Ive gone here at least 2-3 times a week for almost 2 years and have had a friendly experience every time. The workers are always very nice and helpful as well as the pharmacists when I get my medications. Theyve both always worked a way to help me get what I needed and are very kind.

The pharmacist in charge there she is always mad with almost any question or inquiry you might have, is like she follows the customer is always wrong mantra. They seem to be super stress, almost all, some of them deal with the customer more politely than others... I actually went in the morning this time trying to catch them in good mood, I was the second customer and they were already mad at me. They couldnt find me in their system but I got the call my prescription was ready and when they found me they blamed me because they have two different ways my name. I might have to work on getting my name corrected with my doctor but there is no reason to treat people bad. Specially when I am a customer. We are going to try another CVS. We are willing to drive the extra mile to avoid their negativity, specially the pharmacist in charge. And trust me, me and my wife we are very respectful and polite, we never said anything that could have made her upset.

I scheduled online an appointment for covid vaccine available now for people with certain medical conditions. When I went in, the pharmacist was rude, crude, and very much unprofessional. She would not listen to me at all and simply refused to give the vaccine.On top of this, CVS charged my insurance for the vaccine costs even though I did not get it. When I went to Walgreens to get it the same day, the insurance kept rejecting it since CVS already charged for it. It took 30 minutes for Walgreens to contact CVS and take care of the Fraudulent charge.There are other reviews about the angry, unprofessional pharmacist. She must be fired or CVS must close this location for the benefit of the customers.

Really Awesome staff(Prachi) we had issue with one of the medications we had to run around insurance, Doct Office and then to my other Pharmacy multiple times, we transferred medication to This CVS, issue got resolved in 2hours they took care of everything. Thank you

Summer the pharmacist is many words i dont want to post on here she is rude and threatened me i had to ask for the manager and his name is Mike even had to tell her to stop talking multiple times please find another store not this one if i could not even rate it one star its would be zero

I never had any problems at all untill I went to pharm on 2011 Rochester Rd. Dr. Office called twice verbally for rx sent orders over. I received text to pick up..twice arranged pick up. They said no rx. Again.Dr called himself.. The guy working in pharmacy..threw my change in the drive thru container..dollars blew all over ..asked what happened with rx he said he dont know. Save yourself trouble avoid this place at all costs for your precriptions.

WORSE drive thru service ever. I have had this branch as my prefer pharmacy for years however the drive thru service is getting worse lately and today was the worst, I was waiting on the line for about 45 min and as it has two lanes for service, it seems that they confused and attend the other lane first before me, even do I was much before there. Obviously the attitude of the personnel was not least bad. Definitely I will change my pharmacy. (It happened on 10/27/2020 @ 5:30pm)

This pharmacy has won itself a new patient. Recently, I had to fill a script, and my deductible for the year hadnt yet been met. EVERY other pharmacy I visited (including my usual pharmacy that I have used for over a decade) was going to charge me well over $2,000 after taking very little time to search for lower cost alternatives. I came to this CVS as a last resort, and after a considerable amount of searching, the pharmacist was able to uncover a program that allowed me to get the script for a FRACTION of the cost. Without the efforts of this pharmacist, I would have had to quit taking a drug that is crucial for my health. I was incredibly impressed with the pharmacists perseverance, and I was also touched by the friendliness of all of the pharmacy staff. I walked into the store a stranger - I walked out a committed future customer.

Had prescription sent to here, and was told to come back in 2 to 3 hours to have it filled. Came back at the allotted time and was told to come back the next day. I would not recommend getting prescriptions filled here because informing their customers correctly is obviously not a priority. I wasted 2 hours of my day just to get told to come back the next day where I shouldve been told the first time.

Had the best and fastest experience here at store. There is a young pharmacy manager who always greets with smile and is so happy to help. The best CVS pharmacy store I ever encountered...! Definitely recommend

A cashier at the register who actually seemed to be the manager was completely rude to me and tried to lie about how their credit card machines work. He had a bad attitude in front of me and other customers

I have had this CVS as my home pharmacy for almost 5 yrs now. The staff is awesome. I actually moved and theres a closer location and I go here. For the person who complained about the wait at 8 am, thats when the store opens. They are opening up the computers, registers, and playing the voicemail and checking the computers for scripts left overnight. I would suggest not going right at opening because yes, they are busy, and may not be able to stop in the middle of what theyre doing. And I have never seen a black pharmacist there. There is a black pharmacist at the 24-hour location at Adams/University who may have been filling in, which would explain the wait, or maybe that customer was commenting on the wrong location. John is the head pharmacist and another super nice pharmacist who is a woman with glasses and curly dark hair. The non-pharmacy staff is great too.

FYI for those who take Lipitor, do not order it from this CVS. They tried charging me when its free at Meijers down the street. This particular CVS doesnt participate in that program is what I was told. No idea whether or not thats true, but making anyone pay for this med is lame. Now I wonder if Im being overcharged for my other medications. Oh, and the pharmacist was annoyed I informed her about it costing nothing at Meijers. Sucks not being able to con all your customers, huh.

THEY LIE ABOUT STATE MINIMUM LIQUOR PRICES. Simply put, you can pick any bottle on the shelf and it is marked up 10% or higher than state minimum. Each year, state minimum prices are set by the Liquor Control Commission, and the prices are posted on the government website for public viewing.Upon checking on several different brands, I found all of them to be well above the state minimum price, even though each are marked individually as state minimum.FLAT OUT LIE. DO NOT SUPPORT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Bad experience had to switch pramacy because the people here dont know how to respect me I kept getting phone calls after I informed the staff to leave me alone. I will never be back they need more training and learn how to talk to people they are very rude and harassing me all the time with the none stop calls train your employees. .....

Very poorly run. Slow. The worse is being treated like an idiot by a person who SHOULD be respectful. These techs are outrageous. I drop off Rx for daughter, toothpaste btw, I’ve filled her Rx there many times, maybe not in the last 2 mos. I waited forever for the know it all tech to tell me after all the waiting that they don’t take her insurance. When I said I’ve filled rx’s for yrs at cvs she was rude, beligerant, condescending and told me I was wrong. She had a terrible attitude and I’ll never set foot in this store again. I quit going to cvs a while ago but thought maybe they had improved. Nope. Off to Walgreen’s. More professional and they know their business.

Twice now Ive gone to the pharmacy to buy Claritin D. Im the only customer and they make me wait. They say we will be right with you and then they keep doing what they are doing. Its the Black pharmacist who is guilty of it (Im black before anyone thinks this is racial) and the assistant/tech. On both ocasions the assistant/tech was a white woman - not sure if it was the same woman. I timed it on my phones stopwatch app. Five minutes. They will never get my prescriptions at this store again nor will they get any of my money again. On both occasions it was approximately 8am. What could they be doing that is so important at 8am in the morning that I have to wait?

This pharmacy is my house pharmacy since many years now and I can ensure that I never had any issues which any staff member. Its one of the bigger and newer CVS stores, very well organized (if more than 3 poeple waiting at the register they instantly open another one). Theyve a Drive Through Pharmacy counter as well. That might be one of the reason why the girls behind the counter are busy despite no other customer waiting at the counter. Or they prepare call in prescriptions for people picking it up later that day. Either way, they should stay focused on what they just do. If somebody like the previous poster is upset because she needs to wait FIVE minutes, I would say, let her go some place else. I wouldnt consider that to be a loss, its more like a win for the other customer and society. Im glad that the pharmacists in this CVS location know how to set priorities correctly. The accuracy of a prescription is much more important than 5 minutes time of a business lady ;-)

The ONLY reason I go here is because the Walgreens meds effect me differently, and this CVS is closest to my house.I actually had someone call me a pill-head because I was asking if there was a refill on my anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication. I hate this place.

Every time I have been to the drive thru of this pharmacy I have been made to wait 10+ minutes without being acknowledged before I park to go inside and get my prescriptions in just a few minutes. They are always rude and ignore all customers.
