Went to pick my shoes but they closed AN HOUR EARLY. I will never shop there again.

The employees are great and the manager is very hands on. She is reasonable. I went to get a sneaker for back health improvement and it felt funny to only have one foot on to fit and she allowed me the courtesy of trying the other foot so I could be confident that I was wearing the best possible fit for my situation. Thank you Hibbetts Sports. I love my purchase.

So it went like this I orders shoes to the store only to be charged for shipping and the sales rep didn’t know how to apply me birthday coupon. Total $47.66Turn around to call to place a order to get Free shipping and my $10 coupon applied $35.65The rep told me to go inside and get my refund.Go to get my refund the $47.66 that was spent only to be told I can’t get my money back from shipping per Chris I’m guessing she’s the manager. The young man that was helping tried but his manager advised him of this ridiculousness .I hate to say it but minority neighborhoods are the worst when it comes to customer service. I called the corporate office. There sending me my $10 back!!! Thanks Chris you suck

This is the worst one I been to staff does not greet you. They lie about the stock so they dont have to help you. Not friendly and dont seem like they want to work. Last time buying anything from this one!
