Love the piñón and biscochito latte.. piñón bear claw its delicious
The smoothies here are so bomb (I get the peach mango). I didnt expect that from a coffee place. But the really (really) pretty girl with orange hair makes it extra good. ❤️
Excellent coffee and service. However was a little pricey to buy everyday.
We came here every day while visiting family. They have really excellent coffee and kind and polite baristas. 5 stars
Local favorite. I literally drive 20 minutes in my pjs for this coffee early in the morning just so I can get back home and start working. I love starting my work day with this little treat. Everything is good!
My favorite place for coffee by far. I recommend the Mexican spiced chocolate latte. I love this location specifically because they are all so nice and all their plants have cute little names.
Had my first Dirty Chai. Tasty! Meeting went well!
I used to go here everyday just about and about 2 months ago I started receiving poor and unfriendly customer service. Also if you order a pastry, cookie, or scone, they should ask if you want it warmed. They used to do it automatically and now they give it and it feels like it comes from a fridge hard as a rock. The last thing, the iced coffees do not taste good anymore and are so watered down even with the coffee ice (which is why I used to come in the first place). I tried ordering a couple different flavors and still they dont taste very good. The lattes and red bull spritzers are still tasty though.
Such an inviting and friendly coffee stop! Drinks were delicious and everyone was so helpful. Big shout out to Madison for being so welcoming and recommending a drink for me! 10/10 wish we had one where I’m from!
Nice people, friendly service and good drinks and goodies. Im not a coffee drinker so I cant tell you how the coffee is but lots of people love this place.
There is seriously nothing better on a day ending in Y than a NM Piñon latte. Starbucks, Dunkin, and Dutch Bros. have nothing on this brew. However, having an iced Cinammon Caramel cold brew in the heat of summer is a GUARANTEED way to invigorate your day. ProTip: try the green chile breakfast burrito. Large and amazing, but they do sell out, so plan ahead.
I really wanted a parfait today and this was the only close place that had them. Also got a bear claw to split with my brother and the Mi Amor latte. Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind
Spoiled ingredients ... all drinks were contaminated
Coffee here is amazing! You can actually taste the flavors unlike Starbucks where everything starts to taste the same. And super friendly staff!
Got yelled at for not wearing a mask on their outdoor patio while drinking coffee.
I am OBSESSED with the iced Mi Amor Latte! So much so that I havent gone anywhere else in months! Orders are always correct and very delicioso!
Happy National Coffee Day!! We had the best service coffee and Biscocchito donuts!!! This was our 1st time and I got 4 orders and in my family We are diabetic, I requested as little sugar topping as possible, they were ready at the window for pick up. I went to my mom and dads house and we had a priceless moment as a surprise. Thank you!!!! My mom is Now a Huge Fan and so am I, Thank you for the time today spent at home! We Will Be Back...
Traveling through the area and glad a grabbed a seriously great cup of coffee!
Im wild for the pistachio latte here. Biscochito is pretty good too. Much more affordable than Starbucks and I like supporting local places. Their bagged coffee is also really, really good even in my cheap coffee machine at home.
My family loves the coffee and pastries here. Always great service and our orders have always been correct.
Pretty good for the first time
Love their coffee 👌🏽 this place is a little complicated to get to, but good stuff. 👍🏼
Nice place with good coffee.
Was our first time at that one and it will be our last. The cashier was very rude. Rolling her eyes when i was placing my order and also when i asked for straws, extra creamer and a spoon for the parfait we bought. Was not happy. I did kill it with kindness and was not rude back.
Love supporting local businesses that have quality coffee such as Pinon Coffee House!! Try Mi Amor or the Lavender Honey absolutely delicious!!!!
Everything was good until your employee pressures me for a tip. Are you collecting tips just so you can pay the lower hourly rate? I suspect so.
Great coffee, nice vibe, awesome staff! Recommend checking out for sure!
First time I tried the coffee. Highly recommend
Awesome coffee, quick drive through.
🤷♂️ kinda wished I went to Dutch Bros....
Coworkers suggested I try this place. Regretted spending money here. Shortly after getting order, I had to return to ask for stronger brew, as mine was akin too dishwater. Friendly service, but product needs work.
The best mm.mm Biscochito donutsBull LuceroUsmc
Where else you go and get an Adobe morning with a Pinon bear claw?
Their latte selection is my favorite and so happy that they offer oat milk! This location also has a drive through that is very efficient.
Great coffee and customer service!
Cutest staff out of all the stores fs.
If you want disgusting burnt coffee, this is the place.
Great coffee! The Mi Amor and bear claw are delicious!!!!
Is fantastic service every time I go
Friendly staff and awesome coffee. My favorite Adobe morning.
My first time here and I can’t stop thinking about how delicious it was! I ordered the iced pistachio latte with almond milk and a bear claw! My husband got the hot Biscochito latte and he loved it and drank it all (he never finishes his coffee). Fantastic customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this place. If there was one in Santa Fe I would definitely be there daily!
Fast, speedy, delicious! First time there and highly impressed with the breakfast burritos and iced lattes!
We LOVE piñon coffee in my family! Fair prices! Everyone is always so nice and it always feels good to support local! The honey lavender iced latte is impeccable. I also love the Adobe morning iced latte...I buy the Adobe morning K-cups so I can enjoy at home in the mornings without having to leave my house while still supporting local! Piñon > every other coffee company. Periodt.
I love the breakfast burritos. Coffee is good too
It was just okay this time. Let me tell you why. This is only my opinion, so you can take it or leave it. I was disappointed that I used my punch card for my free drink on a Very Berry Smoothie. I guess on the same token Im glad that I didnt have to pay for it. The smoothie wasnt horrible. For me, it just lacked a certain amount of sweetness. I have a mouth full of sweet teeth - its not just one sweet tooth. Maybe my taste buds were off that day. Maybe it was the barista who prepared it. I dont know. I should try it again to make sure that my critique of the Very Berry Smoothie is correct. Again, this is only my opinion. If it doesnt go well for me the next time I try it, I will stick to the coffee. I know that I will never be let down when I drink New Mexican Piñon coffee!
I love their coffee, always friendly. Wish there was one in Los Lunas I would go everyday!
I love going in. Its easy. The staff is SUPER friendly. Its not hard or complicated to order a cup of coffee... Staff knows me by name. Great value add!
This is a lovely new location! The atmosphere is very cozy and would be a great spot to get some work done. Sofia was the server helping me and she was so helpful and offered great suggestions! We tried the pinon cloud, peppermint lavender green tea, and the pumpkin spice latte! Everything was great! Its also a great spot to pick up any quick gifts for the holidays!
Thank you for being cheerful and accommodating! My dog and I really enjoyed your patio while sipping cold brew (me sipping, not my dog).
I am SO happy Pinon decided to open a cafe in Rio Rancho! Every time Im in the area I get a delicious iced latte from here. It makes my day! I hope Pinon gets big enough to eventually open in more areas someday.
Finally visited this place and I gotta say I am sold! Really good coffee, fast and convenient! My new favorite place!
Coffee is good and bold, the drive through is convenient. Friendly service and a New Mexican classic at this point!
Honey lavender lattes are the best 💜 I love Pinion Coffee House, great service, delicious coffee and there were BOGO bear claws today so I got myself a nice little treat
Grabbed a breakfast burrito and a free coffee this morning and the coffee was good, the burrito, not so much but what do you expect from a Coffee shop right. I actually am a huge supporter of Pinon Coffee it being local and all but the 2 ladies that were running the counter seemed really rushed and unhappy. Service could have been better. Not sure if I would stop there again but will continue buying the coffee grounds to make at home. No rude people at my home coffee shop, so my day starts with a positive attitude.
This is my new favorite coffee place. Havent yet tried a flavor I dont like. Also, their lattes are just that right amount of sweetie for me. Doesnt overpower the flavor of the coffee. To too it off, I can buy their loose coffee and grind it onsite. Love Pinon Coffee House!
First time actually going, though Ive had their coffee many times, and received great service and coffee. The bear claw is fantastic.
Better than Starbucks and Dutch brothers. My favorite low carb drink is a sugarfree biscochito latte with almond milk.
We drove through yesterday, ordered 2 coffees and 2 bear claws. We had to ask for the pastries since they forgot about them. They asked for a tip, the coffee was great, the pastries were old and ice cold.
Staff is nice. Love coffee ice instead of of water ice
The coffee is great, and the service is always outstanding!
Line was long and slow. They were out of burritos. The coffees we ordered were not good. I won’t be back!
It was my first time in the shop, though I already love the traditional Pinon coffee. I was impressed with the selection of flavors. It seemed to me that the noise-level was well-controlled compared to other coffee shops, however, there didnt really seem to be any atmosphere, you know, like Welcome! Come on in and stay a while.
I love this shop, they have delicious coffee and make amazing lattes. It has been my favorite coffee shop for awhile now and Im so happy they opened a location in Rio Rancho!
The staff are friendly and the location is convenient. I ordered a large, black cold brew and a scone. The scone is nice, however, the drink I received was sugared to high-hell and had milk in it. I dont mind if they accidently added milk to it (even if it wasnt what I ordered), but I cannot take another sip out of my drink, because it tastes way-too-sweet. This is the second time Ive tried Pinon Coffee and Im very sad to say it will be my last. I shouldve known better after my first expereince, but I wanted to use the scientific method and really see if this isnt the place for me.Update: My boss convinced me to go back and get a new one. The staff were apologetic and gave me a new cold brew (black). Its not a strong coffee and taste quite light, which is a let down, and is a bit acidic, however, it has a nice nutty flavor and the coffee ice cubes that Pinon Coffee adds to every iced drink will ensure that my cold brew stays fresh and lovely for the next few hours. Im changing my star rating from 2 to 3. Its not my favorite cold brew (Id argue that it tastes closer to a iced coffee), it lacks depth and richness that you see from other cold brews, but the nutty flavor is definitely something Ill crave. Will I go back? Maybe.
First time coming here and ordered a pistachio latte and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and yummy!! The pistachio latte is my new favorite! Thanks Pinon Coffee House for starting my morning off to a good start! 😊
Great coffee and the seasonal drinks are on point
They have good coffee and really good pastries. I suggest the bear claw. But the downside is they ask for a tip.
Ive only been here twice and had a flavored coffee. Therefore I cant give an honest review because flavor in a coffee masks how good the roast it imo. Other than that the service was good via the drive thru.
The sausage egg, cheese, green chile and hash brown burrito was the worst Ive ever had. Almost no eggs, almost all undercooked hash browns and the sausage was awful. Never knew sausage could be that bad. The coffee had a biodegradable lid that was an unpleasant texture to the mouth and made the coffee taste like cardboard. This was my first and last visit. The only reason I didnt give one star is because the girl at the window was very nice and pleasant in her customer service.
Their chai is amazing & pup cups are cute...however, this is a coffee house and everything fell short after the great chai. Their cold brew & nitro cold brew coffees are VERY watered down & flavor-less...even with frozen coffee ice cubes to supposedly combat this problem. Their pistachio & Adobe morning flavors were not enjoyable or anything resembling hazelnut/cinnamon or creamy sweet pistachio. Their breakfast burritos are pre made with EVERYTHING on them making it impossible for people with food allergies to order anything. To end the transaction...they refuse to let you leave them a tip under 18% and this is before receiving a 24$ bill and tasting the goods. I wouldnt have been grumpy about a 10% tip, but a forced 18% or higher tip for such watered down, flavorless, pointless coffee and no ability to order breakfast, were never going back.
I love Piñon coffee house! I’ve always received great service from every location in New Mexico. The coffee, tea, and pastries are so yummy too! This is my go-to coffee place!
Dont waste your time and money at Starbucks, go to Pinon for a great quality cup of coffee or drink and grab a bag to take home! Best coffee ive had.
The other locations are much better then the Rio Rancho piñon location the coffee is So weak and watered down the lattes are so sweet you can barely drink them. The staff is always friendly but that’s about it... Very disappointed
When we first arrived in New Mexico in December my husband discovered Pinon close to where we stayed until we could move into our new home. He enjoyed the walk down each morning then bought a pound of Pinon coffee for having at home. We love it! Need to get down and get the 2# bags on sale. It is a fav!!
First time there, but wont be my last. I had a biscochito coffee and a pistachio latte. They were both amazing.Im so happy there is an awesome local option other than the big SB to meet business associates.
Best piñon location hands down. The people are ALWAYS friendly, and ALWAYS get my drink right. The other locations seems to not care about quality, and for that reason, I only go to the Rio Rancho one now!
Great fast Service !
My son and I went to Pinon Coffee this evening for a Mom/Son date. We were happy that Pinon opened in Rio Rancho! We both ordered a decaf pinon, he asked for some ice in his to cool it down, to make it drinkable (he is 9), his coffee was cold and both of our coffee was weak. I asked the barista if she could pour half of his coffee out and put some new coffee in to make it warm. The barista who helped us was dressed out of code, wearing a purse, sandals and unprofessional attire. She seemed uncertain as how to help.My coffee was already drinkable, as it was barely warm. Another staff member approached me to apologize about the coffee. I expressed to her that it my coffee was barely warm and very weak and she apologized and asked if she could brew another pot for us. I told her it was not necessary. She offered us some free pastries as well as a card for a free drink. She made an effort to correct a mistake and I really appreciate that kind of service. She also expressed to me that she would notify the earlier crew to brew a stronger batch of pinon from here on out.
Coffee was so hot it melted the straw I stirred it with but was good once it cooled off!
Incompetent. I ordered a pinion coffee. I got no cardboard holder. The coffee was so hot I couldnt hold it. Then when I opened the lid to add sugar the plastic stir stick was broken about 1/4 inch from the handle. I just threw it out so I wouldnt spill it in my friends care. Next time I will spend my money at Starbucks weenies coffee. Even though I hate them.
The coffee is delicious and the biscochito donuts are to die for! Highly recommend!
So glad to have a Pinon Coffee on our side of town! I love that I can enjoy most flavored lattes sugar free & the staff is super friendly. Thanks PCH for giving us West side folks a local option for good coffee!
1/11/20 10:15 a.m. went to the counter no greeting the girl just stood there looking at me I finally said good morning no response so we placed our order to receive luke warm weak coffee. Just on the customer service alone I will not spend my money there. Best to you though.
Love their Morning Adobe coffee !I went into the Rio Rancho location on Black Friday and they were all out!I was frustrated because I was told the previous week that there would be lots of deals . But the only deal I wanted was to purchase the coffee! I expect that if that is a popular coffee, they would have plenty that day! I went about noon. What happened????I bought the adobe”k” cups (even though we don’t have that type of coffeemaker, just so I could have some until until I can go to another store!
New coffee shop. I love pinon coffee! Cheerful, helpful staff. Clean store and restrooms. Only 4 stars due to not enough sound absorbing material. Small thing considering.
The best in New Mexico, better than Starbucks and alot more reasonable pricing.
Awesome menu options, great coffee, friendly staff! Support local!
