Awesome job! During a 600 mile trip I was 300 miles from home, my car died and towed from a local gasoline stop near the highwayat 1:30 in the afternoon. They had my starter replaced before 4 oclock. The price was great. They could have really taken advantage of me but they didnt. Honest and great work.

Awesome shop

Traveling from out of state when my car broke down. First, they suggested over the phone that I take a look at some things in order to determine what was wrong...basically, they could have lost business if I ended up fixing it myself but they just wanted to help. When it was realized I couldnt fix it, they saw us immediately and fixed it right away, with an extremely reasonable price. Very honest as well, as when they discovered that a belt they ordered was actually fine they sent it back and didnt install it. I had already agreed to have it installed, they didnt have to do that. Same day service, great price, honest, as good as it gets.

Love this place. They ordered a part for us and the people sent the wrong part. So they literally took a part off their car and gave it to us! They are the best and great priced too!!! Definitely recommended ♡

These guys absolutely rock. Bit of a language barrier depending on whos working (Jose has the best english, significantly better than my spanish!) and I always take my car and the wifes car here for exhaust, tires, and other stuff. Some things, Ill do myself instead, and some things Ill insist a dealer does, but these guys can do the vast majority and theyre priced dead on right!

Terrific service.Something involving the serpentine belt was rattling in my wifes car, so I took it for an oil change at another place in town and asked them to take a look at the noise too. They told me the clutch on the AC compressor was bad. I normally try to fix my own cars, but that seemed like more than I wanted to deal with.I took it to Lozas the next day around 2:30 PM and told them what the oil change place had told me was wrong, and he said hed take a look and make sure that was the problem and then call me with the cost.I got a call the next morning at about 10:30 AM from the owners wife at the shop. She said he looked and it was actually the belt tensioner that was bad with no sign of any problem with the compressor. It would be $150 and he could have it done in a few hours, so I gave the go ahead. She called an hour later and said it was all done.My wife picked it up right away. The noise is gone and everything feels smoother now. She said the guy at the shop explained to her what he found and what he fixed and told her to let him know how its doing after a while. It was $150 and change with tax--about $90 for parts and $60 for labor. Seems fair to me.This is my first experience with Lozas, but it seems like a very honest and affordable repair shop. Ill definitely keep them in mind next time I need something done that I dont want to do myself.

My past experiences were great here until today I came to have both headlight bulbs replaced. Upon completion at the register i asked if he was sure to have changed both and he says yes with a bit of an attitude. All times i was here before he was the only one to ever have a sort of unnecessary attitude. I am well mannered and carry myself with respect. Im not sure what his name is but he is the tallest mechanic in the shop. Sure enough as made it home i checked the oreilys bag on the passenger seat and thete it was an unopened headlight bulb after he had just knowingly told me hed replaced them both. I found this to be very petty. Rather ridiculous considering he charged me as if he had replaced both headlight bulbs.
