waited 20 minutes on some ketchup. Then was asked to wait again for mustard!

I dont have a membership. Went as a guest. Lots of selection. Great prices. Only 4 stars due to its kinda being hot while walking around. It was 75 out and Im pretty sure they had on the heat.

We joined Costco when they recently opened a local warehouse, and have been pleased with our membership. The quality of their merchandise exceeds that of our other warehouse membership, and the prices are comparable. We especially love their clothing items, organic produce, pre-made deli items, and liquor store.

Selection of grapes is horrible. I may go back to Sams. I despise wallmart.Also bought furniture from online store and of 3 pieces 2 were damaged. We purchased furniture back in September 2020 and we still have not received the undamaged furniture we paid for. I will never buy from Costcos online store EVER again.

From the minute we pulled into the parking lot, a representative with a smile was willing to find my husband a scooter in order for him to enjoy his visit. Everyone we spoke to had a smile on their faces, were kind, helpful, and polite. In observation, the employees were actually happy to be there, and they were happy that we were there. It didnt matter if we bought 1 item, or 100 items, we felt as though we were the most important customers, no not customers; let me rephrase...we were treated as family who were coming home to visit.Thank you, just thank you. I applied for a card when Costco Ridgeland was brand new. Covid hit, I failed to receive the Costco shoppers card or the $20 discount card for auto-renewal, and had never set foot inside the store until today, a year later. The automatic renewal had already taken place, and I had still never shopped there. When I applied for a shoppers card, to my surprise the original card fee for the unused year was refunded and the discount was granted. I had fun shopping at Costco today!

Happy to have Costco in town. I eat a carnivore diet, so the meat section and their solid prices make up the annual membership cost in a couple of visits. Staff is always helpful.

Great sale prices and friendly, helpful staff. It was my first time shopping in store and not online. At self checkout, employee got me a cart to take stuff to car because with 4 items my hands were full.

Great meat...had an bad experience today.. went to get my tire rotation and felt I needed new tires... Told I had to have an appointment... Was there 3months ago... No mention of the new appointment policy... Never read this in an announcement... Turning away a 1000.00 tire sale is bad .... Been a loyal customer for 20 years...

I really love this place. But beware as you can easily go overboard and they dont take Mastercard, only Visa. I have fallen in love with kimchee, pho, and seaweed salad which they keep a good supply of. Always clean. And they keep a nice supply of gluten free snacks.

I always find what I need when I go. When they first opened they would check you out at the self checkout. This time everyone was checking themselves out. The only problem with that is there is no handheld scanner for heavier items.

Costco is a new store to Mississippi. Its very similar to Sams Club where you have to pay a membership fee to join for one year. This was our first visit. We spent almost $300, most all of which were groceries. It was a bit of a shock, but that can easily happen if you dont keep a running total on your phone! I dont recall buying anything that was an Oh, wow! find, but the prices seemed reasonable. Its a bit out of the way for us, but Im sure well come again, if only to check out whats new!PS They do have a gas station, but instead of having it on the perimeter of the parking lot, its across the street. We did not get gas, but it seemed like itd be a pain to go there! I didnt notice any in-store signs mentioning the price of gas, so I cannot say if it was comparable to other gas stations in the area.

Only 3 handicapped carts and one was disabled. SAMS has 11. The Kroger in Richland has more than a MEGA STORE. After my membership expires that is it for me!

Get you a membership if you dont have one. Very convenient place to shop. I like the selection of prime beef they sell. Fat check out too.

Mostly a good place to shop depending on what you looking for there are was 1 associate that had a attitude problem. Didnt see her name but I do know she a supervisor or same sort of manager cause she wore a black shirt with just a costco name tag pined to it.

I love our new Costco store. There are several items that i only buy there, including paper products, but the rotisserie chickens are terrific and the price is low, too. Very happy to have Costco finally in my area.

The walk in coolers are a great place to be on a hot day. You can get large quantities of stuff here. And its fairly well laid out so other shoppers dont get in the way and you can move around easily

The prices are slightly higher than Sams, but they often have a better variety of products. I love a store that I can shop and find all of my needed items in one place. Its a plus that all items are in bulk, and therefore cuts down on my shopping trips.
