Only place I have found uniforms for my daughter. Everywhere is has been out. This store has reordered and I have gotten uniforms twice here.

It was an awesome experience with a senior friend to purchase a comforter set. Jonathan was a pleasure and very responsible. My friend got a great bargain and more for opening an account. We had a wonderful time shopping at JCPenny.

Clean, but the staff was less than a ray of sunshine... The woman who checked out my purchases was unpleasant. I usually live the fact that there is such good items on sale, but there just wasnt this time around. Maybe its the change in season to a backlash of covid...

I had a great day out with my mom yesterday and the encounter with the two ladies at check out made it better. They were funny, happy and so so helpful. She walked back to check a price on my shirts purchased. After all coupons were applied with out having to ask, my mother and I combined and split the $250 total. Oh and the clothes were phenomenal. I really hope this location doesnt close. Have a great day!

Pennys is a great department store,but seems to me their prices in past werent comparable to your more upper scale development stores..now,if you watch the sales catalogues,one can get at the more upper scale department stores,better quality at cheaper prices than Pennys,now.

Huge sale when I went. Clothing for less than $5. The disney store area is very small and mostly have stuff for girls. The clothing selection was great, but the store wasnt quite organized. there is a small sephora inside, but the employees pushed to buy extra things somewhat aggressively. The JCPenney employees didnt offer to help or even speak when greeted. I recommend for the sales, but dont expect someone to be helpful in the store. It is two levels with escalators inside the store.

Many sales, also visited Sephora, wow had fun too.. Over spent but fun!

This place is fine. Its decently clean and well organized. It verbally just feels a little lower end, but that may be me being a snob. The staff was really pleasant, though. And it has the ability to get some great deals.

For a nice environment and friendly customer service and has true classic gentlemens clothing wear love Miss Willy fantastic customer service and business. Has all types of French cuff dress shirts. Plus dress pants and many types and nice jackets. I highly recommend to take a look at the shoes very very nice really classy. I cannot wait to get a pair of them myself overtime. Are things reasonably priced. But if you want a good shoe in a class shoe wear they do cost and thats anywhere but Miss Willis collection is excellent and save my money I speak. Definitely see if theres a coupon on line. Sometimes as much as 25%. Got a great outfit for my sons interview! The service in the mens department wasnt pushy but was very helpful!!

JCP @ Mall of Baton Rouge is the best. Its always clean and everything is in place. I love the discounts and coupons. I always find what Im looking for.

Nobody was at the register. The worker said she was going to get someone and never came back. They had us waiting in line to long around 30 minutes before anyone came. The associate 0971 came and he was very friendly and appologized. No one was helping you and its was no one to be found. The workers was all piled up in the mens department at the register. I went to the ladies department to get help and they were rude and didnt want to help me. My money green just like the rest. I might look like Im broke but looks are deceiving. But to associate 0971 was very helpful.

The JCPenneys in northpark mall was like a graveyard on saturday, did not see a lot of sales, that may be one reason that there was no traffic, but you still have time to make money, revisit your game plan revamp and roll out,

If they had not become a run down clearance store where you have to dig for merchandise would be better. Great help from one who turned out to be manager but then who lied about calling grandchild back about job.

Clothes are never in the right place Im done trying to get clothes from JC Penney I used to buy all my jeans from here but for some reason I cant find my size no matter what week ...month... year . ..day or night oh and if I do somehow find my size Technically its still not my size because theyre not long enough all I been seeing fir the past 3 going on 4 years have been regular short or average Im a female and Im 6 feet so I really hate JC Penney is not for me anymore

I went to the jcp hair salon. I had an accident with my hair and the lady who fixed me up was so kind and respectful. Even though I really dont like the style of my hair now she fixed a very big mess up to where its un-noticible now ! its very different and will take some time to get used to however they we all very helpful and encouraging ! I will definitely be going there again.
