Just wanted to share in case anyone is looking for a storage facility. The Space Shop Self Storage in Riverdale, GA is great! Beyond the facility itself, I had the pleasure of speaking with one of their phenomenal employees, Eric! When I say he treated me with exceptional customer service and took the time to answer all of my questions (of which I had a lot) he never wavered in the time and attention that he provided me. All to often, a company can be awesome but it starts with the employees first especially in a Customer facing service. Space Shop if there is an award for Employee of the Month, I must say Eric should receive it hands down. If you can see this Eric, thanks again for all your assistance, knowledge and professional service; I truly appreciate it!!!

Hello. I have been a tenant here at Space Shop Storage since July of 2020. From day one Lexi took good care of me(every staff member always speak and very friendly). My situation was that I needed more than eight 12x30 units, and she made it available for me. Since Ive been here, it always has been clean, quiet, and safe. The units are well kept. No broken doors, no broken latches, no smell and the lighting is okay. I would know because now I have 10 units and all of them are in great condition. A lot of times I am here late because I work from the unit and I feel comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend Space Shop Self Storage.

We just moved to the area and needed a storage unit. I called two other storage places in the area and it seemed like the staff didn’t have the information that i needed. Thank goodness for Eric at space shop in riverdale. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would be sure to recommend this company and Eric toOthers. This location is by far one of the best. The property is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I always refer family and friends to this property. They have lots of cameras so I definitely feel secure in knowing my belongings are safe. If you need a storage unit, this location is it.

I was looking for a reasonable fee and accomdating space for my office furniture. They were also prompt in responding, friendly, and thoughtful. Tatiana and Eric were both a pleasure to work with.

Tatyana showed me great manners. She also showed me a easier way around the storage, so I can get to my storage unit without a problem.

Very nice facility! The facility and grounds were clean and well kept. The property manager, Lexi Nieves, took care of me and Twas very polite, personable and efficient! As we were going over the rental contract for the storage unit, explained everything in detail and had the few questions I had answered before I had a chance to ask!I would definitely recommend Space Shop! My experience at this location is by far the best customer service I have ever received in my lifetime from any company/organization! The very moment I walked in, I was greeted with an extremely friendly smile by the manager. Check-in process was a breeze! I had some very friendly (and hilarious and joyous) conversations with the staff at this location. I honestly felt like I was at home with these people. It almost felt as if they were family. Quite honestly, I walked into this location after a not-so-good day and the manager instantly turned my day around and another employee named Alexis had made me so happy. These are some people who you certainly want to meet, whether or not youre doing business with them. Not to mention these are absolutely the cheapest prices in the area for any size storage units! Very clean and organized.

One of the best storage place!!Once you get there the area is clean and well maintained. Wasnt any trash on the ground.The office area is, again, clean and well maintained. The people who work in the office are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. They arent very pushy either. A nice relaxing atmosphere. I recommend all my family and friend who need a storage place here!! Love this place.

Even though I did not proceed with moving into the unit, the staff and management were great communicating with me and providing me with alternate solutions. The staff members I dealt with were Lexi and Spencer. They called me back when they said they would and processed my transaction efficiently causing no inconvenience to me. The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The units are clean and easily accessible. I looked at several other facilities in the area and The Space Shop stands tall against the competition. Their rental rates are also very reasonable!!! Especially for climate controlled units.I have been very pleased with my experience.

I had no issues with this storage unit facility other than they have no trash cans on the location. Pricing seemed fair and it was always clean,even though there were no trash bins for the patrons

I have never had such a smooth and clear storage rental. The manager not only got us in and out, she made sure that we were happy with our rental. Everything was explained in clear English and we didnt feel like we spent too much money when we left. I am beyond grateful. When this was Neighborhood Storage they were great people. Friendly and helpful. Our nation is going through a crisis right now. I freelance and have lost two jobs because of the virus crisis. My wife has been laid off for the last few weeks because of it. We were trying to work something out with these folks to pay when we start working again. A lot of companies are doing this. Space Shop doesnt seem to realize this country is going through a crisis. Not will to help at all. I know its within their rights, but Neighborhood storage would never have been this cold to their customers.

I have had this storage unit for 18 months. In that time frame I have had good report with the employees of this establishment. They gave me reminders via email and phone calls to avoid fees. I had moved to NY on a temporary basis and it turned to being permanent.Upon opening my storage unit, everything was the way I left it. This store is not community friendly, since they purchased this company, the trees on the property in the back are dying, no mulch around the trees, the lot in the back is full of trash the lot is not cut, the land service is terrible and don’t edge or pick up the move Over the trash, and we as a community picking up there trash on the back lot, the clerk said they reach out to management and code Enforcement, we will not refer this company to anyone in our Community as of 2019.

I used this service for over a year moving from out of state to GA. The service was very good and the office workers were very nice and professional. I was also given 10% discount for being a Veteran of the military . I would recommend this storage to everyone and the security for your property is well secured .

Youll be better off leaving your stuff in a cardboard box on the curve. .. in the rain...gates never work properly. .. security cameras never work... the staff never walk the property to check for any wrong doings... they answer the phone when they feel like it. .. they are only there for two things 1. A 2. CHECK breaks in area norm... dont do it. ..

The rate increases are excessive plus the staff isnt willing to work with me on the payments of these increases the owner is refusing to talk with customer nor are they willing to work with me due to issues with other tenants I have never had any issues with my bill and now i am being treated as if Im not a customer I wouldnt recoment spending your hard earned money here because this business is not about supporting their customers needs they just take ur money and tell u to go f*** your self up the A** with no lubricant years of payments and the first issue I have and this is how Im treated if anyone has any further complaints contact the better business bureau or city hall down town Atlanta with melanie she works on this district.
