I was experiencing issues with my power steering in my Subaru and shopped around. Christian Brothers Automotive was able to provide a comparable quote to what other companies such as Firestone offered.I needed a replacement/repair on rack & pinion assembly along with power steering pump.When i called Fernando was great to work with. He definitely had a customer service mindset and was very professional. The company was able to get me in within the same week and this type of repair would be a couple of hours for sure.They were able to complete the repair within the same day that I had dropped off the vehicle as anticipated. No random issues along the way either.Fernando even provided me with a courtesy call through the day to give me a status update.Great company and great service - Should I experience any future issues with my Subaru I will continue to keep Christian Brothers Automotive repair in mind.The warranty offered on repairs is also what got me to go with CBA.Three years or 36k miles whichever comes LATER.Not many places offer whichever comes later. Meaning if I have the car over three years and then have the issue with the affected/repaired/replaced parts then it should still be covered. Pending any diagnostics of course.My suggestion is definitely consider visiting CBA to see how they can compete with other places to ensure you get your moneys worth.

The staff is very personable and their lobby feels like your checking into a hotel. Everything is clean and organized. I would feel comfortable sending my elderly parents here. Great place to do business. The digit pictures they offer are great leave no doubt about what repairs or recommended service you may need. Staff is great very honest. Did not try to pressure me to buy anything, they just presented me what they found and let me decide. Will be recommending to everybody I know.

Took my Jeep in to be looked at a year ago and it has been working great!! I told them I had a budget I needed to stay within and they worked with me to stay within that They didnt want to repair additional items until the items they fixed were in tip top shape by having me drive it around first. Amazing, premium service! The flap in the front of my car came loose, so I called up this shop to see what they can do. Arnayta (totally misspelled that) was the lady I spoke to over the phone and told me to bring it in. She was so extremely warm and friendly! When I got to the shop, the manager/mechanic took a look and within 5 minutes was able to secure the flap back on. They charged me nothing for the fix. The people here are professional and really do care about their customers. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I made an appointment and was told I would be emailed the details. I was not emailed the details, and found out the day of my appointment they had cancelled it and given it to another person. When I made another appointment I finally got an email and was good to go. However, after the diagnostics this place wanted to charge me $1,209 total for my front and back breaks!! Out of all the dealerships and mechanics Ive been to this specific franchise has been the most expensive. I called other places and they all laughed at the prices christian brothers gave me! Definitely will be NOT be coming back.EDIT I have the paperwork and if any one asks I can show them that your total for my brakes to be fixed is $1,209. I cant believe youre on here denying your own quotes 😂

From now on this is the only place I will take my car ....fantastic people. I will recommend them to all in need of car or truck repairs.....

The mechanic said they found a water pump leak and two front struts were bad. Took the car to Rio Rancho Imports after the inspection, and RRI did not find the water pump leaking nor were the front struts bad. And the estimate for repairs was on the expensive side. This place has done the same on a pickup I own saying the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced when there was only a loose hose connection at the radiator and once we tightened the hose clamp, no more leaks. Buyer Beware! Ill certainly not be giving CBA in Rio Rancho my business from now on.

Took my blazer here as it was stuck in 4WD. They quoted me 2700 for a new transmission. Took it somewhere else, turned out it was a 15.00 switch that had burnt out.

These guys are super professional and very upfront about everything. I had been searching around for awhile for a auto shop that I found trustworthy and after a couple interactions here, I knew I had found my go-to place for future car matienance.

Pretty disappointed seemed like a great place to go, but didnt even get in, they lost my appointment and then they couldnt even do anything about it to help me. They just said sorry for the inconvenience: ( Customers are busy and they come in on their own time, you should fix your mistakes and not have your customers pay for them, or at least waste their time. Just didnt seem to care enough, otherwise I heard good things about them.

I took my vehicle in to check the brakes and repair them if necessary. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when they were finished. They said my brakes were fine and didnt need to be replaced. There was no charge. When I got in the car they had left a cup, hot chocolate mix and candy cane with a bible verse in the cup holder. These are really nice and honest folks. I highly recommend them. Ill be back back for any repairs I have in the future.

They wanted to replace wiring harness. The price was over 2000+. My wife told them she wanted them to put on the scanner and command the purge valve to open, that would tell me that the wiring was good but, they wanted to replace the wiring harness first. So my wife told them no. Got another mechanic to look at it, was charged 100$ and the problem was fixed. What Christian Brothers didnt know is that I took four years of auto mechanics and I had the problem more or less figured out. The only thing I needed was confirmation and if they would of just put it on the scanner and did what my wife told them they would of found the problem. Im not going to bash them but my personal experience there could of had great results if they would of did what my wife asked. I have used other Christian Brothers facilitys,with great results. If only they would of listened instead of thinking people dont know what they are talking about. So, to solve my personal car problems I bought me another Snap on car scanner, my previous one was a different model but I sure know how to use one so now I can solve my own car problems.

We had an alignment done there. It was a little higher priced then other places we called but they were able to get us in when we needed and were very friendly.Update- After receiving a response from the owner I decided to look through previous reviews. Seems as though anyone who has any bit of criticism is met with an argumentative tone.I mentioned that you were higher priced but still took my truck to you because I was willing to pay the extra for the convenience. I went on to say that your staff was friendly. Apparently a 4 star review was not good enough.I called your competitors in the area and in Albuquerque. At minimum you were $75 higher then EVERY PLACE WE CALLED. You may call around from time to time but that was me calling around to 8 different shops that SAME DAY.Due to your argumentative response I have now dropped my rating. Even though I had planned on returning to your shop, I will now go somewhere else. You will not always be receiving a 5 star review. and need to learn how to grown from criticism. I understand that it is your business and you feel the need to defend your business because you take pride in your work and whatnot. with that said, not everyone is always going to give the review you want and your response matters!

The people here are very friendly and service oriented. They walk you through each step, even if it is an insurance repair. Mine ended up being a total loss, but these guys were super and very helpful! I felt valued as a customer! Definitely going back! And, they offer a lifetime oil change program!

Work was done in a very timely and professional manner. I was informed of what was wrong with my car within a few hours of dropping it off and was given a very reasonable price for repairs. A piece was broken during the repair process and was replaced free of charge due to uncertainty regarding whether it was faulty or if the break was caused by the mechanic. The team was incredibly professional, solved my problem quickly, and provided services for a very reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be returning if I have any future problems with my vehicle.

Professional and friendly, the folks at CBA (their caller ID) set the diagnostic appointment quickly, took a day to diagnose the problem, werent swayed by my input, and provided an estimate for fixing the problem. They took me home when I dropped off the car and would have picked me up to get it. The cost of repair was high but fair - they had to take half the engine apart to get to the starter. Thats what you get with modern cars that have no empty space under the hood.

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk through the door. Everything is explained to you in a language you can understand, you have one Tech that you work with from the minute your car is dropped off to the minute you pick it up. They explain everything over the phone, then send you detailed information via email, including pictures of anything that they need to repair. They have courtesy shuttle service to and from the business. And, as a very sweet treat, theres goodies and a bottle of water in your car when you come pick it up. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. You cant go wrong here! I want to thank Sash for his excellent customer service.

Very impressed!!! I went to Christian Brothers Automotive for the first time today. I was very impressed. In all my experience, I have never had as much good customer experience that I did with Christian Brothers. They listened to my concerns, made appropriate recommendations, and best of all, they didnt try to up-sell or persuade me to buy services that my car didnt need. This is the epitome of what customer service, especially automotive service and repair, should be. They have a very nice waiting room. They have a free shuttle service.

I went in to their shop today and showed them some paperwork that I had gotten from a company in Albuquerque, I was told some false information by this company in Albuquerque.Im on a budget and was not happy with the estimate that this company had given me, so I thought I would try a local business and I am certainly glad I did.I was expecting to spend a lot of money and what I got was honesty and was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I appreciated their honesty and I will come back when its time for something to be repaired.

I was very happy with how quick the work was finished, and everything seems to be running smoothly since then. Reason for 4 stars would be our Service Advisor, Gabe. He was pretty short with my wife when she dropped the car off, and was very impatient and a bit rude when my father in law and I went to pick up the vehicle. The ladies at the desk were kind and helpful, but I wish we could have had a service advisor other than Gabe. That wouldve made the experience much better. I understand that we asked a lot of questions on the phone and in person, but we have every right to ask questions and know details when were paying 540 bucks for work to be done. I would understand his reaction if we were being rude, but we were never rude in the slightest. Im still a bit perplexed as to why someone that works in customer service would be so short because customers want to know more information, especially when we were very kind and polite when asking. I worked a similar job for a car dealerships service department and never would have treated inquisitive customers the way Gabe treated us.

Following up about my first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive yesterday. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help in every way. I am an elderly lady with an elderly vehicle and a limited income. My special thanks to Ken Spear for the time he spent helping me prioritize the repairs for my cars needs. Ken is a patient kind man and was very supportive. I felt comfortable and trusted Kens suggestions. Also thank you Cherie for your kindness. The cost is surprisingly lower than expected. Christian Brothers is my go to place to keep my car in the best possible mechanical condition. I will recommend Christian Brothers to anyone always. 5 plus stars!

This was my first time going to Christian Brothers to get a mirror replaced and my first impression was how clean and professional looking the garage bays were. The lobby is very nice and I was helped immediately after walking in. I was able to order the part and get the mirror fixed and installed in a couple hours. The cookies and water were a nice end to my appointment. Thank you for your work and professionalism.

I HATE taking my car to others for work. I do 99% of my maintenance and other mechanical work myself. If I can do it at home I will. Ive always had bad experiences with others working on my vehicle especially since Im a young female and most people think they can get away with upselling something I dont need or causing a problem that they would then fix. I didnt experience that here. They made me feel comfortable with having them work on my car. I went in for an Alignment and had to have an extra part put on my back wheel in order to properly align it. When the part came in and they put it on and worked on the alignment they realized that a second part would be needed. Rather than charge me for that second part they included it no extra. It also took three separate times going in because the parts had to be ordered. I was not charged any extra for the labor even though it was a longer process than what it would normally take for an alignment. Im very impressed with how professional and kind everyone was and the work they did and will continue to use them in the future when I need work done but cant do it myself. Thank you CBARR.

Great, honest service! I spent $600 on a radiator leak at another mechanic and it started leaking again. I took it back to the previous mechanic and they quoted me almost $1000 for a second repair on the radiator. I then took the car to Christian Brothers for a second opinion and they quoted me more than $300 less. They fixed the leak and the car is running great now. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again!

Honestly I hate dealerships and repair shops. Customer service is usually awful. But the experience I had at the Christian bros off southern was like no other shop I’ve ever been too. Chantel (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) aaaa was the one I have to give the most credit too. She followed up every week with me by calling to let me know where they were at with my ride. On a few occasions parts were back ordered which was not their fault but because they are fkn awesome they ate the cost of those parts and I’m talking like $500. Anyway I don’t recommend many places but ask for Chantel and bring your car there. Also to the fellas that actually did the work on the car. Great job. Runs great. Y’all rock!

Took my car in . The engine light was onLady in front told a man about it. He just waved hand and said leave it here overnightWent down the road. A mechanic opened hood and right away found broken hose. They didnt fix it until the next day but they tried and found problem then and there. Says a lot about a business.

After taking my car to my regular mechanic to correct a problem 3 times and them not listening to me and resolving the problem, I went to Christian Brothers. They not only fixed the problem very quickly but also under the cost of the repair quote. These guys are WONDERFUL and they will now be caring for all three of my vehicles. Great people and service.

Wow, what great place. First, the shop is clean ! And Organized. Better than I have ever seen. These guys were friendly from the moment I walked in. I had an oil leak. They found it and sent me photos of the problem while I was at work. The price was very fair. And they handled my paperwork with the extended warranty company. Great fast service. When your a mom with several children having your van working correctly is a necessity. Staff was super friendly and explained everything before hand. Happily doubled checked the price when asked about the total and quickly corrected the error on the spot. They fixed the problem and I was only without my van for a day. I would definitely return back to them again if ever another problem arose.

Took my work truck in to change my breaks, over $1,500 later came out with an empty wallet and my breaks were still sketchy and pulsating. I took it back and they said that although there was nothing wrong with them, that they did them again. Still had the problem. I really felt ripped off and they werent trying to help me after that. They suck!Response to your response:Good morning Jeff, first of all, it has not been a year ago, it has been 7months ago and second of all, I took it back to you guys 4 times and this was still not resolved. I ended up taking it down the road from you guys and they were able to fix it the first time. I own 13 company vehicles and 5 personal vehicles and they actually take very good care of me. The CBA team is excellent at keeping me informed during the car repair process. The folks scheduling the service are very, very knowledgeable. And they do what they say, for the price that they quote, and deliver on time. Could not ask for a better experience!

They went way above and beyond what I expected. I had new tires installed somewhere else, when the dealer noticed a alignment issue. Christian Brothers picked my vehicle up and, performed the alignment, and had it ready quickly! I was so impressed! . I highly recommend them

Took car in for an alignment and was told three year warranty. Instead of doing the job right they decided to mod the frame of the vehicle. I only agreed to it due to the warranty promised. Called today two years later to have the alignment rechecked since it is under warranty. First answer is 30 day warranty you could have hit a curb and screwed it up. Then she checked and found it was a 2 year warranty and was up 2 days ago when they were closed for the weekend. I will be going across the street to firestone lower price lifetime warranty.

Appreciated reimbursement of my Uber fees off my invoice, since they couldnt provide a ride to & from work. That helped me out so much! Have a couple more needed repairs. Wish they did repairs on Saturdays!

Great service! We took our van in to have a warranty repair done on it. They clearly explained the warranty process, kept us informed of the status of the repair, and had the vehicle ready-to-go the next day, with both issues fixed. And leaving a bottle of water and a snack for us was a nice surprise!

Believe the hype. I found this place through google maps and it was hard to believe all of the positive reviews for a repair shop. I took my wifes vehicle in, and they were able to diagnose it and fix it within a few days. I received an email detailing what they had found along with pictures. I authorized the repair and they fixed it quickly. They even took me home when i initially dropped it off. Working with staff was extremely pleasant and i will be returning next time i have an issue. Thanks for the great experience.

This shop is great. Im traveling and had a few issues with my car. I arrived at 7am and they have been a tremendous help. They got me in and out quickly. Better than five-star service. We have older vehicles that sometimes need major work done (especially mine) in order to keep them running, and we have been bringing them here for the past few years. On this most recent visit, my SUV needed a part that was very difficult to find. But Kevin did not give up. He made numerous phone calls until he found the part. I love my vehicle and want it to run forever; and without this part, I wouldnt have been able to keep driving it. I greatly appreciate the effort you made to find the part, and thank you also to whomever worked on my vehicle to get it up and running so quickly. Thank you!

They were very welcoming and Sash was fantastic. He took the time to answer my questions and break things down to where I could understand. He never lost his patience when he had to repeat himself for me.My car is running great and I no longer have to hear the awful screech when I push my brakes. I feel like Im in a new car, this will be my new auto shop for all of my vehicles.

Originally had my vehicle repaired for water damage at a dealership garage. Ended up with horrible customer service and repairs in general. Had my vehicle towed from my home to Christian Brothers where i was treated with the utmost respect. Paid a little more than I wanted but the work was done immediately and I was informed of the failure from the previous work we had done so now i am able to build a case against the other garage.

Christian Brothers has worked on a few of my vehicles. They are very organized clean shop and communicate very well thru the repair. I will and have recommended CB to other people.

Kevin the Mng is very unprofessional and for your info the 2 locations are not even tied together.The owner Jeff stepped in to handle and make things right...UPDATEwindow motor and regulator they fixed broke in less than 2 weeks. So now wondering why and why they are closed weekends too..Update 2Here for repair of failed work. Shop manager is rude and snappy and has no care for others. Blames issues on manufacturer before even seeing the vehicle. Pass blame fast. Will never come backUpdated 3. Taking back for the 5th time for the same issue.Update 4. They said again it was the window regulator and again they replaced it so far so good if I have to go back again for the same issue there will be no more updates no more corrections but maybe negative onesUpdate 5. Jeff the owner has cried to me multiple times about my honest review. It seems if they focused on customer service and workmanship as much as they do google they may be a half way decent shop. They attack all who leave honesty and not 5 star.Update 6.Broken window again. Kevin was rude and threatened cops for whatever reason. I guess asking to speak with the owner is illegal.. Excellent job and great folks! (thanks for the cookies). I wouldnt go anywhere else, now.2021.08.05 I take it all back. Im disabled so opening the hood was a chore. When I did I found that the ignition cables were the same as before the Tuneup and the engine still had the same idling issues.

Id gone to a competing shop with my step daughter and she was treated poorly. A friend suggested Christian Brothers Automotive and I was blown away. First you go in and you feel like you are in a Doctors office, the lobby is so nice. The staff were the best I have ever seen, listened to my issue, gave me a fair quote and I was out in no time. my repair came with an awesome 3 year 36,000 mile warranty, and its whatever is best for me, not what comes first. All this with no appointment. This is my shop of choice from now on.

My 2004 Mazda MPV had three problem areas. Now I am set with a great working car, the cost was reasonable as well as the time to perform the work. I was shuttled back and forth in a timely manner and the staff kept me well informed all through the process. Great experience!

Craig was very professional and polite from when I dropped off my car till when I picked it up fixed. He gave me an estimate for the repair cost before they started and I feel like the price was more than fair for the job. One of the best companies I have ever deat with. So honest and helpful. They post up pictures and updates and will offer shuttle services as well! Privately owned and one of the most ethical mechanics in the state! I hope they get the chance to open more shops!

I had a problem with my cars computer that was misdiagnosed at a mechanic shop in Santa Fe, which cost me over $450 for an unnecessary part replacement. Christian Brothers Automotive figured out the real problem, and were honest, communicative, and extremely nice to work with. The cold water bottle and cookies were a wonderful bonus. If I ever need my car repaired or inspected again, Im coming back here in a heartbeat.

They have treated me so well. Shuttle service was on time.They send e-mails to clearly tell me what the issues are. No one is rude because I dont know about cars. Fair prices great work. Its my new mechanic spot! Oh and cookies and water were in my car with a thank you note when I picked it up.

I received excellent customer service and honest repair work. The people that helped me were very helpful to me. Gary was the mechanic that did a very good job and explained the things going on with the car. Gabriel, Tim and Rob were very kind and considerate through the process. They really care about their customers in a brotherly way.

Tim and Hunter were incredible in their communication, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond. They never pressured me to fix any issues with my car and were very good at explaining the problems. When I felt my car was still not driving the best after they initially fixed it, they immediately looked my car over, completing some checks to find the issue, and did everything they possibly could to fix the problem. We were so incredibly blessed by the staff at Christian Brothers Automotive!

I love taking my vehicle to CBA because I know I can trust and count on them to be honest, professional, and kind every time. I appreciate that they keep me in the loop and always do a thorough job. I also love the fact that if my vehicle is doing something specific, they are always willing to do a ride along with me so that we can make sure we are both on the same page about whats happening. It is a bonus that they are right down the street from my home, but even if they were across town, I would make the drive without hesitation. I will never go to another mechanic again! :)

I have had 2 times Ive had to bring my car in and both times were great experiences. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. And they offer a ride service if you need to be picked up/dropped off while they work on your car.
