Fossie is among the worst managers possible. Literally cost my company 80 minutes and made seven crucial mistakes. I am not exaggerating the numbers. It couldve been made worse if I really laid in to this guy. Truly worthless employee
So I’ve been waiting for weeks for them to refund me my money, on the mileage that I didn’t use. I paid for a truck before from a different location. They tried to get over on the amount paid. Make sure you take pics of your beginning and ending mileage. When I called several times they told me “It depends on my bank”. Other than that this location was perfect for truck rental. I’d say book with cash instead that way you know you will get your money back right away.

A bad servant I dont know I recommend going there so wait a long time for me they told me to wait 2 hours to fill some gas tanks and in the morning at the end I closed the business and did not fill the tanks and left the next day I went to another place better to put people that if they wanted to work there, the workers just kept talking and I told them to fill the tanks, the only thing they told me, talk to the morning there, no more lazy people
Do not use this uhaul location. The manager call me 20 before my reservations (12pm-6pm) was due for pickup and push my time back and told me I can drop it off at 8pm due to the inconvenience the next day I chexk my account theyve charged my a late fee once I talk to the GM about it, all he can say is yea I remember talking to him but since the representative circled the late fee charge on my paperwork their nun he can do about it. So I advise everyone to try another location
Enrique is the one to talk to when you come to this location. He was very helpful. He was willing to help pack the storage just to help save money from having to buy another storage. He was also asked to step away to take care of other customers but he found time to come back and help each time we needed him. He was polite and most of all knowledgeable. I recommend this location.
Do not do business with them,they are a rip off. They double charged me a fuel fee, after I already filled the truck. If you do do business with them take pics of everything. They are shady.
I am currently leaving this U Haul faculty. The customer service was terrible. The people were rude and over-talking me and gave me nothing but attitude! It was a lady! I do not recommend anyone coming here EVER! This place was terrible!!!!! 0 stars !!!! Never go here! 07/26 @3:12pm !!!! I took my license back and left! This was the worse experience Ive ever encountered in my life !!!! She was talking like she had no common sense and I was about to ask for the manager ! I’m calling the manager in the morning, I had a emergency and really needed the U-Haul to pick up some material & now I’m not going to get it because the lady was extremely RUDE!!! And she kept moving her hand like I was Taking too long to respond & then she was like “HELLO”! This is unacceptable !!
Imagine, we are facing a crisis in America [pandemic] & U-Haul does not care about their customers. However, I have been with the Riverdale Uhaul for closer to four (4) years and asked the manager to please waive my late fees because I am NOT working + not on unemployment etc... Instead, Fuzzy [refused] to honor my request + added a lean fee to my account not taking into consideration that if your customer(s) cannot afford the late fees why bother to ADD a lean fee- height of wickedness. Which is clearly showing [Us] as the people to take our businesses elsewhere [black businesses we should ONLY support period]...At this point in time they want me to come up with hundreds extra to clear my account out of lean-auction status [heartless]. On numerous occasions I told the manager [Fuzzy] that I am able to pay without the fees, but he stuck to his word not taking into consideration that I have been with them for closer to four (4) years and this NEVER occurred before and it is because of my work status etc....We have to do better as The People [WITHOUT US THEY DONT HAVE NO BUSINESSES PERIOD]...LET US ONLY SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES STARTING NOW..... UHAUL IS WHITE OWNED; HENCE, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CARE ABOUT US PERIOD-... TAKE A STAND!.... I WISH I COULD RATE ZERO STAR-..Sheerice M
I rented a unit from October 2018 to April 2019 and rented a truck 2 times; every time I dropped in Shanika J. and her team was awesome and entertaining while we waited. Great job!!
Do not service this location. Asst. Manager - Lakeisha is very rude and not customer service oriented. Spoke in a negative manner by laughing, and snickering on the phone while in the process of attempting to respond to concern. Location did not process my return thoroughly. Someone tried to keep my deposit. Corporate needs to come in and clean house.

I have a trouble issue with them about a week agoI came up there to try to get help !I had already experienced a bad experience at the other U-Haul place on 138 maybe a half a mile from them..I need it help right away and the Caucasian guy that was in there because he could not get a sale he ignored me and started talking to the lady behind meI had already paid for a Lyft to go to the other locationI pulled up and look like I saw a zombie they were just sitting in the truck looking like theyre drunk know they were high U-Haul needs to make some changes I said I was not going to report this but I am I will warn everybody if you are going to go to U-Hauls make sure that you check first before you dropping them there cuz it cost me twenty bucks
Rented this to move for 2 days. Well worth it. Enough space and easy to drive
Reserved a truck with these people for 6 hours and was a few minutes late so they told me they gave away my truck as if they didn’t have anymore. After a lot of blank stares they actually had a truck... After driving off I realized I didn’t have all the things I ordered to be in the truck and had to return to get them but still no problem. Brought the truck back and noticed they were closed so I was instructed to put the key in the drop box, 3 days later I was charged for another, customer service said I returned the truck the following day after 1pm, would I need a drop box if I drop the truck off during business hours... obviously a lie but they corrected the issue. A WEEK LATER they tried to bill me again for 2 days... seriously? When I called they told me I went over my mileage even though they factored that in already but almost $100? I drove 3 miles over because THEY didn’t give me everything I ordered. Sad but I will look elsewhere for a truck on my next move.
We used them to move and it was very cheap. I recommend them
If I could give a lower score, I would. Shanika’s attitude is flat out terrible. She talks about any and everything in front of customers and talks to them any kind of way. Ms. Bekki is the best person here!

Went 15 min after it opened and the line was long. They only had one person working behind the desk. It was ridiculous!. I reserved my storage online and still had to wait in line. U would think they would have more than one person assisting customers. Annoyed customer

Opened my storage unit to find a roach crawling through my stuff. I should have know when I saw one crawling around the outside entrance to the storage facility. I was only told they would bomb to help the situation. Now I have to get everything cleaned. They have horrible customer service so I will never use them again.

Staff at this Uhaul Location is VERY Rude. Told my partner to his face he was a very rude customertried to charge us for not folding blankets. The attendant refused to let us sign our return paperwork stating the blankets hadnt been folded. Upon further research, Uhaul, in fact,does not require customers to do so. In fact, we believe they didnt want to do the work so tried to make us do it. What should have been a simple return after a long grueling move from another city, turned into a fiasco. We were treated like second class citizens. We were called out of name, and this is completely unacceptable. We will never do business with Uhaul again. Treatment like this from a Huge Nationwide company is not how we expected them to do business. Furthermore, Uhaul corporate refused to address the issue with us either. As a long time repeat Uhaul customer, I was shocked at the lack of customer service and respect from this location.
