The owner is very professional and helpful. I came in to switch and he helped me find the right customized plan for me without trying to promote unnecessarily higher ones. He was conversational and I liked that the interaction didn’t just feel like a transaction.

If I could give this store a negative star, I Would.My Girlfriend tried to activate her boost phone over phone. She spoke to the person who answered the phone and specifically told him that she had just gotten the sim card and had chosen the 15 dollar plan. She said it more than one time. He said that she only payed for the sim card and now she had to pay the 50 dollars for the plan. She said that she would not do it and not to activate phonr and she would call customer sevice to get clarification. She called customer service and she was told that her plan was activated for the 50 dollar a moth plan.
