So disappointed with this company!! I bought three chromebooks on August 25 - th 2019 and three of them died. The first one died in the middle of september 2020 and the last one four days ago. After the first chromebook died, I contacted the company, and i was told nothing can be solved, as it is out of the warranty ( not even 1 month after the exp of warranty). I paid for an extended warranty for the first one and the time estimated to get it fixed is 4 months(ridiculous!!) . I definitely won’ t pay the extended warranty for the other two chromebooks.The problem, according to the company was the zoom calls, that causes the problem, which is definitely NO TRUE. I called the children’s school to see if they have any complaints with the chromebooks and they said NO.So the problem is the company that sells this computers, makes excuses on their product and don’t takes the responsibilities. I will never buy to Sehi Computer Products nor recommend to anyone else. The worst experience!!
