The guy that set up my appointment was very nice and was able to accommodate me on the day I was going to be off from work. When I arrived, Christa took care of me. She was super nice and went over the services I had requested for. She kept me posted throughout the day with text messages on the status of my vehicle and even recommended services. I was provided GREAT customer service!

The technician Jay was awesome. He accurately diagnosed my problem which had been a mystery to other professional mechanics. He took the time to try and understand my concerns before and after I took my car in initially.Cali who is the new service assistant was extremely helpful every time I called in concerning my vehicle and listened to my concerns and made me feel as if I was family or a friend as should be the goal of customer service.Altogether I give only the highest reviews to this awesome team at Hicks Family Nissan!

Purchasing a car from this dealer was an expensive mistake!We recently purchased a used Nissan vehicle from them, and they knowingly sold us a lemon. After purchasing the car for over the market value, we are stuck with a $4500 bill for an entirely new transmission. I understand that everyone is trying to make a sale, but if you are looking for any amount of transparency, this is not the place to go. I would much rather purchase a car from someone that can be trusted than from a dealership that consciously makes a decision to screw you over. Additionally, we left our vehicle at the service department for an entire day, and all that was done was an inconclusive test drive. I will never purchase another Nissan, and I will absolutely not bring my business to this establishment again.Edit: I’ve tried repeatedly to contact any sales manager with no response. From what I understand, they pretty much left it to be our problem. While the Google response was a nice touch to save face, it means absolutely nothing and we are still stuck to fit the bill.

Chris Perez, service center from the Nissan in calallen tx, was really professional and values the business customers. He was honest about the work that needs to be done and went above and beyond to help me financially. I will be heading back in Friday to complete the last process to get the work I need done to continue to be safe on my trips on the road. The guys that are gonna do the labor understood the situation and helped me out as well. I love coming to this specific location because they really care about the people that give em business. I was really blown way with the professionalism that Mr. Lichtenberger showed me and my wife. He was a constant professional, answered all our questions. he stayed focused on the sale and never missed a beat on doing his job. Ive bought vehicles before from other dealerships and I will say with out a doubt this is the best experience weve ever had. My wife hates to buy vehicles because she doesnt trust a car salesman. The service manager Robert helped me drive out of there happy! With the help of Brandy, Issue after issue, day after day, everything was worked through till I was satisfied and my car was running great. He replaced a cosmetic piece for me! test drove my car, personally informed me of all the issues explaining when I had questions, and had my car washed and fueled up. He went out of his way to help with a warranty issue and on top of it all, he so sweet and patient with me and my bad temper. The only reason there are not 5 stars is because the work took a few weeks to be all done after all the back and forth but I think if he can help you, he definitely will!

We were very disappointed . First the warranty that we purchased with our Rogue was presented to us stating all services were included on the warranty papers we were given. When we take it in for service we have to pay $15. for the inside to be cleaned .The warranty only covers Basic Service. Sold to us falsely . The sealer put on car for paint protection was a good job. The detailing we paid extra for was a very half done job. The front window was not wiped down on inside, rear view mirrors were cloudy with dried spray. The mats were not cleaned very well, the sterilize spray they added was spotted all over dash, glass coverings and trim inside. We had to wipe it all down when to we got home. The rims on inside doors had dusty scuff marks. All of this after we paid extra for the Auto Butler. Have always loved coming to this Nissan dealership and received great service before this. If we purchase another vehicle from Nissan, we will not purchase added warranty package. It is not a big loss to Nissan but it is to us. Retired couple living on SS.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here. I will never shop here again, and wouldnt refer anyone. The car I purchased ended up having to take it back because there was mold growing in the ac vents. I had it only for 2 weeks. We asked if they could just put us in something else because I have a 2 year old with cancer and its scary to me. And they didnt even try and call me to figure something out they just told my salesman they couldnt do anything. The service department has been really amazing the manager is awesome. But as far as the sales managers. Really disappointing. So much for being a family owned company.

I really wish I had a little bit of good to say about this place but I’m sorry but I dont. Let me start off with the worst customer service every. Callie the service person that was servicing my car was the rudest big lier there is. I has my car there for a week and a half and I had to call everyday to see what the status was on my car. She would tell me every time that she would call me back and EVER CALLED BACK. I had to tell her that I was gonna go pick up my car whether it was ready or not cuz obviously she never new the status on my car. Then I wanted to talk to service manager so this man Fiji or fivi or something like that name gets on the phone and totally blown me off. I try to explain to him how I was treated and he totally ignores me. He kept saying that he was soot and he was just helping out. I would tell him, can u please let me talk so u can hear me out. Nope he just kept saying I sorry but I’m just helping out. Never listen to what I had to say. So when I went to pick up my car, again I asked to speak to service manager. Well come to find out, they didn’t have one. So I asked for a general manager. Well I was able to talk to Ronnie the floor manage. Very nice gentleman and listened to everything I had to say. Thank u Ronnie for hearing me out. I was treated so poorly, bad customer service and a very unhappy customer.

I am on my way from Chicago area to RGV when my Nissan Titan started experiencing mechanical issues. As luck would have it Hicks Nissan was on our route. We stopped and from the very beginning with the service center to the Technician (Jay) who did the work and was phenomenal, I was back on the road within a few hours which could have easily been two days work. Bad business practices by this place. They dont honor the mailers they send out, and Im assuming its just to get people on the lot. I won on their mailer and The guy that answered my call just kept saying the mailer was a misprint and that I had to come to the dealership. As someone who used to work in automotive advertising, I fully comprehend the bad business tactic that exists here and because of that will never reccomend this place to anyone.

Went in for oil change only and their mechanic removed cabin air filter to check it and replacement was recommended. It only had 6k miles on it and did not need replacing even though it was damaged in removal I told them to put it back and decided to watch out their window glove box wasn’t removed from vehicle which is how to get to these things. It must have been mine as I found its cover on Floorboard broken when I got car back also oily hand marks were all over my dashboard they weren’t there when I drove in and lastly I question whether I got a new oil filter as it still has road grime on it. When I looked at it. So now I have to buy new filter cover and have to get interior cleaned. Can not recommend this service department to anyone

This Service Department, led by Robert T., stands out above any other place weve been. Since most new cars now are pretty standard in what they offer, a good Service Department can make the difference and it does for us. Its time for a new car and while we can choose pretty much anything we want, were going to Kicks Family Nissan to purchase one. Financing department was Awesome, not pushy or demanding no pressure Jessica presented her extras and explained the benefits of each package and let me choose what was best for my needs. Detail department was disappointing,,,took no effort to do a good job, dog hair everywhere smelled bad just covered up with a spray, didnt even bother to vacuum the interior, poor job.However the vehicle was returned to do the job right! I was driven to and from my home and my vehicle is being re detailed and re cleaned at this time.My vehicle we be delivered to my home which is a big plus!

Nice facility, was not impressed with the sales management as I was told a straight up lie about a vehicle. Again, sales in general, has lived up to its reputation to say or do anything to make a sale. Our salesman was nice and fairly knowledgeable about vehicles on the lot, you could tell he was under a strict watch by sales management. But it wasnt anything major that curved my interest as I still bought said vehicle. Finance guy was super knowledgeable and friendly, did not treat us like another sale.

Ive been using the Ed Hicks Dealership off of Kostoryz road and was less and less satisfied with their service each time I went there! So I decided to try this location and I was pleasantly surprised! Went in for oil change and tire rotation, they took care of it under an hour and I got the car back washed and vacuumed. The service advisor was very helpful with another issue that I have with my car and set me up with another appointment. I highly recommend this location!

The service writers were great and my car was out really fast. The only thing was that all my tires needed air and they didnt fill them up. I came back on a Monday and they had me in and out in a hurry. I saw that the manager was not happy and he went and talked to the techs. Other than that little hiccup they did a great job. Very courteous and professional. Prices for oil change and tire rotation cost as much as one of those 10 minute oil change places but they are Nissan experts and it will reflect on the service record when you sell it or trade it in. I wil bring it here for all my service needs.
