I have been using bath and body lab for a long time for my business and they have always taken great care of me and shown great care for any issues I had. My business depends on them and I know I can count on them, even during this pandemic. It’s been tough but they have stayed right on their game, I highly recommend them .

I placed an order back in February, I just received an email that this company is closing and that they have not processed any orders since last year. My question why is the website still up and your allowing people to order. They just charged my card on March 10th all while knowing that they would never process my order. I am glad Im with Navy Federal, fraud charges have been filed through my bank. Wow!

UPDATE: Never received my order and was never called or emailed back!Placed an online order, and I received confirmation email on 7/05/2018 stating my payment was approved and my goods were shipped; however, I did not get a tracking number. When I log onto my account, it says my order has shipped and tracking may be available. I am not sure what may be available means, so I emailed the company multiple times requesting tracking information. I did not hear anything back, and it has been weeks. I also called the provided phone number, it went to voice mail (claiming all customer service reps were busy with other customers), and I left a message providing my order number, phone number, and I request tracking information. It is 7/24/18, and I still have not heard back. While I understand I havent been waiting for my goods for long, it is sketchy they will not respond with shipping information. If you are interested in ordering from this company, I would suggest trying to call and order over the phone, as this online order process has been pretty sketchy.

Took down my credit card info and sent me confirmation, then radio silence and I can’t view my order. Tried to reach by phone or email many times. I’m thinking it’s a scam since they stole from me and won’t ship my order.
