NO SENSE OF URGENCY... 2 WOMEN BACK THERE AND EITHER ONE OF THEM HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THE FOLK IN LINE TO SAY ITLL BE A MIN OR 2 OR 3... Customer Service person basically didnt want to assist me with a question about money orders over the phone but the same information that she claimed they could not give out over the phone is on the website. If I knew that to begin with I would have saved myself the headache of being treated poorly and just looked online. This this location hardly ever has anything in stock and the self-checkout counters repeatedly stop after scanning each item to show you a picture of yourself scanning an item, yet, still saying remember to scan all items or calling for assistance as if youre stealing even after you scan it and let it weigh the item. In a nutshell oh, this location is just a hot mess! If you have a little extra time and gas, visit the Kroger on Tara Blvd or Banks Crossing to avoid the unnecessary irritation.

The pharmacy is the absolute worse then follow that deli this pharmacy will have a prescription from a day prior or early in the morning and when you go to get the items you still have to wait 20 more minutes like what happen from the time the dr sent the prescription until time to pick up. Everyone look so miserable and depressed. Slow service i will be switching pharmacies and i pray for them all to feel better.

Would be better if the Boars Head employee Eric wasnt so mean when peole are trying to get multiple subs I know theres a line but dont get no Attitude with them. First time visiting wont be last But I definitely wont have Eric make my sub. Sorry to the customer that had to deal with him.

Worse Kroger ever!!!! It is never clean, the parking lot is nasty, shopping karts are disgusting & never available!!! Gnats on the produce EVERYDAY!!! Nothing is ever in stock, they NEVER have cash available at self checkout!!!! It the worse!! Store manager needs to do something about it quick and fast!!! I rather travel 15 mins out of my way to visit a cleaner and more organized store!

Only self checkout lanes were open and were only taking cards. No regular cashier line was open to take cash...That is absolutely ridiculous to only allow customers with debit/credit cards to shop!!! I will definitely be contacting corporate to make then aware of the business practices at this location!

It has an extra star for location. Why should I drive aways for a decent Kroger? Customer service is always horrible and customers have to get the employees to help in self checkout because they never pay attention. People eat the produce as they walk around and the pictures here look nothing like the disgusting place Im forced to shop at.

I brought products here to make dinner in the evening. Kroger was very clean but there was some trash that people threw in the floor. Staffs werent knowledgeable here than I expected since I asked them where they put meat and they send me a wrong section, theres must be a misunderstanding for me but I have good ears. Cashier lines were long and many of the registers were closed and when that happens the self check-in opens up and many crowds full-filled the check-in very soon. Also, If I did not include that the cashiers werent super nice here and some were extra unpredictable and unprefessional staff members. I never expected this from Kroger for me but I expect this Home Depot since the customer service is terrible, but from Kroger? No, not at all. This was disappointed for me. Lost 2 stars by a Kroger Fan.

Where do I start? Id rather drive to Fayetteville and shop at that location. This location is always understocked. The deli doesn’t follow basic food preparation guides that are company policy and management just doesnt care. The only area i can say is well stocked is the produce area. They need to greatly improve on this location and i dont mean by adding new signs. The lines are always long. Never seems clean when i go here and the carts and parking area is always a mess.

I feel like a victim of bait and switch when I was told by Instacart representtives that: If you order from the Kroger website and bypass the Instacart App, if your delivery is undelivered then Instacart refers you to Kroger and can do absolutely nothing to help you in regards to a re-order, refund or compensation. What Instacart can do is offer you their service to contact the shopper / driver and ask that person to go back to the incorrect location they delivered your groceries to and attempt to retrieve them and hopefully bring the half bitten remnants, opened jar, back washed juices back to you. As a consumer it would make my conscience decision to use Instacart debatable if I knew that an undelivered shopping list is not the responsibility of the delivery company. I feel that Instacart and Kroger should partner to display a visible disclosure statement on both the retail website and the delivery website so that customers may make other arrangements to solve this issue. The Instacart representatives offer no empathy and made no attempt to keep me as a customer when I threatened to never use their services again. -- Thankfully I too am in the crucial role of customer care and I feel that Instacart can care less about their customers. After escalating to a manager I was told that nothing can be done and to just call Kroger and place a new order. After spending a few hours with Kroger customer service I was able to get a credit applied to the new order....HOWEVER Kroger does not apply the credit until after you have again entered your payment details? So I now have yet another $150.00 pending transaction on my bank account and just am hoping somehow it will miraculously be removed and the credit will be applied. I text messaged the newest Instacart shopper only to be rudely told that they will ask the cashier about the credit but its all they can do Well...there goes the crisp $20 I was going to give this unnamed shopper / deliverer just like that. I actually text them back displaying Im sorry to bother you just so I wont worry about them getting further upset for me asking a question. Instacart does not care and neither do their drivers. I will begin my rounds to let everyone else know about my HORRIBLE experience. Its no longer about me and my family. It is now about the potential families I can warn now so that it may never happen again. Thanks for your time. Sincereley, Vladimir L. Had a bad experience at the deli today, Friday. I was standing in line to wait to place my food order. A white couple walked up 5 mins after me stood in the next line. The gentleman at the deli overlooked me and waited on them. When I questioned it he said they was here 10 minutes ago first come first serve that was very unprofessional of him to do that if they were there he was supposedly saying sir Ill be right with you they just stepped out of line to go with handle some business or what not but instead he overlooked me then said they was here and life and show no compassion or apology about that to me that was very unprofessional for him to represent the Kroger company with that kind of attitude

When the pandemic began kroger stepped made serve things were properly sanitized. Store was always clean employees were helpful, etc. I went into the store today (7/29/20) and I was disappointed. I took pictures litter all over the floor upon entering. Litter inside the buggies. Went inside the store litter on the floor. I really wish I could post the pictures. I guess its not important to kroger any more. I am very disappointed in this Kroger store.

My experience was very good I was able to get in and out quickly. The excellent customer service by Julia who took me even after her line was closed. I didnt get five stars because the entryway could have been just a little more tidier but my overall experience was good keep up the good work.

Overall this is a good store. I’ve shopped here a few times. I informed the supervisor about the stop signs no longer being visible. A car almost hit me. The problem was corrected almost immediately. The whole plaza was paved. Closed mouths don’t get fed.

Usually this is my go to store but today was absolutely horrible! They refused to accept my WIC vouchers because my daughters number wasnt on there even though I told the gentleman its because theyre doing everything by mail now. The supervisor didnt apologize or anything and just dismissed me without a second even though they accepted my same WIC vouchers last week.

Im usually able to get in and out of this Kroger due to the self checkout lanes. The associates are almost always very helpful and knowledgeable of were items are when I inquire. Sometimes parking can be and issue with so many other establishments at this location.

Usually out of quite a few things but the line moves quickly in the u scan section. They have a deli and bakery which is nice. The produce section is just okay, fresh food but not a lot of variety. Meat section leaves a lot to be desired.

The customer service counter always have a line with more than ten people waiting with only one person servicing as the line gets longer and longer. I asked the store manager one time about getting someone to help. He said there was not enough people in line to have another worker to help. I have been in Krogers in the area where the customer are white yes I said white. And there was about 4 people in line and there was two workers. The management need to change so the customers at the service counter can be helped in a timely manner.

As a person who deals with customer service on a daily basis: I always make sure that when Im talking to a cashier or someone servicing me that I have a certain level of respect and kindness because their day is hard. However I had the worst service from the self-checkout woman named Phoebe she was an older black lady who was absolutely rude to me so rude in fact that I was late for an appointment and waited 30 minutes to speak to a manager about her. Do something with her quickly because not everyone will be as kind and courteous as I was to her.

Long lines no matter the time of day, the employees must park in front of the store because there are never any parking spaces, no carts are ever in the store, the customer service reps are rude and unprofessional, this store is just trash. The pharmacy tech never informed me that they had to order my medication and when it was scheduled to arrive they told me I had to wait two more days because it didnt arrive. Ridiculous!! I have drive out of my way to the Lovejoy Kroger and I live 5 minutes from this store just to get decent service. Management need to hire different staff and implement the rule that workers need to park away from the door!

I was recently shopping at this Kroger on highway 85. I only went in to grab a few items for dinner. While I was in the check out line there was an elderly woman in front of me checking out. I did not see their initial engagement, because I was busy putting my items on the belt. All I heard the cashier say is Oh, so you want me to put your money in YOUR hand? The customer replied you dont want to touch me? The cashier (by the way, her name is Dee) responded by giving her the money and telling her to have a good day (in a very sarcastic tone). Once it was my turn to check out, there was another employee (female security guard) and they started talking amongst each other (ABOUT THE ELDERLY WOMAN). I would have sworn that I had on a invisible cloak. To make matters WORSE, the manager (Octavia) was walking towards our direction and saw that something was going on.When Octavia asked what the matter was, Dee was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE to tell Octavia what was going on and Octavia just walked off and said NOTHING. I then walked over to Octavia to address the situation and I explained to her how I was uncomfortable in the situation. I tell you no lie, Octavia, literally just stared at me (like a deer in headlights) and her reply was okay, thank you). Now I manage about 45-50 employees myself, and I understand that you may have a few bruised apples in the bunch. However, as a customer, if I tell you that I feel uncomfortable; it is your job to rectify that. I do not blame Dee, I blame management, because a situation was brought to your attention (and Im sure this is not the first) and I couldnt even get an apology. I will NOT be returning to this particular location, because I cant deal with that type of behavior.

The cashiers in my opinion are rude and hostile. They refused to take coupons that were permitted with my purchase. I am not an extreme couponer and was not trying to trick them or scam them by giving them my coupons. I am simply a person who happens to match store deals with my coupons to try and save a dollar. These women act offended as if I am trying to steal from the store! As if they will lose profit by my coupling skills! They need to be more respectful and at least scan a damn coupon before they reject it for a made up excuse! Obviously if the register wont take it then I understand it wont go through! One of the cashiers kept changing her coupon policy as she reject one for it being printed another for it being doubled when my coupon was a coupon I could double! They are just stupid, ghetto, and straight disrespectful!!

I shop at Kroger twice a week almost because everyones friendly and I save money since my husband is an employee for the distribution center. This morning, I go for my usual shopping and I go to check out with the store manager. He wasnt friendly at all. Never smiled, never said hello. Then he gets upset because I cant find my rewards card so he puts in a card for me. I ask could I use mine after I found it (since my husband is an employee). He sighs loudly and says Maam Ill have to restart the entire transaction. I only had 13 items. AND HE CHARGED ME TWICE FOR AN ITEM. I was so angry and just ready to go...and this is the store manager. The employees have a better attitude than him

I dont get my gas from here any more. I use to love getting my points so I can save on gas but after I was treated with disrespect by a lady name Daniel, I go to the Walmart gas station or QT. Most of my experience in the store is good. The lady at the self check out, with the over size wig has poor customer service in my opinion. If you reach out to corporate they act like they dont care but who am I, just a customer.

I promise myself I would never come to this location but had to on the way home. Lets keep it real the staff here all should be replace like asap. No customer service rude and never dont want to help no one. You walk by and they dont even bother acknowledging you. But they will have a full convo with each other about who slept with how and their night was. Great job krogers. As far as food they have want youre looking for. So if you want horrible service this is the place for you.
