We would go here almost everyday but the service has really gone down hill. New management is struggling and they cant seem to get our order correct, EVER. We will drive further down the road for a Starbucks from now on or come up with a new game plan!

Rude staff. For a coffee place, they need to drink more. Dont go early. Maybe attitudes are better later in the day. There is a reason the Starbucks a mile away is twice as busy at the same time of day.

This location is just ok. They always make my drinks wrong if its bigger than a grande. I dont order anything complicated either.

The people who are very pleasant and seemed to be having a good day. I know it is hard to see smiling but even with the masks and long drive through line they were in good spirits.

I just needed a quiet place to work on my college paper while my family is sleeping in the hotel room. This place supplied my needs perfectly and provided some caffeine as well.

A huge thank you to the very nice drive through lady that helped me with my order at about 2:45 today. I was heading into work and was very spacey and not making a whole lot of sense but you handled it like a pro! 👍🏻👍🏻 Drink was delicious of course

Great drinks

The double blended frappuccino was mostly all ice. However, Mango dragon fruit with coconut milk was good, but they forgot the coconut milk. Plus, I asked the girl at the at the window if she would mind throwing two small pei Wei cups so we could have room for our two large drinks we ordered and she looked at me with attitude and said no, I cant trash! I probably wont go there again.

This Starbucks is located off 528 right n xt to a light making it convenient to enter and exit. The staff is friendly and the coffee is great. Their sandwiches are good too. I like the choice of having my coffee hot, cold or iced.

Was good and the order was fast

The employees here are open minded and so nice to me. I used go there to study for class and they are always nice to me. I love the environment but sometimes I feel it may be slightly understaffed at time but I do not blame the baristas for that.

I ordered Keto Coffee and every time I go I get something different. This last cup was just plain coffee and creamer and the attendant said she doesn’t know how to make them. Everyone needs to be on the same page Starbucks!

I always love visiting this location. The staff is fun and upbeat while still being professional, getting your order out quickly and deliciously. The store is always clean including the bathrooms!

Enjoyed the wonderful fall weather on their shady patio, quiet, and pleasant. We had a cappechino and chocolate croissant, iced latte and yummy pumpkin bread.

Great place but dont be fooled by their deals its all fake!! Downloaded the app and no message with the deal in it!! The deal was free certain drinks at 3pm or after today. Did not say you had to be in a certain state.

Had a issue where I had to wait for a half hour or so on two venti caramel frapps😣 but other than that I was treated good thanks

The staff is great and the store is clean. They get your order to you really quick. I give it a four because its really small, not a lot of places to sit and they were a little cluttered with new inventory they were trying to put on shelves.

Out of all the Starbucks locations in Rio Rancho, this one is my favorite. Good amount of seating. Friendly customer service. Mindy especially is such a gem and remembers regular customer names. She makes me feel welcome here.

This place is near my home which us why I stop here . Its hit or miss if you get the correct order or if u get water and cream. Service is ok in the afternoon but the best service is in the morning. They never have muffins at this location and they dont serve decaf after 11am but dont tell you so if your ordering decaf you may get regular or espresso !

I Ordered a secret menu drink here and had great service lady looked up how to make it on the system in less then 10 seconds. Came back a week later and ordered the same drink and was told rudely that they didnt know how to make it. She said they could only do it if I told them exactly what was all in it. Was not impressed, I left and went to the Starbucks 5 min away. They didnt even question the order and made it perfect.The customer isnt an idiot I know you can look up how to make it on the computer system.

I waited 15 minutes for a tall latte that I never did get. They werent even that busy. People that came in after me got served instead. I got a refund and left. It was aggravating and humiliating. Ill never go back to that Starbucks

For as much as they charge I tried to call in an order and the boy on the phone took MORE TIME to tell me how 6 drinks was not a Large enough order to place ahead of time so it would be ready. Than it would have taken him to take my order......AND THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME

The staff is always very friendly, speedy and competent but they always seem to be out of everything at seven in the morning. Today for instance I wanted a bagel myself and a cup of fruit for my four-year-old daughter. They didnt have either one.

My Barista was so kind and patient I ordered over for drinks and she was very polite about having to take like 10 minutes making five different fraps. this restaurant is always so polite when they deal with me and the little kids that I babysit. theyre very patient and I have never had the mess up one of my orders.

I have been to this particular location on several occasions and have never been ok with the service. The food/drink has never been the issue. The service is not only really slow but also it seems that they dont care much about the customer. We meet with others there and started talking, all the while the food had supposedly sat on the counter waiting for us. While it is possible we were told it was there, unlikely due to us being not 2 feet from the counter, no one ever mentioned it. Once i asked where the food was they then approached and asked if we wanted it reheated? Really? If im going to a Starbucks i would rather go where the higher prices are justified by the great customer service. Not this one!

I have been a Starbucks customer for over 20 years so I love their coffee, but I do not love every location. This one always messes up my order so I have stopped coming to this location.

OMgosh! The best tea/lemonade in town and amazingly quick drive through. 6 cars in front of me and only 7 minutes in waiting time!!

My suggestion is to support a locally owned coffee shop, Starbucks has forgotten who they are and their products have declined over the years. In a pinch at least you know theyre consistent.

Starbucks is always the same coffee is good but the employees are always rude and the drinks are always overpriced.

The Carmel mocha marchetti is great and the salted caramel was awesome!The salt was crystalline and added so much to the Carmel. It was far superior to Whataburgers carmel

Prompt service along with a very nice barista made for a pleasant experience here. Even though they were busy, the employees kept the drive through moving quickly.

Its a good place to meet a friend and discuss anything over some coffee. Can get packed at times.
