So this location is very unappualjectly very small with tight areas for large vehicles an prooly placed cement post. And very greedy trying to give a supposed good deal an really only try to make the most without concern of everyones actual needs a space for all things the storage bulingings are the only respectable places an thongs that look like they could work for anyone!

So far so good...Setup online with 2 great discounts available: 20% off or FMF. They honestly made the whole transaction smooth from the contactless pay, to the lock being already in the storage, to providing the gate access code so I never had to step foot inside. Facility is clean and luckily my unit is right in front of a light so its well lit.As long as they keep this up, it will be all stars from me. 👍🏾

PRICES ARE GOUGING black people/poor people lost in the covid in urban, poor, neighborhoods hurt by Covid19.Went up SKY HIGH with storage fees in the middle of a Pandemic when its difficult/expensive, people out of work halfway cant move.Manager never called me back.

Update February: I got my refund for the lock! It took me talking to someone at the unit when I checked out and then a follow up email, but I got it back! He sent a very nice email and I received the credit shortly after.December post: First, something went wrong at corporate, I was going to check into my unit online before I headed to it and it didn’t recognize my confirmation number. Called the store and customer service and neither could find my day old reservation, so I had to make a new one then get checked in. Then, after they said, “it’s only $24 at check in”... lies! Expect to pay more! I got charged the 24, plus a lock (which I had already told them I had a cubesmart lock already from a friend... still working on getting my money back for that), plus insurance [even though there is a button saying call your facility and see what other options there are aside their insurance.. Nope, made me pay the insurance], plus tax. I ended up spending $55 at check in... Then, I couldn’t find the lock I am supposed to return for my money in the unit... went to go talk to them and no one was in the office, walked around and looked around but didn’t see anyone... I had a flight to catch so I had to leave... (again, still working on getting no my money back for a lock I didn’t use or see... but they think I locked it in my unit)... plus, some of the ceiling is falling in in my unit. I assume it’s just insulation, but it looks trashy.I’m disappointed because the first time I booked through these guys, the ladies were super nice and everything was going smoothly... this time (not to the fault of the ladies, I’m sure... probably just following policy...)So, it was not a smooth process, I spent way more than was planning on and still need to, at least, get my money back for the lock I didn’t use (but they are making me wait until I can get back to my unit [I’m on the other side of the country] to see if I locked their lock in there...)

Good and fair experience. Easy and simple. Reserved online and completed the process in person after viewing my unit. Brooklyn was nice and had excellent customer service.

I like them. It was contactless/online/make code for gate/ pay/ go in do what you have to do. Very good.

Very nice facility. They offer climate control storage, code entry and they have cameras. The staff is very helpful and understanding as well. Communication is amazing with the staff. They also offer storage for your vehicle. If your looking for a friendly secure place to store your personal belongings this is it. Great pricing and storage space to fit up to a 5 bedroom home.

2ND EDIT: This place is a joke. They asked me to to reach out in the comment section and I did.. TWICE. I have yet to have someone respond to me. How in the heck are these people known for their customer service when they don’t follow up on the ish THEY said. Smh. I will never use this establishment again nor would I recommend them to ANYONE. They say #1 in customer service. YEAH RIGHT. I wish I could give them 0 stars.I’ve rented space from this location for about 1 year. The property is well kept and neat, The problem I have is with the staff. This company was StoreSmart when I rented and somewhere in between they fired the staff I was accustomed to seeing and they turned into cube smart. There was NO email or phone call telling me that the company was changing hands. How unprofessional. Now today I go to make my last payment, when I walk inside (the door was unlocked), I waited for a young lady to come downstairs to help me. Apparently the door was left unlocked by mistake (no fault of mine) and she comes down with an attitude and tells me she can’t take my payment in person and I would have to call and make a payment over the phone. I asked her why, she says because she is not on the clock right now. Talk about customer service! I informed her that I can’t pay over the phone because I don’t know my storage locker # by heart. I also informed her that this would be my last mth there and I need to make a payment because my payment is late and I’m unable to access the gate. She proceeded to call someone and eventually took my payment. I understand we are in covid times, and I wore my mask upon entering. I also understand that my presence was unexpected due to the door not being locked. What I don’t understand is the lack of customer service to a customer who has never missed a payment. Have I made late payments yes. But I have never missed a single one. Today is the 17th and I did not use the locker for the remainder of the month I am hoping to receive word from someone regarding a credit. If you don’t care about customer service I recommend this place, as it’s clean and well kept. Other than that. Go elsewhere.

I need to contact their office to inquire about the free months rent they sold me on & I have a bill statement for December. I just paid almost a months rent here in November, just to store my belongings...Where is the free month???

Janet and Quiritesia were SO HELPFUL and accommodating to our needs, even when we were complicated and inefficient. Really grateful for their help and genuine service towards us as customers.

After a 6 year relationship it all came to an end about two months ago. I was out looking for a safe and secure place to store all of my belongings. I had to pick up the pieces after the break up which was long and hard. I found this beautiful well kept facility, off of Riverdale Rd. the property sits off to itself very clean manicured and it’s bright in color (purple) my favorite can’t miss it. The color alone brightened up my spirit. I go inside and the employees were professional and courteous might I add. So they sold me on the idea of storing to make a long story short. So let’s just fast forward to the day of my move the movers broke my brand new Samsung washer and dryer and on top of this I’m out of work with a shoulder issue and had to move in with a friend temporarily and my jewelry box was lost in transition what else could go wrong during the move. Lord have mercy! A total of two days after the move I received a call from the employees of store-smart they told me some good news! They found my jewelry box said there was an old gas bill of on the inside that had my personal information on it which I believe all things happen for a reason anyway two of the legs were broken but, I could live with that and I opened it up and all of my sentimental things were still safe and sound. Just imagine the thoughts and praying I did. I shared this story with another resident that said she even saw the Jewelry box and kept driving to her unit basically minding her own business. We need more companies like this one. My recommendation is to get (Smart and STORE your things today. Honest, genuine, friendly clean and trustworthy.Thank you!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ms. I-96

When I rented my storage unit nobody took off the lock. Had to keep rental truck for another day with a whole load overnight cause I couldnt get in.

Been using the storage facility for 4 years...seems safe...staff is helpful ... on our last visit we found a number of flying & dead bugs....the prices seem to go up every yr !!

Not reccomended. They want 30 day notice and they WILL charge you THE WHOLE MONTH for just one day. There is no pro rate, no grace period (you lose access on the 2 day) late fee and overlock on the 5th. its too many other places to rent from to be bothered with their mess.
