The team here is amazing. Always makes customers feel comfortable from the start. Very very clean and organized. Even have a play area for your kids while you deal with adult stuff lol. Truly an amazing team. I drive 3 hours just to deal with them specifically and I will continue to do so.

Went in to transfer a line, and the system they use wasnt/had not been working. From there we tried the 800 number. We ended up on hold for almost two hours. The five stars isnt for Verizons buggy systems, but for Olivia. She happened to be the only employee in today. She had, at one point, four different customers in the store. Olivia efficiently took care of every customer, keeping everyone happy, and being so personable in a stressful situation. Way to go Olivia!

Service was fantastic, they where having trouble with one of one phones I was getting, finally figured it out. Only problem was when they call in to get help one of service members put us hold and never came back. But members in the store was Amazing. I was moving two lines, adding a line and upgrade a line. I cant said enough great things about the staff or the store. Wonderful.

I always have great service when I go to this Verizon store. They know how to help. The store is always very clean and well stocked. Cashiers are very pleased to help you with what ever you might need and if they dont know they do their best to find out how to help. I almost had someone hack my account and buy a phone and ship it out of state the people there knew just what to do to fix my problem and make it so it wont happen again. I wont shop anywhere else.
