Hours in line and still going home without medicine. Will try again but the next step is to change pharmacys. Nothing like watching a half dozen employees ignoring you. No service no smiles!!! What a huge waste of time. Walgreens your pharmacy has failed unless its purpose is to become everyones worst nightmare.
Let me agree with many statements of customer service issues particularly in pharmacy. Recently a supply chain issue has caused real problems with many items especially controlled substances OR they dont order to regular, MULTI YEAR CUSTOMER UNCHANGED SAME DAY FILLED EVERY MONTH PRESCRIPTION FOR 7 YEARS PLUS.If its not supply chain legit, its the new pharmacist recently hired. Indian woman or middle eastern, without any exaggeration is almost intentionally obtuse, confrontational, unhelpful, non responsive to active questions, seems to intentionally be rude and judgemental sometimes based on controlled substance script.Mom dying of cancer...oh and she called, I ha e her drivers license, script, oh and computer shows same script monthly for almost a decade BUT she first cant find her getting name wrong and bday wrong seemingly intentionally again. All due to kind of script. Then 2 hour wait to confirm from script doctor. Outright lie, made me wait 2 hours in attempt to have me give up filling that script there.Dumb or malicious? Which is worse? Does that branch have any other options due to labor market flushed?If lucky, youll avoid the incapable you get blonde recent hire, shes a tech assistant. Not to be rude but shes having trouble with multitasking, computers, busy hours, questions, typing names and bdays accurately. Its like designed to be worst experience possible, one tries her best and boss lady tries her best to ruin your day.Avoid at all cost unless you determine hours of the OTHER PHARMACIST, A CLASS ACT WHO RUNS EVERYTHING SMOOTH AND IS ACTIVELY WORKED AGAINST BY HER FELLOW PILL DISTRIBUTOR. I just dont understand what kind of abuse created a person as rude, unlikable, and intentionally wasting time, all while judging you for script kind. Yuck. Walgreens for 20 years and now actively transferring everything to cvs or rite aid as they cant be worse. Fire her if you be can hire anyone else. Shell destroy her career at some point going to far, but could we nip that before necessary? Ill be complaining o corporate with recordings so do your part too!
I feel customer service could be little better.
Walgreens always has household necessities in stock! The location at Hamlin and Rochester Roads in Rochester Hills, MI could stand to have their floors redone, but it is satisfactory regardless.
Probably the rudest most incapable woman working here. I had a return and they made me go to a different Walgreens! I had an order number and everything and the second Walgreens I went to was so much better and friendlier. I would save your time and go down the street
Not the first time, but it is the last. Why do I have to make 3 trips and a phone call to get a prescription filled? If it the App, then change the App. Multiple times I thought I needed a new script only to find out scripts in your profile are located in like 4 places and confusing to get refilled.
One of the worst customer service, staff was very rude. I dont suggest anybody to visit this place for passport photos. Staff was not ready to listen the customer concerns, I feel very bad about Walgreens because of such staff its reputation is going down.
This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. Multiple times we have been given the wrong prescriptions. uh, sorry has been the response.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Staff was very kind to me after I had a bit of a meltdown trying to copy pictures of my brother after he died. They were closing but still showed me some patience and kindness.
The customer service is probably the worst I had ever seen. The staff is yelling at everyone and THE MANAGER was the LEAST professional person I had every seen. Yelling between the aisles as if you are deaf. Dont even bother asking where something is... youll get a useless answer screamed at you. Go to the one on crooks and save your eardrums!
Would be much better if their pharmacy was open later!
Pharmacist is extremely rude. She needs some training in customer service. She doesn’t even greet you when you walk up to the counter, just demands your name. She is extremely condescending and shouldn’t be working with the public if she can’t speak to people with respect and use basic manners. I’ve been a customer at this Walgreens for over 7 years and will be moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. The store needs to actually pay attention to these reviews, almost all of the negative ones are because of the pharmacist.
Employees have always been helpful. Rainchecks good for quite a while, no problems. Prescription prices through Medicare D are good
This pharmacy use to be my favorite pharmacy. I go to Walgreens because of the price, and because I get extra points in my drop coupon application. I use the drive through for convenience. Recently they have hired people that cannot speak English fluently, nor understand it. I thought it was just me, however, I took my friend with me that LAST time i went there. I literally had to SPELL MY NAME OUT (3) times in the drive through lane and she still couldnt find my prescription. I had to agree with her that I had the text on my phone that it was ready. I felt like I was banging my head against a wall. Then the English speaking woman came over and found it immediately. I ended up transferring my prescriptions. Coupons and savings were not worth the headache.
I typically don’t do my prescriptions through here, but I did because I was visiting my parents. The pharmacy customer service is really bad, they are quite rude.I really like the retail side of the store, it is always clean and the customer service is good. Not sure what’s up w the pharmacy.
Called today for an emergency refill of my meds cause my trip extended a few more days and didnt have enough. Talked to 3 people and gave them the exact information and after more than 30 minutes I get the worst condescending and patronizing woman on the phone as if she was doing me a favor and also trying to justify their complete incompetence and rudeness on how busy they were with flu shots. Now that I read the other reviews I noticed how bad they are. This whole pharmacy staff should go throu an intense customer service training.
While picking up scripts. I was told they were working on filling a second script and it would be just under $200 Went home, called around to find out the mistake and it was just Walgreens error they didnt bill or run the insurance yet. Went back right away. Waited in the drive thru for 25 just to find out it wasnt going to be ready tonight. Sorry Walgreens Pharm. Bad planning on your part after telling me over an hour ago it was being worked and then on the phone telling me it was ready, thats not my fault
The pharmacy has the worst customer service! They always have an attitude! I would recommend going to the one on walton blvd. instead.
Waited 30 minutes in the drivethrough to pick up prescription. After finally getting to the window i was informed it would be 2 more minutes and since there where cars behind me i had to drive around and get back in line. 45 minutes later after still being stick behind 2 vehicles. I parked and went inside. Here I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Forgot to mention i also had my 3 small children with me... I had to wait because the pharmacy closed in less than 2 hours from when I originally got in line.. what a joke...
Extremely rude. Refused to fill my prescription for my bipolar medicine because of who my psychiatrist is. I had to get a new one because the place I was going to closed. This is unbearable!
Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Id rather drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way, and gas is expensive so if that tells you anything…
Its the usual. Nice staff however.
They rejected to print my photos saying there’s a security issue. They are just photos of my self. Walgreens, as a corporation, did not have any issue printing them but the store rejected it
