HORRIBLE customer service and their products are very limited! They don’t value their customers (majority African American) and could care less about losing one or if they return. Quality over Quantity and money isn’t everything; especially when you need the very same people to keep your business running. I use to shop here because it was local but I will be traveling for better service from now on. Please shop where you and your money are respected

Item will say one price but ring up another which is higher and instead of giving it to you for what it says on the item, she will just throw the new price sticker on it and say this is the correct one . Consumer rights?

Its okay! Far as hair products go, Im pretty sure theyll have what you are looking for. I gave it 3 stars because i dont normally shop here and i only visited once for shampoo.

My fave beauty supply store. Has what I need. Anybody who has a bad experience in here went in with a bad attitude as the people in there are super nice.

They have a lot of needed things. They have Brazilian, peruvian and malaysian real bundles around $200

I haven’t shopped here since I graduated from high school, but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. They usually had what I needed (nail polish and minor toiletries to keep in my locker) and the staff was polite and didn’t shy away from answering questions about their merchandise.

I love going here on a regular.The staff is very helpful and doesnt follow you through isles assuming you may steal and that is very appreciated.They have a huge variety of everything and almost never runs out of supplies regardless of what you may need.Great job to the entire staff

They have a nice selection of hair products but no one volunteered to help me. Leaving me totally lost looking for the right braiding hair. And there was a lot of it.

The owner must have been having a bad day today or just wanted to get told off because his attitude was very unprofessional when you are tired of working with the public go home, take a walk, or just stay home. Dont bring your bad attitude and energy to your business

The owners of this establishment are unprofessional. They do not offer exchange or refund on anything you purchase in the store the 1 sign they have posted states otherwise, they will sell you garbage, take your money and keep it with no remorse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
