My husband and I just bought a new vehicle over the weekend. We were so glad that Laurie and Ben were there to help us through the process. We arrived after an afternoon filled with car shopping - which is not easy in these times. Laurie listened to our needs upon arrival and ushered us to a wonderful new Pilot to test drive. Eric Garcia was fantastic for us. He listened to both our wants and needs without pressuring us to by anything we werent 100% certain about. We were about to begin the paperwork for an SUV and when we changed our minds last second, Eric understood and didnt try to sell us the vehicle just to get a sale, which eventually led to Eric showing us the car that we wound up buying that same day. Loren, who is a sales producer here was also amazing helping us with our insurance policy transfer on the vehicle. Everyone was super professional, and if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend that you ask for Eric if possible.

We just purchased an SUV from here and Fernando Vela was our salesman. He was great, great service he gave us water and even bought my kids snacks out of his own money to keep them entertained. Would normally take my Toyota to Perfection to be serviced since it is convenient. I called for an estimate on general service and was told to take it to Toyota. The reason: we are going to just mark-up the prices from the parts we get from them. At least they are honest, but wow. Convenience is worth a price, but I guess Ill just take it to Toyota.

Bertha Gurule was my salesperson she was awesome she was fast got me the car I wanted and got me the deal I wanted. I am so happy. Dont go to Reliable Nissan they lie about their prices and try to get you into a contract you really dont want. If you want a good car at a good price Perfection Honda is the way to go

Eric Garcia was amazing and made our car buying experience beyond great. He made sure we went over all of our options such as models, interiors, how everything in the car works. We never felt pressured to make a decision and he was super patient with us. A very unsettling experience at this dealership. I was interested in a pre owned 18 or 19 Accord but the sales guy (Eli, Allen, Ali, something like that) brings out a 2020 model. After providing all the information he asked for, he still wouldnt answer my question regarding any available offers. Sales manager came out and still wouldnt tell me anything until I did a application. I really felt any offers was contigent upon my creditworthiness. I was honest on my trade in (no one bothered to look my trade over), credit score range, what I owed on my trade, my monthly payment, my income- which was bizarre. The sales guy wasnt interested in my needs and I basically guided the entire conversation during the test drive. He also held my keys hostage, after waiting a hour I shouldnt have to ask for my keys 3 times and stand at the door.

Jason, the service writer was very attentive to my scheduled time, and Scott was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

I am from Arizona, and I had NO IDEA that buying a used car could be such a wonderful experience. I found Perfection Honda through CarGurus.com, due to a great deal rating on a specific vehicle. Bill Ambrose was a pleasure to work with; he was thoughtful, professional, available and laid back. Bill also went above and beyond...because I was out of state, he gave me the CARFAX report, a FaceTime tour of the vehicle and he personally picked me up from the airport. EVERY SINGLE worry or concern I had (interior, exterior and mechanical) was put to rest because Bill listened, and the Perfection Honda team took care of it. After finding this dealership, my days of looking else are over (including craigslist & any other dealership). Alexander White in the Financial Department was absolutely excellent. After an unfortunate accident leaving my 2018 Honda Fit totaled, Alexander helped me get all necessary forms and information to tie up any loose ends.....did I mention that my original Honda Dealer in Irving, Texas was not getting back with me after a month of leaving detailed messages.... Alexander got me everything I needed in an hour! He has even checked in on me and assured I could contact me with anything else I may have questions about. Class Act and amazing customer service!

I bought a new car last night from Perfection Honda. I shopped around last week. I really like Honda so I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted. Darrell Gerber helped me to fine tune my decision, but there were no cars available that day that fit my needs. Instead of pushing their current stock, he was able to find the perfect car due to arrive from the factory. He kept in touch with me and when it arrived I was able to come in and purchase it. He was never pushy. I looked at other dealers and was very put off by other sales personnel. Garcia Honda was VERY pushy and I couldn’t get anyone to answer any questions at the nearby Ford, Jeep and Hyundai dealers. After I made the decision to buy, the process was very slow. That is the worst part. The best part was Mr. Gerber’s professionalism.

Black and white process, every step of the process was showed to me, and my salesman was up front, Derek listened to my concerns. Finance member Kathy was informative at every step of the process. My trade in value was not great, but I went with it.

John in service is amazing! He not only did my tire claim for me but he even gave me a deal on a rental car through Honda for I had work and very crucial doctors appointments I could not miss in the upcoming days while my car was in the shop. John made my experience personal by telling me he was going to help me turn my month around and boy did he ever! He was a pleasure to work with and was always upbeat and straight forward.
