First off, theyre highly customer oriented. Any question I had they were able to answer it diligently. There was some minor, very minor, issues on communication but honestly, thats the only reason I didnt put 4 stars. Truly exceptional.What I will say is the manager was able to upsell me on a membership. Dont regret it. Thats pure salesmanship on his part and I was able to get a new PS4 controller, 10K points on my card and discounts for my next purchase. So all in all, great store for your gaming needs.

The store was small, and there was not a whole lot of selection. The information TV was turned down way too low, and me being the only customer inside the store I couldnt hear what was new and upcoming. The associate was acting wierd and was talking to herself like she had schizophrenia (I understand that people with mental illness are employed. Im only making a comparison.) I also was not helped very well. I was not asked what I was looking for, and when I did buy something I had to present my pro card. I wasnt asked for my number or pro card. Poor experience.

This location seems to open and close whenever they want. For example, they are supposed to open at noon today, yet there is a note on their door saying they will open after 2:30pm. This is not the first time they have done this. I do not understand how unseen circumstances to close can happen literally all the time. Need better store associates also. Being friendly wont kill you I promise.

Pretty good place in a small town for video game stuff. Especally when they started there layaway program for christmas. I would have given it more stars but when I was there not that long ago and couldnt find a used item, not really there fault but it just sucked cause they got a lot other stuff. I wished they traded better for used stuff in a small town.

I went in to trade my Xbox One for store credit and the gentleman that was helping me was new but overall friendly. On the other hand, the lady who I believe was the manager who was there with him was completely condescending and unprofessional to him and was doing nothing but downgrading him and talking to him like he was stupid.

When I go to shop somewhere I want to do it myself, not be followed around and asked 12 times if I need any help. I realize its their job but Im way less likely to buy because of this. Ill stick with amazon.
