I went in on August 24th and ordered a brand new iPhone SE. I gave the representative my debit card and he told me the phone would be delivered on the 30th or 31st of August. I have not received the phone yet and after looking at my verizon account and going through countless emails looking for order confirmations, it turns out that they never even ordered or delivered my phone. If you were to go back through the security camera footage, you would most likely see myself clear as day handing the store associate my card. Luckily they didnt charge me but wasted a lot of my time and efforts trying to buy a new phone. Will never come here again and I dont recommend this store to anyone else.
Purchased a new phone today. The staff at the Riverton location was great. They listened to my needs and helped me narrow down my choices. The customer service was excellent, even when I came back later to return the new case for my phone that did not work for me. I would not hesitate to come back again.

My phone recently cracked have had same one for 6 years. went to store and decided to upgrade phone to iphone 12 pro max. Sales guy inside said that phone would arrive by Thursday of the following week. I have now learned that it will not arrive till July 20 a full 17 days from when I ordered it and a full 12 days from when I was promised phone. I was lied to by someone wanting the commission and that did not care about my phone issues. I use my phone for work and now am left with a phone that does not work at all. I also spent about 6 hours on phone with verizon trying to resolve issues. been with company for years but maybe a good time to start looking elsewhere for service.
I’ve been standing here for 15 min and even have time to write this review and have had not a single representative acknowledge me. There are only 3 customers here and 3 representatives…they’re heavy into their upsells and not even paying attention to anyone else. I get that it takes a long time to go to the phone store but customer service is lacking right now. I just need to know if there is an iPad Pro in stock to buy geez. Now it’s been :20 min by the time I finished my review and nothing still.
Went in today with my mom to buy her a phone, and the customer service was excellent. Lexi went above and beyond to help my mom. Lexi is super knowledgeable and shared the many options available to my mom and she was so patient with us! She spent a long time with us and was very courteous the whole time. I hope Verizon realizes how lucky they are to have such a helpful, sharp employee.
I went in late to the store just before closing, and rather than sending me away, Lexi helped me out to get my order finalized. Great customer service

I was helped quickly and efficiently, this location is far superior than the one in Jordan Landing, plus this location is open later, was perfect for me. Hours of frustration saved.
On Saturday we went to go buy a new phone and the service was amazing and Lexi was amazing at here job and went above and beyond on what she was doing
The people that helped us did a great job. Seemed to understand the issue my wife was having with her phone. Only issue is, her phone messages stopped working again shortly after we left. Is a new phone and probably has more to do with the phone rather then the service.

Great store, went to get a new phone and was in and out, fast service. Thomas is great! Had a small issue with my tempered glass protector not a big deal but they fixed it for me free of charge when I went back a few days later. Highly recommend this verizon store.
Great customer service! The building is nice and clean. The associates are very helpful and take the time to get you what you need. They have been very friendly, even when my phone was malfunctioning. They swapped it out and didnt hassle me.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are willing to go out of their way to help you and meet your needs. They do try to upsell you, but what place doesnt try to do that nowadays. also the staff was very friendly the atmosphere was very calm collect and put off a very modern vibe.
We had an amazing experience at Verizon!! We had to switch over a lot of phones and Taylor and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with. They helped us on every step to get set up and found the best offers to fit what we needed! I think I am a Verizon customer for life!!
Alex and Kelly helped us out a ton! They found me a plan that worked for my budget and for my business. They weren’t overly crowded and were very helpful. I would recommend this store over any of the other Verizon stores in the area. I tried several different stores before I found this one. All the others had a wait and didn’t seem like they were eager to help the way Alex and Kelly were.

This Verizon location allowed someone to purchase two iPads with device agreements on my account as well as upgrade one of our lines to the new iPhone which disconnected the real phone linked to that line. Luckily we received an electronic receipt notification which is what alerted us to the fraudulent situation. It blows my mind that I.D. wasn’t checked for something like this. The store was extremely short with us and did not apologize when we called but luckily the Verizon fraud center was great to work with and was able to get everything blocked and reversed.
These guys are awesome. Best Verizon store Ive been to. Always willing to help and make our Verizon experience better.
I stopped in and picked up a couple of new devices. Kelly went above and beyond making the transition seamless. I would definitely recommend them.
My review is two-fold.1. I purchased, paid for, and got a receipt for a Zagg brand screen protector for my wifes phone in May 2019 but came to find out in July that it was not in fact a Zagg brand protector. So, thats a few demerits to start off.2. After running around dealing with this issue for two and a half hours I finally returned to this original location where I purchased the screen protector, related my terrible tale, and was promptly presented with a brand new Zagg brand screen protector (the one Id originally purchased) without any further issue. This is exactly what should have happened at the first location where I tried to resolve it, but they refused to help at all even though they could verify the receipt in their records. Thomas (the associate who finally replaced my wifes screen protector) was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. I hope that he doesnt get punished for the screen protector replacement, ideally that will fall onto whoever sold it to me (dont remember his name but Im sure its in their records), but Thomas has my thanks and applause.

Finally! A real verizon store in the south valley! Ive had several negative experiences with the reseller on 134th and Bangerter so Id have to drive to Draper to get real help. Glad to have this new store so close.The gentleman who helped me today was awesome. He got me taken care of quickly so I could get back to work before my lunch break finished.
The salesman either lied or didn’t know what he was talking about on several occasions. I prefer the location in Draper. If you go to this location, make sure you do all your research beforehand.
