Lived my experience in this place, the Food is very tasty, I was surprised by how cheap it was for the quality, they offer a variety of drinks and foods that are organic, customer service is excellent, the place is clean and organize, if you want to do computer or school work, they allow you to do it, I highly recommend this place, thank you for the great service 🙌

Always a friendly atmosphere...been stopping by here over the years and the quality and service have never changed from Top Notch! I only seem to indulge when wanting a sweet coffee drink. Their peanut butter espresso drinks are superb! Have not found another like them so they keep me coming back.Def highly recommended!

Café Bella is one of my favorite local business! The food is always top notch I have never had my expectations let down. Even though there was only one employee working today she got our orders out very fast! If its your first time going there I recommend getting a bagel breakfast sandwich!

Great food made fresh. And their coffee was great. I had two gift cards from their shop but they said they were too old even though they dont expire, per their site and on the card. It was $25 lost. Disappointed they didnt honor them.

I love this Cafe. By far the best coffee (espresso) I have had outside of Italy. The food menu is unique and delicious! Service has also been friendly yet professional. Their free internet is pretty solid too!They also has some awesome events on Friday nights and the first Saturday of the Month.

Excellent coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches! I had the carne adovada egg bagel, my husband ordered the sriracha bacon sandwich. Delicious and affordably priced. Will definitely stop in again. I just wish they had a location in the northeast heights.

This came up as a restaurant but its really just a coffee shop they coffee shop and did not find the menu to serve as a breakfast restaurant its wrong.

I live in Rio Rancho, so we love and support local restaurants whenever possible, however Cafe Bella needs to fix a few things before we return. We went there for the first time today on good reports from friends. We ordered chai tea for wife, and espresso with vanilla for me (wasnt what I expected but no worries, barista exchanged it for a London fog, yummy and sorry Satellite coffee, getting my fogs here from now on).Now for a few things to fix please. 1. We came in to enjoy a meal in a restaurant now that things are open, we ordered our food, and were going to sit down but found that the tables had not been cleaned off, and there was actually food on one of the chairs. I would think in this season of covid that extra precautions would be taken to ensure cleanliness and extra sanitary conditions. It wasnt for a lack of opportunity either because when we came in there was no one else in the establishment.2. There was a big bin of bottle drinks (and bottled coke, my favorite) I reached for one and all drinks were hot. So much for that idea, wasnt sure if container was broken or if maybe ice machine was broken, in either case it wasnt very inviting to select from a bin of hot bottled beverages. My wife said, ask if they have one refrigerated, indeed they did, but it wasnt good presentation having so many bottle drinks hot on display, let alone, how many hands have touched these bottles? (Maybe a better idea for displaying these if their not meant for consumption).3. It was quite warm today (4th of July) and we stayed to finish our food and typically well hang around and play cards and enjoy the atmosphere, but there was no a/c in this joint, so right after we finished our lunch we headed home for some cooler temps. So please fix the a/c, as this will entice customers to hang out a bit longer and maybe order some dessert.I was going to just email these concerns to the restaurant, however their contact button on their website is not working (silly wordpress sites), so Im posting and will gladly edit my response if the owners of Cafe Bella have a response. Thanks.

Great coffee with lots of delicious drink options and fun friendly staff. Nice interior vibe with high ceilings and good decor. Only been a few times so far while in the area, but thoroughly enjoyed both my beverage and the baristas.

Marie is one of the best baristas in Rio Rancho. We enjoy our cappuccinos dry and have tried all the other coffee shops in Rio Rancho with no comparison to her creations.

Cool local place.

We went in and asked for a table to seat 6. The 2 girls working didnt seem to care about our business or offer to help figure out how we could be seated, and the cashier was just rude. We ended up having to sit in two different areas since we couldnt be accommodated. My family and I have been trying to support local businesses but its hard when they are lacking in service!!! The food was ok, online there was a much larger variety of food than what was actually available. The coffee was great 👍

Cafe Bella has been a bright spot during the ongoing pandemic. We found ourselves going weekly for months!The owner (at least, I presume she is the owner) is one of the nicest people youll have the pleasure of meeting.The coffee is second to none! But their Carne Breakfast Bagel is to die for. Its meaty, cheesy, and everything is so well priced.Give local a shot and support this amazing Cafe.

This is my favourite coffeehouse! The cafe con Leche is superb but over too quickly. I think every drink is amazing here, especially when the regular lady is working. She is very cool and always asks about how my daughter and I are doing. She has seen me and my single mum show progress over the years, and I think when good people make these coffee drinks they just taste better! I would like them to offer more vegetarian friendly options, but she can always cook something without the meat. They have some baked goods from elsewhere, and they are all delicious too. I love the art on the walls. Amazing ambiance. I always feel comfortable here and calm, ready to get organized! I wouldn’t stay indoors at the moment due to the pandemic, though.

I am from Colorado and came down for a weekend to visit family. The highway back to Denver ended up closed due to snow and I ended up having to spend a couple extra days in NM. I found this great coffee shop where I could work remotely and relax. The staff is extremely friendly, the Siracha Bacon Breakfast Sandwich is bomb. The coffee is great, not to mention the Ford Mustang GT parked in the center of the coffee shop. This will definitely be my go to place when Im in NM.

Unique features with bicycle art on the walls and a classic car on the floor made this an interesting place. Coffees were great and the pastries were delicious.

The only thing more amazing here than the food and coffee is the staff. Never disappointed.. the tacos and nachos are divine. I have almost tried everything on the drink menu and love them all.

This place is a gem in a sea of Starbucks. We were looking for quality coffee and Cafe Bella has that! The barista was super friendly and helpful. The daily brew was fantastic. Really impressed. Will be coming back the next time I visit.

The service was fantastic food was good. The coffee tasted great. Wasnt overly bitter and the beans were not burnt. It tasted fresh so I would imagine that they rotate it regularly. Overall a great experience. P.S. Cinnamon roll was excellent as well.

After work thought Id try this place for the first time. My coffee drink was very good but she made the customer their drink first who came and ordered after me.Gee, was it because I was in uniform? Sadly, I wont be back.

Cafe Bella is a gem in Rio Rancho. They offer a variety of coffee, tea and blended beverages- I recommend the peanut butter mocha Java! They also serve food- actual food that they prepare when you order! All their sandwiches are tasty, including their selection of in-house baked goods. The staff is also exceptionally friendly. I absolutely love visiting.

What a great little place. I was nearby getting my vehicle worked on and went over for some coffee. I wish we had met under different circumstances because I would have loved to have had a seat, worked from one of their couches and stayed a while so I could have enjoyed their space. I look forward to a time when I can come back and enjoy my coffee at a more leisurely pace. Give them a chance if youre in the area.

Michael is great! Been working on his espresso machines for a couple years now. He defiantly means what he says, he supports local and shops local. Thank you for trusting us with that glorious machine! Very clean and relaxed shop. Food and coffee are delicious and he takes care of his local service techs!

Had been meaning to try this for some time and Im so glad we did. Local shop with absolutely terrific coffee. Iced coffee, espresso and kids options too. Delicious! Lots of thank you plaques on the walls for her community work lets you know youre supporting a business that gives back to the community. Daily food specials too. Would have given 5 stars but I have to try some of her dishes first! Very clean and well organized with plenty of seating space.

I love this place! Its a great place to study or just hangout with friends. My favorite sandwich is the SRIRACHA BACON SANDWICH. They also have very good drinks. You must try their London fog (if you like it sweet make sure to ask for an extra pump of vanilla) and have it made by Marie!

Tried the Red Chile Mocha. It blew my mind. This is a perfect place to spend a New Mexican Morning, Afternoon or anytime honestly.

Super yummy! The service was a little slow as they only had one employee working but otherwise no complaints! I ordered a London Fog and it wasnt too sweet. It was a cute little coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and a full menu. Definitely recommend!

Good coffee. Locally owned. Owner supports humble coffee plantations. Food is delicious and their hot chocolate is quite good. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Seating can be congested during rush hour. Acoustics are quite terrible for quiet conversations as you will constantly hear other patrons. No military discount provided.

This is a great place. It has a comfortable and calming atmosphere. I have recently started coming in and sit on their sofa with a cup of coffee and read or write. The music is soothing, although some of selections played Hit a little too close to home. This is the perfect place for those who need some space and time to ponder their problems.

A local coffee shop that you should support. My wife tried this place before I did and told me you can taste the difference. This is completely true. The drinks I have tried taste handcrafted and have a flavor that chain coffee cant touch. The breakfast bagel we tried was also extremely delicious. Even though we ordered to go, the environment was very comfortable and the vibe would be perfect for a hangout or writing session (the music playing was on point as well). Some may consider it pricy, but the level of quality you get is well worth it.

This place was delicious, and the lady at the desk was very kind. The prices are a bit high, but it is about average for a Cafe. We had the pannini and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely had a flavor that I was not really expecting. And coffee as well, which was very good. The atmosphere was very nice as well.

Always good coffee, food, and service. The music inside is extremely loud for a coffee shop. If you are trying to catch up with friends or working on your laptop it can get very annoying.

The gentleman said he would bring my coffee to meat my table ....he never did! I got wrapped up in my work and 15 minutes went by like a flash. I am not lazy and can get up and get my own coffee...just dont tell me you are going to do something and not do it. Simple rules. I know he saw it sitting on the counter and didnt bother to do anything about it.

First time customers... Coffee was ok but pineapple banana smoothie tasted like a half and half smoothie. Had already left so couldnt exchange it. Only a couple people in the shop but it still took about ten minutes to get a three drink order out and when every drink is done they scream on the top of their lungs the drink you ordered O_o. Was hoping to find a nice coffee shop to go to closer to my house but this isnt it. The place was clean and employees were very nice.

Pretty sad experience.There was only one woman working there when I went so I understand she must have been busy.But for my cafe arancione she charged me 5 instead of 4.25.When I brought it up to her, she kept saying it was a “specialty latte” although it was not marked that on the menu.Finally she gave me two quarters back although she really owed me 3. I took them and left since I saw she was really busy.It had been my plan to study there that morning but I didn’t feel like sticking around after being ripped off for already over-priced coffee.It’s too bad because their coffee quality is pretty good.

We need more coffee places like this in NM. I get tired of the usual corporate chain places like Satellite or Starbucks, and its nice to have something local. There is so much to choose from and they specialize in Italian espresso. They also offer almond milk, soy, fat free and 2% milk, which is great. Its a little pricey for food, and I think the coffee prices are just as much as anywhere else. However, I dont have any issue paying more for coffee that is local, good quality and delicious. (It would be cool to have a punch card with a free drink or half off your next coffee for loyal customers 😄) Overall, the staff is friendly, the food was yummy and I love the cinnamon honey latte! Not too sweet and absolutely delicious!

I’m allergic to all nuts (soy, coconut, cashew, etc), and I am lactose intolerant. To the male barista that was super sarcastic about not serving oatmilk, anything else would have either required an epi pen or an intense stomach ache. Be kinder, sir.

We come here a few times a week to do work/homework. The drinks taste great but we come more for the customer service. Staff is always playful and kind.

Oh man what can I say that isnt bad about this place. The staff is incredibly helpful, explaining the menu to me since I really dont know the diffrences in coffee and such. When placing orders even when they are slammed they always great you with a genuine hello how are you today. The chocolate peanut butter mocha is amazing you get the nice chocolate flavor first then a punch of peanut butter but it finishes with an amazing coffee flavor. Couldnt ask for a better coffee shop. Thats guys keep up the good work.

Great breakfast bagel!

My daughter and I were in town from Seattle and were looking for a great cafe with good food, better coffee, and a fun ambiance. And Cafe Bella delivered all of the above. The coffee was excellent and I really enjoyed learning more about single source coffee as well as the rotating varieties on hand. I also was impressed with the emphasis on local products, something that is missing from many of the mainstream coffee shops. Highly recommended!

What a great place! The coffee is outstanding. I had a Cafe Con Leche with a cranberry orange scone. I will definitely come back to try their Street Tacos and the Friday night Car Park that is from 7-9 pm with live music. Extremely happy I found this place!

This place has awesome coffee that is fair trade, small batch roasted, and the owner is so passionate about his products. If he has the time he love talking coffee with enthusiasts. Great on the go food as well. Prices may be slightly higher, but compared to big chain coffees, the quality is untouchable. Mine and my husbands go to small date time.

Oh my gracious alive this has the best Expresso!! I ordered a Cafe mocha 😋 Good to da last drop!! Correct mix of coffee and chocolate. Coffee flavor was great-not over extracted or bitter. If you want great tasting Expresso Cafe Bella Coffee would be a great spot. When Im in Rio Rancho Ill definitely make this my go to place for coffee. Youre supporting locally owned businesses which in turns prospers the community. Your taste buds will be delighted sipping Expresso from Cafe Bella!!!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you. Friendly staff. The waffle is filled with chocolate. The sandwiches are delicious if you have less of a sweet tooth.

My carne adovada breakfast bagel was delicious. So was my chocolate hazelnut latte! The employee was very friendly and efficient. The music was nice and relaxing! Prices are fair for the quality, unfortunately to high to make it a daily visit for my budget. I highly recommend to stop in and treat yourself.

Last time i was there, the proprietors father chatted me up and gave me a brief history of the establishment. I enjoyed the coffee and the company. Real nice place.

This place is way too expensive for what it offers. Their sandwiches are amazing and worth the higher price, but there is no reason to be charging $7 for a cup of regular coffee. Or even a latte. I had a latte and a brownie yesterday and it was $11. I want to support local businesses but it this great I just cant. Also, they dont have convenient hours for a coffee shop. When they dont open until 7, I have a hard time getting in there before work. Yesterday was the first and only time I will ever be doing that. My toasted coconut latte did not taste especially good. It was very Bland although the flakes of toasted coconut were a chewy surprise.

Clean and cozy for a hip crowd by folks who know their beans. Staff is friendly and very inviting as well as knowledgeable about what they do - and why. They support a variety of community groups and teams as indicated by the plaques on the wall. Worth every penny.
