First time checking out this place, it was worth the 20 minutes in line! Employees where happy and helpful! Got a Shark Attack With Red Bull (Soo yummy) and a Nitro Brew with Sweet Cream on top( yummy, next time without ice)

While it’s a little odd to enter their driveway via a temporary road (they have cones blocking their main entrance), the person taking the order was great - very friendly & knowledgeable. It didn’t take long to get my order. Great coffee! Smooth and not burned.We’ll make Dutch Bros a regular stop! (Something that’s become rare for us to say.)

Ordered golden eagle, has vanilla caramel cold brew and it was very good. Didnt last long and medium.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and the drinks are great. I love coming here. Dutch has been my favorite stop for coffee for years and Im so glad they are out here.

Delicious flavor. Golden eagle is amazing. The white chocolate lavender is really good & unique. Only thing is for a line of 20 cars, they only had 3 girls making products. Definitely slow. Also, for a medium iced coffee, 90% ice.

Coffee is good but line is insane. Over 30 minutes in line waiting for drinks. They take your order when you are 20 cars deep but what’s the point if the drinks aren’t ready when you get to the window? The car in front of me got to window and hadn’t even ordered yet but I had ordered when I first entered the line 30 minutes prior to that. My drinks were made and melting already by the time I got to the window. Don’t get the smoothie, it’s not a smoothie, just a flavored slushy drinks. Golden Eagle freeze is teen approved, so is the caramel pumpkin freeze

I was in line waiting, watching the guy zig back and forth between the lines taking orders. The line next to me had finished their line and he went to the car in front of me. He could see I am the last car waiting. Then, another car pulls up beside me. Instead of easily coming to my window first, since I had been waiting, he went to the car that just pulled in. To make matters worse, this car was loaded with girls who were all paying separately and didn’t seem to know what they wanted. I was in line for a hot chocolate. So I simply drove away and left the line. If you only have one person, have one line. If you noticed the car already waiting, you should be serving them first. Saved myself some cash today.

Slowest Dutch Bros in all the locations Ive been to in four states. Even if there are only 5 vehicles ahead of you expect to wait half hour minimum. They apparently dont know what theyre doing. Why take your order 20 minutes beforehand if youre not gonna start making it til I get to the window? Smh

This place is awesome! Staff is always extremely nice, welcoming and so efficient! Drinks are great! Very consistent. I’ve never had a bad drink from here. Both Rio Rancho locations are amazing! I’d give it a perfect score however the drive-through is always blocked off weirdly and it’s somewhat confusing if you’ve only been a couple times. I’ve had family who’s never been tell me they turned around and leave because they were confused by the parking lot. I totally understand what they meant. But other than that I love it!

Omg we r obsessed w the teas and sodas. Peach ring soda, omg. Amazing!! Rocky point black tea is a good sweet tea flavor. Try it

We ordered from the walk up window. I couldn’t really hear because the music was so loud. I think they were nice, not really sure what they were saying. Took a while for our drinks. White mocha latte was yummy. Hot cocoa for the kids were great with cute cups. Pretty location.

Tried Dutch bros for the first time this morning. My husband and I both got the hot Golden Eagle. The coffee is very tasty. 4 stars because we read everywhere that they are known for the employees and customer service being above and beyond and it was just your average customer service.

So incredibly happy they opened in NM!! We need more locations. These lines speak for the love of this coffee spot! Thank you for finally making it to NM!

My grand children love going there. The drinks are cheered by them and so is the service. The decaff coffee however, that I ordered, was not the best I have had. First time for me to go there. Decaff coffee not recommended. At least that day it was not good. Will take my grandchildren but I will mot order.

Fast and friendly service. Wish you got a chance to see the menu board before they walked up to your car to take your order. Could take a hint from Chick-fil-A which has a small menu attached to their mobile terminals. Especially if you are new to their offerings, which I am. All in all, very good coffee.

Dutch Bros is always consistently good with friendly employees who always make it an enjoyable visit. You have to know when going though that it always take quite awhile to get on your way again if theres us any bit if a line. I guess thats what happens when you give good service, good product at a fair price. I havent been to Starbucks since they guys have opened and will never go again. I dont like Starbucks politics but Dutch Bros wins in every category but speed and that is only due to their amazingness!

Wouldve been a 5 but the wait was crazy and not just because of there being a lot of people but the window was slightly slow...But overall the drinks we ordered where very tasty. Wife loves coffee. I love tea..Definitely will go back just more prepared to wait 30 minutes.

Love that the Mafia culture includes actually talking to you while you order/wait for your beverage. Im also blown away by the mixology suggestions from the staff. Golden Eagle made with chocolate milk, youre welcome.Quickly replaced my local chain for my beverage cravings. Might be a chain, but the teams make it feel like youre local coffee shop.

The specialty drinks here are a bit less sweet than the Starbucks versions. The prices are comparable, but for my taste, the quality of the drink is better. The time is takes to have an order made is also comparable to the sickly mermaid brand. My reference drink is a hot, Carmel latté, however, their cold drinks are also delicious. Everything is better here.The drivethru experience can be a bit confusing the first time you go through. They have cones laid out autocross style to squeeze as many cars into the area as they can. Once the sun comes out, the line is still exceptionally long on any day of the week. I went through at about 5:30 am Saturday and there were a total of three cars, including myself. Weekday mornings before 6 is a less busy time now.My favorite part of going here is the employees. They are super friendly, and express a genuine concern for me and my day. This has been the case for every Dutch Bros Ive been to, including those in Colorado since 08. This place is worth getting up early for. Its worth a stop anytime.

Okay. So Ive read the other reviews. The coffee is amazing. But the people. The atmosphere. They are the absolute best. Went there with my sister, and every single person we interacted with was absolutely fantastic. I wish i knew all their names. But Im not joking when I say everyone. Everyone was excited to be there. Everyone was super happy. I will never go to any other coffee shop again. ❤ thank you guys for all you do!! 🥰 cant wait for my next trip for coffee!!

I love Dutch Bros but sometimes they can be really slow. When there was only 3 cars in line it took a total of 30 minutes for me to get my order in. Then 10 for me to get my drink.

We got 3 different flavors in the Dutch Freeze medium size, but I was kinda disappointed when I realized they taste pretty much the same. Peach cobbler, banana bread and birthday cake, the only one with a slight different flavor was the birthday cake. I do want to go back and try maybe a latte to see if the flavor changes. The coffee is really good though, I just wish the flavors would come out stronger.

Hello Dutch Bros and Dutch Sisters. On this particular visit the Dutch Bros. Coffee on Under I ordered a large Cocomo Dutch Freeze. But guess what? I got a hot Minty Mocha (not sure of the exact name of the drink) for free! Cool huh? The car in front of me didnt want it so instead of throwing it away, they asked me if I would like it. So sweet! I recommend not drinking two coffee drinks one right after the other. I should have waited. Lesson learned! Haha Go get your Dutch Bros. today! Bye friends.

Its not a bad place, but I mainly go there because of my girlfriend. Either way the drinks arent too bad, little more expensive, but thats I guess what you get when you get some weird tropical smoothie.

Waited in line, couldnt order till we got to the window at 6am only to pay $6 a cup for mediocre coffee, which we still had to wait forever to be made!!

I really wanted to like Dutch Bros, because the kids working there are all really nice. I guess its okay for a cheap drink, but their breves and lattes really arent a great quality. The Italian sodas are good, just make sure you ask for cream because they dont come standard with it.Furthermore, the amount of sugar in virtually all of the drinks is astounding. There are some drinks with 100+ grams of sugar.I would go here for the environment and the people but if youre after great coffee, theres better elsewhere.

The coffee is good, but the drive thru is confusing. The entrance to the the actual drive through is blocked off by cones, the entrance that they want you to enter is unmarked, so if you miss it you have to drive down the street and turn around. When you get in line, there isnt a way to place your order before getting to the window which makes your wait even longer. Last time I was here there was someone out taking orders. This mornings visit is very inefficient.

I had this coffee visiting Albuquerque in the fall, I have fantasized specifically about this coffee from 2,000 miles away several times since then. Either the coffee is that damn good or they slipped drugs into my cup. Impressed either way.

Very friendly, treat you like they dont hate where they work. They are helpful as well if you have never been. The sizes are huge compared to other places. Lines move at a slow speed but once you get to the order window the friendly staff make up for it and help move it along. They get your drinks made pretty fast after the order too.

I have tried really hard to like Dutch Brothers. The thing that Dutch Brothers has going for it is the friendly people that work there, but I have seldom gotten the drink I ordered. And even if I order the same drink I never get a drink that tastes the same from one time to the next. Maybe training on making consistent drinks is in order. Not sure what the problem is but something needs to change to get my business again. Its like if you go to a restaurant and the waiters are great, but the food is bad, I will quit going to the restaurant.

I was so excited to try this place because Ive heard its great. However, Im not waiting in line for a hour for a drink. I finally drove by and saw there were only a few cars, so I stopped.Service was quick, employees were friendly, coffee was mediocre. I ordered a mocha cold brew and it was really weak. It wasnt terrible, it just wasnt that good. I dont think Ill be going back.

I had the Christmas Morning Chai, it was the best hot drink I have ever had! It did not need any added sweetner. My wife had a Vanilla Breve. She was told it would have some sweetness, but it didnt at all. She was a bit disappointed with her drink.Overall it was a really cool spot to check out. The employees are very friendly and you get a nice vibe from being there. There is even music playing in the drive thru. As others say, go early. I went on a Sunday morning about 7 AM and there were only 5 vehicles there.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the people working there were awesome. The coffee was mediocre at best. Got 4 different drinks and they all tasted the same. Definitely not worth the hype. Do yourself a favor and go to Pinon Coffee House instead. At least their drinks actually have flavor.

I visited a Phoenix location last year and couldnt wait to see Dutch in RR. I never turn down a morning annihilator and thats just it, if your a morning person, get here around 6am but no later than 7am or youll ALWAYS wait in a 30+ minute line. Cold brew is killer! Frosts are always a family fave! Service at RR location is AMAZING! Great job crew!

The drive thru took almost 40 minutes and my coffee was warm instead of hot Im not impressed with the Dutch Bros here in albuquerque Im from denver and they have had longer lines and it takes less time hell even the Starbucks take last time but I would rather go to Dutch Bros I love the 911 and my wife really likes the golden eagle the most. last week I went to the newest location did walk up and it took almost a half hour to get my drink so Im not really impressed with Dutch Bros out here. Thats why I gave it three stars instead of five because I really do like Dutch Bros

There new. Very busy they havnt learned to get cars thru fast waited over 45 minutes. If there over 6 cars Id pass which we did. And thats hard for me. Im a 2 times a day dutch

The drinks are great, my only issue here is the drive through! The way it was built just makes no sense!.but since it is already set in stone you all need to hire a person to direct the line...People are not very smart here, and are constantly blocking the driveway exit.
