Went there today. Crowded. Higher prices than Walmart, but they have registers with people. At a lot of Walmarts, you have to ring up your own purchases. Better meat, produce and beer at Albertsons.

Solid Albertsons. We really only have two local places to buy groceries (Wal-Mart or Albertsons). Albertsons definitely has higher prices on a lot of things. It does have a much better grocery selection (cool selection of local soda flavors) and a better produce section. If you dont shop the sales, its typically a bit more expensive than Walmart.

I’ve always felt that Albertson’s prices are a bit higher than their competitors. That is why I only gave four stars. Pricing aside, this store was perfect. It was clean and well-stocked. The produce was fresh. The staff were friendly, particularly the cashier. I’m pretty sure his name was Larry, and the fact that I remember that three days later is a testimony to his helpful, friendly attitude.

This place had plenty of stock. And customer service was great. I am very pleased with this store.

This Albertsons store is a great place to shop and their is so much pretty flowers and other things to buy as will as grocery.

Joanne was amazing with helping organize lines for the cash registers. The manager was very helpful! My mother and I bought 25lb. bags of salt pallets, and he helped us to our car to load them. Always the freshest produce and they have the best selection of fresh fish in the area! I prefer to shop here over Walmart. Better service, better products, and by far the best experience!

The Albertsons at Enchanted Hills Blvd and 528 supported many people during the shutdown. They worked extremely hard to keep shelves stocked and helped to slow the hoarding by showing people that there was going to more food and supplies the next day. Bravo!

Dru was the most helpful person Ive ever a asked anything from in a grocery store!!! I would go on and on about his work ethic... but Ill say he made sure he wasnt unhappy.... he was glad to help

Better than walmart...This store is not usually not too busy. They have your normal stuff and a few nice finds. I wish they offered more healthy vegan and vegetarian options. However if you eat the typical American diet this should be just fine for you. Cashiers are pleasant, store is pretty clean.

I like going to Albertsons to shop for our grocery. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

I like shopping here for their meats. They have a larger variety of meats than Walmart. The customer service is awesome here and I will be coming back!

This store is Awsome. Im a vegetarian and I have no problem finding great meat free products here. And there fresh vegetable are great w/ a large variety. Plus the fresh baked bread and deserts. Then theres the easy night already made dinners for one or family. Just pop them in the micro and dinner is done. Large variety of cheeses and great wine selection too. This store makes shopping wonderful.

This store has everything you need for a great barbecue. The staff is friendly. The Sushi here is delicious.

This is the best Albertsons in Rio Rancho. They have the best looking and most diverse produce sections. The meat department has a great selection of quality meats. The butchers will assist with custom cuts on demand. The aisles are all well stocked and well organized. I will drive past 4 other grocery stores just to go to this store.

The place in New Mexico didnt have dry ice, like all the other places, but I also went to the bathroom there and despite carvings in the walls etc, which are rampant in that entire area, the bathroom was very clean! Far cleaner than any other bathroom in that area.

Love this store. Its always clean, stocked and amazing employees. Freshest produce, great meat dept, large select of wines. They make shopping enjoyable.

Senior DayI found out 1st Wednesday is Senior day & we get a discount on total bill. Sure explained why it was full of old people🤠. Employees were doing a great job monitoring amount of people in store. Cashiers were quick & had no problems letting me bag because I brought my own bags.

Albertsons Enchanted Hills location is close to where I live. I like the store, but the inconsistency I have experienced at the deli make me crazy! Today my husband was there and had a horrible interaction with the lady who was working behind the counter. She was unfriendly, discourteous, and gave lousy customer service.

Normal grocery store. Recently updated with new flooring. The store has an adequate amount of self checkout kiosks.

I loved it, they had cashiers working the cash registers.

Staff is always really friendly. Store is always clean. They are a little more pricey than competitive stores in the area but they do have great deals on meat so thats usually when I pop in!

Covid has caused me to only shop Albertsons. Other stores do not compare. I have been able to go in without long wait times. Inventory has been good. Customers have not followed the arrows very well but nothing unexpected.

If you want fresh groceries, and all the trimmings this is a great place to shop.

The cake that I ordered on June 4th was not what I ask for. It was awful.

Love their Deli and the choices of meats are super great. Get my beef Jerry meat from there cuz theycwill slice anything you ask them to. Plus their different styles of seasonings they utilize on their different meat selections make for a nice main course for meals

Place finally got a remodel, I always get above average service so no complaints there. Only thing is it runs out of some sale items on the weekend which bothers me as you have to go to a service window to get a rain check. Being in this industry for 25 years that bugs me, they should worry about shrink when it come to a sale item. That usually has the biggest impact on what all customers remember.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BAKERY! We ordered a special occasion cake and they reworded the message so it no longer made sense, which we didn’t realize until we were on our way to our event. When we went to return it bakery staff fought with us about the message and after showing them what we had written ourselves and explaining context they took the cake and sent us to customer service where they also fought with us again over the phone regarding the message being wrong after a 15 min wait in line. Not only were they able to ruin our event but they succeeded in making us late and providing the lowest quality service. Your money spends better with companies who don’t try to pawn off their mistakes and endeavor to respect customers.

Mafia price gouging in the liquor department! One item was $14.95 the day before yesterday, they upped it to $24.95 yesterday! I refuse to buy any more liquor at Albertsons! From now on I will make the trip down the road to Total Wine. I was buying alcohol at Albertsons for the convenience but I will not put up with their price gouging anymore.

The store was busy, large variety of flowers,Roses,, babys breath, candy, you name it, they have a good chance they have it. The kids in the parking lot were busy bringing in shopping baskets and spraying them down

I went to Albertsons to get my granddaughters birthday cake and was extremely disappointed. I paid $64 for a cake that was worth maybe $30. The only reason I paid for it was that it was too late to order another one. Half of the decorations were plastic and the cake inside wasnt even what I ordered. Horrible!! I could have made a better cake! It didnt even taste good...

Clean establishment. Has your daily needs without all the ridiculous lines. Will visit again for my grocery needs.

Covid precautions observed, usually well stocked, easy in and out, good deli meats, cheeses, friendly knowledgeable staff. Does seem a bit higher priced.

This is my neighborhood, meaning, this feels like my neighbors. When I first moved out here I did not like it’s size and did not feel like it had enough offerings. I am over that!I love the staff, each and everyone. They are attentive, helpful and engaging with a great sense of humor. In these trying times, they recognized me behind my mask and I had the same great time check out as always! I appreciate their example of wearing masks and their courteous interaction with all customers. This IS my store, thank you all!!!’ PS I also transferred my RXs here, Emily and Ernie are fantastic. Fairly clean, good produce section and staff here are friendly. However, the restroom access is not ADA compliant. The stairs to get to them would be hard to access by someone with physical challenges.

At least the line outside was no where near as long as at Walmart, my son, grandson and I were able to get in the line and into the store in less than 5 minutes verses 30 minutes to an hour in line at Walmart.

So much more sane than Wal-Mart across the street. They may not have the variety that Wal-Mart does but the shelves are stocked (Walmart seems to run out of things [and not just toilet paper]), the store is clean and staff friendly and helpful.

That was a awesome groceries store. They had the vegetables, fruits n other things. The aisle very full. I really like that place.

I called because I wanted to order flowers and I unfortunately had to speak to Danielle, she had an attitude and I asked to speak to someone else she said she was the florist manager wouldnt give me her last name and hung up on me.

I can not get them to order Snickers creamer. Ive been looking every time for the last 2 months and I ask about it every time. Life is too short for bad coffee.

The store handled it beautifully and without a hitch, but just a heads up to speed it along, stop by the service desk to be sure your number is in that system.To Albertsons,Please update your app so that customers can accurately be put in the appropriate systems from the app, as items are selected in the store chosen when member prices are able to be selected into accounts discount/point/coupon saves.Thank you for your time, consideration, and assistance in these matters.

Weird pricing strategies. This chain loves the buy 2 get one free or even buy 1 get two free options, however if you divide the prices out, the price each is often about normal. Do people really get fooled by this?Aside from that the store always appears neat & clean and well stocked. Prices are ok, not good.Unfortunately at the self check out there are no guns so all items, even heavy cases of soda, cat litter, etc have to be lifted out of the cart and turned appropriately. They need to do some equipment updating. Im sure the self check saves them some money (1 employee, several check out stations) so why not make it attractive to customers?

This has been my store for as long as we have lived here, but no more. They are allowing people without masks to shop freely in the store, contaminating all the other customers and personnel as well as the grocery items. It is the store managements responsibility to address those who try to enter without a mask. Masks should be offered to those without them, and if they refuse the offer, they should be asked to leave. Their failure to protect those who wont wear masks speaks volumes. The shopping carts arent clean either. The store has the feel of being contaminated with the virus.

Lines are short and easy to get into store. Unlike the 2 hour lines at Wal-Mart this was maybe 10 minutes.

Albertsons is awesome; from a variety of products to choose from, excellent customer service to the calmness and courteous environment in which to shop at. Thank you for such a welcoming and wonderful experience in spending my hard earned money. Prices may be a bit more but well worth the peace of mind and appreciation of my patronage. I will be returning.***The biggest plus...is having real cashiers!!!!

There staff was friendly. Some items were a bit pricey . Store was clean,and surprisingly open much later than other stores,which I find to be a good thing for people who have things to do after work. There hand held machine was broken and self service was small. They dident have some items that I wanted. Over all experience was good.

I love the customer service! The lanes are always Three people or less. They strive to get you in and out in a timely manner. MY butcher is always so knowledgeable. Anyone and everyone you run into is usually able to assist you. The Starbucks inside is also great! This is MY Albertsons and I LOVE IT!
