Dont go there for repairs. I took my printer and the told me it was broken and would take be $300 and more for parts and to repair. They did offer to take it and give it to a guy who would have a use for it. Needless to say I took it home and took it apart. A wire was loose. I reinserted the wire, put it back together and it works fine.So they never checked it, they tried to con me into giving them my perfectly good printer, and charged me $50. My wife tells me I am too trusting. I am glad I wasnt in this situation. Good luck.

The owner has been very helpful. Ive purchased many parts, for personal projects.They usually had the parts I needed. Theyre always helpful, with great advice.
