I literally just pulled away from the store (don’t worry the husband is the captain today (I’m not typing and driving!) Lisa was wonderful! Her cheerful greeting made us feel instantly welcomed, she helped us find scents within the family of things we like (which cut down on time seeing as we had my 15 month old niece in the store with us), and the most important part was she educated us! I had no idea about the importance of trimming the wicks and using the Illuma-lid! Thank you again, Lisa!!!

I love yankee candle! Sales people at this location are always super helpful and returns and exchanges have been handled wonderfully. They always let me know the sales and coupons and educate me on how to make the candles burn longer.

Yankee Candle was my go-to candle store. Love the candles. But! If you are looking for an excellent customer service experience in this store? Put it this way,: Go to another store. I was about to spend money on candles, but needed to return a defunct candle first. First, they blamed me for the candle being defunct. Then, it was as if it was a problem in my returning it. I was asked, Well, how long do you burn your candles for? Of course my answer was the wrong one. My way had been fine in burning a Yankee candle for years; I had not one wick problem in the past. I was told the number of hours the candle should burn in order to use it properly. Then I was told, You know you have to trim your wicks. I wanted to say to her that I had been burning candles since before she was even born. I know how to burn a candle. But instead, I defended myself, waited for my return to go through, and left. I went a few doors down to Bath & Body Works. Now, they are my go-to candle store. Buh-Bye Yankee!
