The baristas are very friendly, and they provide great service. They greet me by name when I come in. Theyve gotten to know me and my preferences.

There was a bug in the dessert case. I told the lady there and she act as if I did not say anything. She was not friendly at all.

Its a Starbucks so you know what to expect. Lots of space and seats in this one.

This high volume SBUX is about the only game in town. Staff is friendly and helpful and can get rushed when the line is long. Large seating area but catch as catch can. Struggles at times with bathroom cleanliness, overflowing garbage...

The Starbucks by my house theyre so nice it sounds like they drink coffee through an IV..these girls can take a lesson. Didnt greet me and had a miserable attitude while taking my order. Not to mention NOT a fan of the cold brew with dark cocoa almond milk foamI get it people have bad days but youre at work..

Glad to see this place has finally closed. It was filthy and really depressing. The light fixtures made for a really uninviting space. Way too much glare. You would think that for a place in RIver Forest it would be better taken care of. It was a dump. Good riddance. Nasty. Some of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in.

Great service, nice atmosphere. Could have been cleaner... was surprised how dirty it was for 9am. Our order was ready quickly and done correctly (6 drinks; 3 special). Came for an Esperanto group that meets Sunday mornings. Was satisfied with our visit.

My husband shared his pepper steak with me and it was gooood! Meat was tender and the flavor was excellent!

The Greyhound bus station of coffee shops. It’s a large Starbucks that attracts a lot of homeless people. Most mind their own business, but it’s not uncommon for some to be pan handling or to steal all the sugar packets. I understand that homeless people need to be somewhere, but this Starbucks gets so many of them that it really should be getting a government subsidy.

Rating for the atmosphere, not so much the coffee or service. Coffee was great, staff were nice. But I will definitely be working from another location after my experience here. There are plenty of places to sit, but its difficult to find a spot that isnt chaotic and taken up by rowdy people. Headphones help but the music is way too loud (probably to drown out the chaos). Bathroom was absolutely disgusting (urine on the floor, toilet paper on the floor and no replacement roll in sight, smelled horrendous).Im an extrovert and dont mind having brief encounters with strangers, but a couple of the guys made it a point to bug me multiple times while I was clearly trying to work. I get that Starbucks is a public place, and Im sure this place would be fine to get coffee with a friend, but its definitely not ideal for anyone who works remote.

The most consistent cup of coffee. Great flavor and never bad paper filter after taste. The best water makes the best coffee.

This location is a sponsored poke-stop and so youll frequently get a large crowd of people milling about by the entrance all staring at their phones. Aside from that, theres always a ton of people that just seem to take up the best seats and spend an inordinate amount of time doing whatever it is people do nowadays. Its a good location to use as a meeting spot, but not one Id consider to just go and relax with a beverage. Its just not a very welcoming, inviting environment. The few times Ive been there, I just want to get my drink and leave asap.

Dont get me wrong.....I enjoy a nice Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwich. Like. Really. Enjoy. It.However, this location had the rudest staff I have ever met! From the cashier to the barista! No greeting, no smile, nothing!I ordered my usual reduced turkey day bacon sandwich. As I bit into it I immediately noticed it was cold in the middle. Strange, I thought. This has never happened to me. I asked for them to reheat my order and was given a nasty attitude! As if it was my fault! They insisted on giving me a new one. As I got my new order, the sandwich looked as if it was run over by a truck. I didnt care. I was hungry. I bit into it again and.... It was still cold! From the beginning to the end, I was given a poor attitude and was even given a poor attitude as I asked for my refund. I will never return to this location. I mean.... Ill still eat at a Starbucks. Just not this one.

Convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff, and quite a lot of seats make this Starbucks my go-to shop. Definitely better than the Starbucks inside Target in so many ways. The tables and bathroom could be kept tidier though, imho.

Yes, This location is very large and very busy.but... they have like, military style discipline here because there is always a huge staff and they crank the drinks out FAST and accurately.... and that’s what gets you 5 stars on my Starbucks scale.Because of the large seating areas you can typically find a seat without issue. The place can be a little overrun by panhandlers at times, but it’s a very urban location and starbucks has some company policies that are quite welcoming to all of the public... so, thats just part of life here.Parking is a non issue, there is a huge retail shopping parking area.

Disorganized, long wait, drink made incorrectly

Stopped at this location for a quick breakfast at 11am on Wednesday June 12th, and was disappointed by the service. The guy with the glasses was very rude to us, made all of our drinks incorrectly, and charged me for 4 egg bites instead of 2 like I asked... what a waste of money

I would give any Starbucks 3 stars for a fresh cup of their Pike Place coffee. When Starbucks began spreading out across the country, I always had the feeling that their pastries or freshly baked. Their staff was always friendly. If you thought your coffee didnt taste fresh, they would give you a new cup. Now, they roll a metal cart in with their pastries, each wrapped individually in plastic. Their staff often look sad or disgruntled. People no longer go there for the coffee, but rather the electrical outlet for their laptops. It is not a coffee shop that encourages human interaction. It is a place to charge your laptop and drink a small cup of coffee in the slowest amount of time imaginable. They need to do something with their business model, but their Pikes Place coffee is delicious as long as you dont see the clerk tipping the carafe to get out the last burnt drop.

I love it here! Its the best and the serve the best drinks along with pretty good food! I always stop here on my way to and from work! (I bike, and enjoy the refreshing AC)

Very spacious, lots of tables with wireless chargers on then. Menu is the same as every other, obviously, but the drinks here tend to be on the sweeter side, a little too much compared to others I have tried.

This is the ideal chill spot. Starbucks is the best place to study sync with others for business laugh and rest the staff are restful and fun. Please come in and and let Starbucks be your first place for that that perfect beginning to your day.

Even if you love Starbucks coffee, you must be desperate for WIFI to come here. Lucky if you can find a seat to sip your specialty drink because its always packed. Try the outdoor seating in the summer on Harlem Ave. Yikes!

Staff is friendly. Place was quite crowded and they got the orders out in a timely fashion. However, the crush of the crowd seemed to impact the staffs ability to wipe down tables and pick trash off of the floor.

Its okay cuz other places have the very same coffee but they just charge a whole lot more for the same flavors of coffee, to me there is nothing special about it cuz after its said and done its still just a coffee shop nothing else

Quick and easy...just how I like it

Sadly this Starbucks needs to improve a lot.Presentation needs to improve when you expect paying quality. You got people over the tables from laptops to backpacks!Where you can seat down .some people just dont care .the employees just let them with out even saying anything. The counter where you get the sugar and tops were dirty and the milk holders the same .I didnt wanted even touch it that bad it was.I had to just walk out with no sugar or milk.Wanted to seat down but as I explained no space where to seat down. You got people there for 3 hours really? I live so close by I wanted another cup of coffe guess what same people and holding the tables?The coffe was bitter due I think was not fresh .I had to go back and them them. Your staff sure need to improve this time and also try to organize better!Very disappointed!!

I just went to get a WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE and they gave me a regular chocolate so I asked if they could fix it for me but they couldn’t fixed it second time they gave me coffee and I didn’t notice until I got to work. Not again, I am going to another place.

Great service and amazing atmosphere

Very poor service on a Sunday afternoon when empty. Cashier made me repeat my order multiple times and I was only getting two simple drinks. The person making the drinks seemed like she had all the time in the world. Made one, then stopped to clean a machine, then finally got around to the second one. Not my normal Starbucks experience.

Im currently at this location, and everything was the typical SB experience. But then this white male employee with a beanie started being extremely rude and passive aggressive to one of this fellow employees. I dont know if hes a supervisor or whatever, but I dont want to see someone get put on blast in front of other employees and 20 customers. It was a major turn off and definitely not the atmosphere I expect

Pretty good place to grab a coffee and get a little work done while on the move. The police occasionally have to remove someone from the mens room, but the dining crowd is usually courteous and friendly.

PROS: Big space with lots if seating.CONS: Music loud. Since it is close to the CAT Green line a lot of transients and homeless hang out there. Bathrooms are dirty and not taken care of. Many times they smell and floors with urine on them.

I ordered a salted caramel mocha. didnt receive anything close. No salt. No caramel. When I inquired, barista just added some caramel to the meager whipped cream topping​. Not good service this morning.

Staff is friendly, but i avoid this location when i can due to the many people who come from the nearby harlem green line stop and seem to post up here all day long, meaning that the bathrooms are ALWAYS occupied, and i don’t feel comfortable leaving my things unattended.

Its so disheartening when you go to get a large drink and pay 3.78 only to get a cup that looks like a sample. That they name a grande. How come they just cant say large medium small like every one else.

An unfortunate experience has come up and I regret that I have to be so direct.I am just getting home from this Starbucks location. Please take special note, this is my first time EVER in life, to leave any type of online review. Indeed, we all as consumers have experienced bad customer service on several occasions in our lifetime, but this is not at all a customer service complaint, nor a matter to take even take lightly.Closing business hours on Sundays are at 10:30pm. As normal routine; a pleasant employee walked around to inform all, that they are closing in 10 min; of course I respected this announcement. By 10:25pm, I began to clean up behind myself and gather my things. Before leaving and to the same employee, I had asked if the bathrooms were still unlocked, for the reason I needed to use the ladies room. At this point their were about three other customers left on the floor. I used the restroom, washed my hands and began opening the door. Automatically, I felt someone pulling the door. I noticed their was a different employee opening the same bathroom door I was exiting. My observation; why am I feeling such a pull behind the door? and why is it so dark?; all the lights were off and she looked me with a hateful smirk. Not at all did she care she was making me feel uncomfortable. She then rolled her eyes and stomped ahead of me as if she were in an angry, storming, stampede and basically GAVE ME THE BOOT. Politely, I said excuse me, but what is your name ?. She then replied something under her breath (I couldnt even make it out), AND SLAMMED THE GLASS DOOR ON ME, LOCKED IT ON MY FACE AND WALKED AWAY! Please take special note, the time was ONLY 10:34pm, by the time I was so rudely escorted. I was shocked. Was this at all, necessary?Further clarification: There were two employees that closed the store this evening. I will end this review to at least share recognition for the one out of the two young women working. I wish I knew her name; she SMILES a lot, very professional and sophisticated demeanor. Whomever closed the doors on me, can learn a few necessary skills that may take her further in life; she ought observe her co-worker. Observation goes a long way; makes the best mentor.TIPS FOR THE EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE:This is not at all in reflection of the Starbucks brand. Please represent them to the integrity they uphold; it is vital.Give serious attention to the important areas you need to improve. This is your work life!Foster people skills, learn manners and proper business professional ethics. Your attitude was not only poor, but intimidating, aggressive and very abusive.You undoubtably are in a field in which you have to work with customers, face-to-face. By applying emotional intelligence and professionalism in your dealings with others, will increase your worth to any company for which you work.Lastly, I am sure that there are future applicants and other current employees, such as your closing teammate this evening, who are ready to satisfy your customers and company expectations, if you do not. Indeed, you will quickly become a liability to your employer if you continue in this type of behavior.I WILL ASSURE TO ESCALATE THIS FURTHER 12.14.15, IN HOPES THAT TOP MANAGEMENT DOWN, WILL RE-PLAY THE SECURITY CAMERAS & RESPOND APPROPRIATELY; this type of behavior would be an automatic disciplinary write up if I were to oversee this location.

The mens bathroom has been in unacceptable condition on multiple occasions. Today, there were ashes on the floor and the soap dispenser was empty.

Nice as far as Starbucks store atmosphere goes. However, dont go to use the wifi. Last 4 times I was there, it would take a minute or two to load a Web page.
