The girls working there were super nice! My coffee was made quickly. Convenient location as well, but a bit pricey. Regardless, coffee was super delicious. you can’t go wrong with an iced latte

Today (10-25-21 @ 8:35am) I went to grab coffee. I was the second car in line. A barista came out the back door to ask for my order (which I absolutely loathe because of this reason) she was polite & friendly. I gave her my order & expected to be paying for it soon.Nope! I waited second in line for 12 MINS!!By this time there is probably seven other cars behind me, & were not going anywhere. Finally the vehicle in front of me gets handed ONE drink & I was up to pay. OF COURSE MY HOT DRINK WAS LUKE WARM & $7.00.I absolutely HATE waiting forever in lines, but most of all, having someone make my coffee 15mins prior to sit & get cold.This was an epic failure, & they got rid of their award system anyways, so I think Im good on not coming here anymore. 🙄

There is a reason I seek out the local shops and avoid the chains and this shop proves that strategy worthwhile many times over. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have never been disappointed and the staff is always great. The options and creations are wonderful and the plain old fashion latte is the best I’ve found in all of Utah.

My 2 favorites to order are The Bob and The Milky Way blended of course! Always satisfied except for an order mix up that one time a couple years ago. Other than that I love the places atmosphere and havent ever ordered something I didnt enjoy.

As an Australian visiting this great country and beautiful city there are so many things I love about USA and Salt lake City in particular. However I am sorry America, for the main your coffee is rubbish! Have been on the road travelling for approximately 3 weeks and am staying at South Jordon. Googled coffee shops and found this place... expectations are low as again, sorry coffee not great in North America. This place however is the bomb!! Some of the best coffee i have had anywhere. The coffee is real, made to perfection, service is second to none. This is my happy place. This team rocks, love their coffee, and I have been back everyday since during my 8 day stay. Wish i could give more than five stars!

Wasnt a fan of the changes of the aesthetics and decor. Mic night was cancelled, fireplace was removed, couches slowly replaced with uncomfortable chairs. That being said, the staff is still friendly and open, and the coffee is good.Try the milky way and the harvest moon.

Terrible experience with the staff. They deliberately ask if you want to tip and or they give you their iPad that has the tip option which makes you feel forced and obligated every single trip you make to get coffee. I told one of the staff members “no” to leaving a tip and when she handed me my drink she was hostile, cold, and didn’t say a word and closed the window with an attitude. I was starting to become a regular there and now I will NOT be returning. You should not be making your customers feel forced or obligated in ANY way to leave a tip. You should not treat your customers with hostility when they chose not to leave a tip. I will be going elsewhere where they treat their customers with respect and don’t coerce their customers into making tips every single trip they make to get a cup of coffee. Tips are generally used in restaurants anyways, and not yours to force onto people. Your best and worst marketing tool is word of mouth, and these hostilities have been duly noted.

I love love love their coffee and the shop is pleasant. The Milky Way is out of this world :)The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 5 is that they are NEVER OPEN. Today marks about the 5th time in a row I thought Id stop by on my way, and all I got was sheer frustration at having wasted the time even trying. Its not like I stopped by at some ridiculous time either. I love supporting our local coffee shops over the chains, but that is impossible to do if the shop isnt even open.

It took a really long time for them to make our coffee even though there was only one car in front of us and its very expensive. The coffee is good though.

Love the shop and the layout and design. I dont know if the coffee was that great, but it certainly wasnt bad. They served it in a great small size. The cappuccino didnt have great ratios of espresso, milk and milk foam though.In fact, I dont remember having much foam on top hardly at all. But, the coffee still wasnt bad.They seem to have pretty great staff there. I really like interacting with them.I meant to ask for an alternative milk, but it slipped my mind. I would like to try the cappuccino again but with an alternative milk to see if I can get a better foam ratio.Thanks for the service!

This place is awesome! Defiantly the best coffee shop this far south. If not one of the coolest chops in town. Ton of menu items, everything is fresh, and they have enough gear to get something for everyone on the holiday list. Defiantly worth checking out if you are looking for coffee.

Their coffee is excellent, however, I don’t go here for their coffee. I go for the costumer service, every single time I go there they always make my day. They are always having such an amazing uplifting (but not over the top) vibe. I haven’t had a day where I’ve gone their and it hasn’t made my day.I’d give them all a raise if I could.

I’ve generally had great experiences at the Coffee Shop in Riverton, however, today I took my family to get some several iced and hot Chai. I was asked after making my order if I would be adding a tip. I kindly said not today. The attitude of the staff quickly changed and became cold and rude. It became very clear that they don’t want me or my family as a customer anymore. Understood, we won’t be back!

I loved the service AND the coffee concoction I ordered the perfect ratio of strength and flavor. I tried one of the signature drinks and I was so happy! I wish it was closer to my house I would go every day.

Ive been coming here for a decade now (wow, getting old) and I have to say theyre just as great as when they started. Really great vibes. Great owner. I cant wait until I can sit down in for a sugar-free mocha again. (stupid COVID) For now, Ill just have to manage with their drive thru!

One the best coffee shops in the SLC area. Would also have to comment that Ive never met a nicer group of employees. They are always the best at reminding me that the day can start off with a smile. Humbled by their appreciation and skill with making the perfect cup of coffee, however you take it.

My favorite place to get juice in the valley!! Always have the BEST staff that is super friendly and ready to help me decide what I want to drink! They are seriously the best guys. Bam!!!!! The delicious in the iced is epic, it is one of my favorite all-time coffees we stopped in the church parking lot across the street to visit with one another and this is the view that we could see it was beautiful that day!

Cute, hipster little coffee shop. Has plenty of tables and chairs inside and outside. Also some soft comfy chairs if you are looking to relax. The coffee is great. I will for sure be going to this place a lot more. Also has a drive through so if you are in a hurry in the morning you don’t have to get out and go inside. Safe has always been very pleasant and nice.

This is my favorite coffee place in Utah! Every time I come into town, I go out of my way to come here. The Caramel Blondie is my favorite, but they have all sorts of specialty coffee drinks. They also offer juice, smoothies, and a small variety of food.

Id rather watch Cats the movie than pay for another cold brew from The Coffee Shop.I moved from Sandy hoping to find a new coffee shop close by that I could enjoy in the mornings before work, and there is no way Im going to Beans and Brew. I decided to try out The Coffee Shop.Ive had it a few times now, and order the cold brew coffee. One thing I cant stand is ice in cold brew, it just waters it down and you get less coffee. The coffee itself taste pretty good, it has a unique taste.Ive had a few issues with ordering from here, so this review is from a build up.Today I ordered a large cold brew without ice. They literally left an inch empty from the top. I get not having it all the way to the top, because if you poke your straw through it can go all over the lid. But this is literally 14% of the coffee cups volume. Which if Im ordering a large coffee, no ice, no sugar, no creamer, its for the caffeine. Dont rob me out of what Ive ordered. I even tip at least a dollar every time. Price should at least match the value, and Im just not getting it here.Good coffee bad experience.

I’m a HUGE coffee lover and i scored by finding this place. It puts all the other coffee shops to shame! They not only have tons of amazing options to choose from coffee wise, but they also have delicious food! Everything about this place from the quality of the drinks to the amazing staff is DEFINITELY worth driving 20 minutes for. Each time I’ve been there all of the staff was incredibly friendly and seemed like they loved their job. 10/10 recommended giving The Coffee Shop a try!

Best coffee Ive found in Utah. Super cool vibes from all of the employees. Always made to order. Only downside is the line, but that is a statement for how good it is.

The customer service was awesome!! Really mellow vibe and the whole shop had a very cozy atmosphere. The coffee was delicious and served promptly! They have a very straightforward menu board, which in the coffee world is nearly impossible! I went with an employee recommendation and was very happy with it. I will definitely return to try another latte from the menu!

Been here several times both alone and with my husband. All the specialty lattes Ive gotten so far were delicious and I fully intend to try out every flavor. Lately, due to the Christmas season, theyve had some stockings so that the customers can show some Christmas love to the employees that serve them. The vibe is a nice balance of small town homey, and new age stuff. They have a decorative display case with neat rocks inside. Im also a big fan of their paninis. The croissant version is my favorite. 10/10 would recommend if you live in the area.

Friendly service and decent coffee. Comfortable seating and great staff. Coffee is decent and not expensive. Perfect place to meet up with a friend or enjoy a morning coffee with a more personal touch that you cant get at a Starbucks or any other large chain. Only downside is the outdoor seating is loud due to being next to the highway. But aside from that, its a great coffee shop.

The Coffee Shop has long been a go-to coffee stop for me. They have some really great original drinks and baristas who are always willing to help me troubleshoot my drink choice. The atmosphere (pre-Corona) was very relaxing and cozy. I definitely miss it!

Pretty basic, granola, hipster, coffee shop. Doesnt stand out from any other coffee shops and the coffee; although offering many selections and intriguing names, is pretty much the same old same old. Features non-binary bathrooms and some nice couches. The name really says it all. Its just an ordinary coffee shop.

I love coming here. My drink is always top notch and often made before I’m even done checking out. What I love about this place is that the employees all know me. They know my husband, my kids, their drinks (that they rarely get) and I don’t feel like just another person. I am also in the service industry so I understand the importance of getting to know your regulars but I have never once felt like just a customer. Thank you!!

Great seasonal drinks

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the valley! I dont live nearby, but make it a point to stop here every chance I get! The staff recognizes me and chats it up every time they see me! Oh, and the veggie grilled cheese or the ham and cheese croissant are my favorites! They also have open mic night every Friday and thats a good time! Its busy, and the crowd is young, but its still fun!

My favorite coffee anywhere. The staff is fantastic, so friendly and good at what they do. I come here 5 times a week, and have never had a bad drink. Very consistent, never burned coffee, and willing to make whatever you want. My iced Girl Scout is perfect everytime. Thank you Coffee Shop, you make my day a bit better every time I come.

First time there. Coffee was wonderful. But I ordered 3 24 ounce and one was a 16. I just checked the receipt and they charged me for a 24. But coffee was delicious and I will return.

Great coffee, smoothies, sandwiches and the bakery items are made local. Staff is fun and down to earth. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and commonly bring a book my work or even my knitting. This ones a favorite. Love coming here with friends and relaxing to the chill vibe. The drinks are great, my personal favorite would be the red bull Italian soda. Also a great place for Friday nights, they have live music and its open till midnight. Would definitely recommend.

Best coffee in Utah! They even serve multiple flavors of sugar free and for keto bullet proof coffee! The people who work there and the owner are so awesome we enjoy going there just to see them as well! No better coffee shop in Utah!!!

Coffee used to be wonderful here, but dont waste your money here; I had been able to gag it down every time I have stopped here over the last couple years. Im not sure why I keep trying and throwing money out the window. Today the cashier even added the tip to my total before handing me the iPad to sign...... very unprofessional
