I’m getting tired of the Covid hours. The store has hours that change more than the color of my hair. On Google it says 8:00, so change it. You either close at 1:00, or you close at 4:30 this is getting tiresome. Can you stick to the hours of Google? I love your store you make great drinks but this is ridiculous. This is what makes us all hate Covid and the fact of the stores Dont stick to their hours. Please change your hours if you’re going to close at four… Some of us do like drinks at seven or 8 PM. I am tired of the Covid hours.

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I really think this location needs coaching from higher ups. Took 20 min for a 16oz $4.25 Pink Drink

They are always extremely inconsistent with hours. I can go at 1pm on one day, but not the next. Their drinks are not consistent, half the time I order nitro cold brew it has ice, the other half it doesn’t. (Not supposed to have ice I don’t think)Honestly sucks because it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. But they’re not super nice here like at others and overall just disappointing.

Great Starbucks. My drink is always ready when I get there and use the mobile app to pre order. The staff is always friendly and greets me when I grab my drink.

Terrible service. Waited far too long and had actually go back up to the counter to remind them what I ordered so they could actually make them for me. There at least 5 employees just standing at the counter not helping chatting. Worst Starbucks service Ive ever had. Would not recommend.

Carmel crunch frappechino, grande, no coffee. That last part always gets them but they always get it right. It’s really just an expensive milk shake but SO yummy!! Worth every penny.

Friendly staff and quick service given the long line at drive. There were no issues with getting refills either, which has always been a sore point at Starbucks.

Four baristas standing. A pupicino was ordered while I was waiting for an order. You would have thought that the CEO of Karen’s requested that order, because the pupicino was made and ran to deliver…I was still waiting for regular coffee, black.

I personally never leave reviews but every time I go to this Starbucks location the service is terrible. I was pulling into the drive through line and a team member walked in front with a sign that says sorry were closed and told me they couldn’t take my order and was very rude to me. It says online they close at 8:30. Either keep your times up to date or post them somewhere else because this is ridiculous if I could honestly post a zero star report I would

This is my favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are always super nice. I have ordered the wrong thing or from the wrong location multiple times and they always fix it for me. Theyre also always wearing their masks properly which is a huge bonus for me.

Shylo was incredible amazing. It was very busy and she was there to help everyone, resolve issues so easy and recommended the best drink I have had. Rather than going to beans and brews a couple times a week I will be going here to get the shylo drink.

I got hot chocolate at this location. Literally came to me as steamed milk. Had them make it for me again. The first sip hinted at chocolate but it was again just steamed milk. Had my husband try both and he confirmed steamed milk. It didn’t even have the dark color of hot chocolate like normal Starbucks hot chocolate, at least from what I’m used to in Washington.

Avoid if you’re looking for something speedy before a work shift. 2 stars because I’m sure (at least hoping) the staff is trying their best, but we didn’t even make it to the window.. the drive thru isn’t even worth sitting in, after almost 10 mins of not moving we went over to beans and brews up the road who got us taken care of in a matter of minutes.

I waited almost 45 minutes with a massive line of cars to learn that they were closed. I was told by a friendly customer that probably waited longer than me to see a sign when he made it to the window.Next time please put the sign on the order area so people arent waiting a ridiculous amount of time to not get their coffee.

Worst Starbucks on the market.Every girl there doesn’t know how to manage anything. None are self starters and are up in there heads all day, every week I give it another try but they never get my mobile Order done in under 30 minutes.

So I got a bacon sandwich and the bacon looks raw... just wow . Drinks were wrong. The girl was very rude. Havent been here for awhile and unfortunately will not be back. Idk how to post the pic. I ate some of it and my son also did. This can make you very sick. My mother in-laws stomach was soooooo bad from eating raw bacon. How scary . Hope we dont get sick. And not to mention how long it took just to take the order.

I go to this Starbucks often and the line is ALWAYS long but they go through it pretty quick. Robin is the best and is always so helpful even with complicated orders! And they always give my pup his puppachino!!

We waited in the drive thru line for nothing, they did not have anything we ordered No Caramel Brulee late, no bacon & gouda sandwich, no tomato & basil panini.Very bad management. This is not the first time but will be the last.

3 baristas doing a fine job. Went in for a freebie...birthday drink...and left with happy birthday from 2. Though out of town from the east coast, when here I always try to drop in and enjoy a cup of joe, since Ive always had a pleasant experience!

I love Starbucks. But this Starbucks puts whipped cream on my coconut milk drinks. Most places ask if I want the whipped cream once I order with the coconut milk and which is so nice! It is a pain to have to remember - which I dont! - to say no whipped cream. It is a sad lactose intolerant day for me.

Need faster staff. Also Starbucks got read of their white tea and thats my favorite :(

Robin is the best!!! I literally cant even think about visiting another location unless Im forced and often times I am only my dissatisfaction... Even at 5:30 am she is pleasant and slaying the customer service. Drinks taste better here too they care and you can taste the love! Thanks again for being amazing Robin!

I go here frequently and get the same thing every time. The staff is not properly trained to make a basic drink on their menu and it is wrong about half of the time. Please train your staff to properly make a London Fog.

Drive through is crowded sometimes. Otherwise, pretty usual for a Starbucks.

Drive thru is always about at least a half hour wait. Otherwise good service, food & drinks.

Been here for years, for the most part good but whoever the 6+ people working there this morning are so incompetent. I placed a mobile order in store and the workers expect me to read their minds that my order was ready. After 5 plus customers came and left, not ONE person asked me if I was waiting on anything. After I had asked, one said oh yeah your order is here. I guess they wait for you to ask. Not sure if management changed but today was annoying.

Drive through is always packed. They need a second location with a drive through. Always at least a 20 minute wait or longer. On a positive note staff is always nice

Had my order placed within a minute of walking inside. Waited 20-25 minutes to get my order...and it was WRONG. I ordered a mocha which tasted like Swiss Miss instant cocoa...they forgot to add the espresso.(I had even asked for an extra shot.). Couldn’t go back to get it corrected because we had a funeral to attend and at that point, knew we were behind schedule. Wasted so much time waiting, my daughter didn’t have time to get ready properly. I ended up throwing my drink down the drain. Poor service. Substandard product.

This starbucks is the closest to my home...I have been disappointed in my last 4 visits. The girls in the drive through are not polite. And when you ask for a napkin for food or a straw (i get the whole going strawless thing) forget about it! I spill alot so Id like a staw please and thank you. Enough with the eye rolls.

I always go to Starbucks so I thought that I would rate it. I ordered a pink drink and it was good but it tasted different. But other than that it was good.

Ive never ever had a good experience at this location. You wait in line for 20 minutes for 1 drink and then theyre mean. They dont speak, they just put there hand out for your card. They wont look at you. John, I believe thats what his name is, he was a jerk.

I love this Starbucks! Ive been a lot, just recently I went with a group of friends and it was really good! The staff is very nice and hard workers! The frappe I got was delicious I loved it!

This is one of my go-to locations. They are always very quick, friendly, and helpful. My app wasnt working one time and the worker made sure I got my deal I was there for. Very sweet and it made my day. Thanks for always keeping the store clean and providing excellent service!

I definitely wont be returning here. I came in for two drinks and wanted to load $12 from my card onto my app, but they were having problems so i ended up just paying and left. Turns out they charged my card 4 times, even when i said i ONLY HAD $12, so they put my account in the negative which means i have an overdraft fee to pay off. Two phone calls and an extra trip back and all I was told is that they wont help me until all of the transactions pend all the way through, which puts me in a bind because now i cant use my card for anything, and i still have extra money i need to pay back to my bank because of their mistake.

Staff are super friendly and its a decent place to study or work! Only real downside is the format of the plaza doesnt reflect the volume of traffic through this location, so parking or hitting the drive through is tough during busy hours.

Every time I come here; the coffee tastes fresh. They also get you through quickly even when theyre busy.

I love Starbucks. This location has the best customer service experience by far. The employees are my friends. I love hanging out for a bit, catching up and enjoying a high quality drink. The remodel is nice too and its a comfortable store!

The parking lot situation is the only reason they are not getting 5 stars. I know they have little control over that at this point, but getting in line here is a pain in the arse. Otherwise the people are friendly and the products are great!

Love the Carmel Frappuccino, but whatever you do DO NOT order extra Carmel drizzle they are jack*sses when you order extra.

Great place for a quick bite and some coffee or tea. They dont have a tip line on the receipt and actually asked if you would like a receipt which is awesome.

Very friendly staff that truly try to make sure you have a great and yummy Starbucks experience. Try any drink here and if you don’t like it, they will make something that you you do like. If you try a sandwich and it’s not good, then let them know and they will make it right. I enjoy using the Starbucks app and earn free drinks. This place is also a great place to gather and even hang out a while as the inside is quite inviting and casually comfortable.

This drive thru design is terrible unfortunately, it’s always madness backed into the tiny parking lot & they really need to move locations. Maybe Mountain View village?Second, the drive thru service has slowed SO much lately. I’m not sure why, but it’s so bad now I drive to the Starbucks near the district (a couple minutes farther for me) because I am confident it will be faster getting coffee & back home even thought this is technically my neighborhood Starbucks.

The Starbucks business model is amazing. Great products, happy employees and they are one of the best branded companies in the world. This location is very close to home and although I dont drink coffee, I love their refreshers and green tea. I always leave here feeling better and happier. I am looking forward to the yogurt being released.

The service here is terrible! There were three cars in front of me this morning at 6:30 and I was in line for 17 minutes & when I got to the window, my drink still was not ready. Its called a drive-thru for a reason. This happened yesterday too.I will definitely be sticking with beans and brews.EDIT: MOBILE ORDER IS THE WAY TO GO

Starbucks coffee has gone downhill. Most locations burn their beans or over roast them. I used to go to this location all the time, but since they redesigned it, I dont. Its no longer comfortable. Its more like an office cafeteria than anything anymore. People go to coffee shops to hang out, be comfortable and enjoy. You just cant do that here anymore. Ive found other places that are more comfortable.

Purchased a gift card with a high price tag onlyTo find that Starbucks won’t offer rewards points for spending the money. What a great way to discourage consumership and tell customers “screw you” and “we don’t care”.

My hot chocolate was really watery and not worth the price at all. I actually felt ripped off because of it.

Just spent 23$ and all four drinks were wrong. The employees were rude and it was the most disappointing Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

The service here is pretty good. The only downside is that the service is so good that the drive thru can get a little busy during peak times. When it does, you can sometimes be in line longer than you want to. If theres more than 4 cars in the drive thru, you might just find it faster to get your order inside.

I don’t understand why this Starbucks is so different compared to the others. Every single time i go here my drink is just gross. I just spent another $5 and i tossed the drink because it almost taste like is just burnt. Frustrating

I don’t know why an employee was acting like she has never seen a Hispanic man speaking Spanish. The girl could not stop staring at me. Made me feel uncomfortable and took every bit inside of me to keep to myself and not say anything to her. Some people just act like they have never seen a person of colorin their life.

No one said anything to me when I came in they just looked at me, took awhile to get my kids hot chocolate as well! Register worker was really nice !

This is my favorite Starbucks location hands-down. Granted it is the closest one but I travel for work and have been to many different locations. The barista‘s are always very friendly and thorough with my order. I have never had to return anything I’ve ordered and I love using the to go app to make the process even smoother.

Delicious hot drinks, coffee is not my thing, but they have a huge variety of different alternatives to coffee to try. They always have seasonal beverages that are worth to try.

The staff here are nice people but it doesnt matter if they dont know how to make coffee right. I gave them two chances on two different occasions to make two completely separate Frappuccinos correctly and both of them were completely horrible and I couldnt even drink them... no other locations make drinks that taste like theirs.... And yes they will replace it if you take it back in but why would I want them to remake a drink that they cant make correctly in the first place? Plus I was picking up my coffee while I was on my way somewhere both times and I couldnt be late. I am willing to drive to a different location rather than go here ever again...
