I Ordered an Oreo blast and once I tasted the product it was ice coffee. I was like this was not what I ask for and the sale person got smart and was like that’s your fault deal with it. The owners of this Baskin Robin location has the nasty attitude. If I wanted ice coffee I would have ordered it. They did not try to fix the issue. Then the sale person tried to holler at me because I asked about my item. Please don’t give your money to those mean people. They have bad customer service. I will never eat here again.

Baskin Robbins is one of my go to spots for ice cream. This location was clean, staff friendly and they had the flavors I wanted available. Recommend the location!!

Another chain restaurant, I will say that unlike the others Ive never had a negative interaction at this location. Sure sometimes the indian guy couldnt understand my english but he got the order right anyway

I had excellent experience at Baskin Robbins. The customer service is great and myriad of options to select from.

Great flavor as you’d expect. However it is operated by not so nice people. The owners often give you the mean looks that the customers do not deserve. Don’t expect great customer service. But I’d continue to visit, just because the the ice cream is nothing like them: It’s darn so sweet!

Best flavor on the planet: German Chocolate Cake. Dont believe me? Try it. Get it quick, because its a seasonal flavor and only around during the fall and winter.

Baskin Robbins is always good but at this one I ordered a brownie sundae. When i get it at other locations everything is included. At this location they charged me extra for my all my nut toppings. A extra dollar per topping. Pretty sure theyre double dipping in everyones wallet for sundae toppings being that toppings are usually included. Outside of that everything was good.

I think the interpretation of how someone treats you really depends on how you treat them. Maybe in the past they have genuinely had bad customer service, or maybe they just had bad customers.But me and my partner have been here a few times and they are alway so kind and constantly serve us with a smile on their face. Ive never experienced anything negative from this place.

Do not order a cake from there! They’ll give you cake that looked like I child put it together!

These people were extremely rude and refused to even acknowledge us while we were waiting to try a ice cream flavor. And then told us that the one we asked to try was sour as in ruined, yet they still had it out in the showcase.. Just rude people that obviously hated their job.

They dont call Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors for nothing. If youre not sure about a flavor just ask and they will provide you with a sample. I find myself going at least once a week. The Banana Royale with jamoca almond fudge ice cream is absolutely the best.

It was a bad experience. We went through the drive through and and the young lady asked us to hold on and she never came back to take our order and then when we pulled around she was coming back in from outside talking to some friends. This was Sunday August 7, 2016 around 5:15 and the lady in front of us also drove off unsatisfied with the bad customer service.

It was busy here, there were great coupon deals, friendly staff. Ice cream not as good as I had remembered.

Save your money and go to BOPS or Maggie Moos for delicious icecream and great customer service. I usually dont write reviews but this place is so bad, I had to write one. I love Baskin Robbins icecream but this place is so bad I dont know where to start. The first thing the icecream at this location tastes like crap. I think these cheap bastards try to save on their power bill, they dont keep the icecream at right temperature. The icecream is not soft and there are bits of ice in the ice cream. The first time I went there I asked for an extra cup and they told me I have to pay extra 50 cents. That was not bad. I like baskin Robbins so much I kept going back. The lady that serves never has a smily face. She is so freaking grumpy I just hate to see her face. I have been to BR locations in so many countries and never got such small serving size. I guess you can save a lot by saving a little bit of icecream on every customer. They got on my last nerve when I went there recently. I had a coupon which I did not mention when ordering at the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the lady said oh you have a coupon and took the iceream back and took away half of the scoop and brought it back. F***ing unbelievable.

The ice cream was ok but the staff was very unpleasant! Made us fell so uncomfortable we left before we even got done eating, I would not recommend it!!!!!
