Honestly, I hate Comcast. I hate how much they charge. I hate how much they raise their rates. I hate their customer service. I hate how we had to have 2 service visits ($100 a piece) just to get internet and cable hooked up at our new build home because the first tech was incompetent. If I didn’t want and love live sports and a couple other shows, they would never see a single cent from me ever again!
The service was fast and easy.But the wait time was a bit long. Satisfied but just wanted to address the wait time
Worse store ever was told the wait was 30 minutes and a hour and half goes by and i asked a employee how much longer and she said replied I don’t know probably 15 minutes. Normally don’t leave bad reviews but this is just bad customer service
My fiancé and I went to this location today to cancel our Xfinity for the time being we are in between homes and are going to be returning in the future. Alejandro assisted us and was extremely helpful. We appreciated his positive attitude and pleasant conversation I highly recommend going here. Someone give him a raise!

Unprofessional, disrespectful, insulting, go to ATTSpent hours on the phone with them wasted a entire day for an install and they can’t seem to do the job. Very unsatisfied !!!
Great service. I made an appointment same day for an issue with my phone. Denzel was super helpful and took care of my mobile issue with no problems. The store is following mask guides so just be sure to have a face covering before entering.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rushed over to the new location on Rochester Rd south of Auburn from old, closed Adams and Walton location. We were both impressed and highly pleased with the service and assistance.

Much better customer service than using a phone chat. We were in and out in 15 minutes, and able to change/ update our plan, without any upselling or confusion
Its comcast so ... poor. Dealing with the phone reps and the store reps are two different worlds. One says one thing qnother says the other and they refuse to talk to one another. Honestly debating seitching to at&t fiber when it moves into my area next month this entire experience has scummy and fought with incompitence from the begining and after the 5th iteration if its not right this time I am done.
Charge you MORE the longer you are a customer. Internet providers are a scam. Looking forward to switching before the price changes.
Had to make an appointment to make any downgrades to service. Drove 30min, showed up a bit early. Instructed through their appoint. confirmation email to click to sign in and wait to be called. Did so. Waited 20min having heard nothing by text or email. Contrary to the instructions they dont contact you in your vehicle. The whole experience pretty much went downhill from there.If you set an appointment just walk in after you sign-in.
This store is great place to go for help. Especially Brandon N. and Trevor T.went above and behind to portal over my two cell phone phones when we change carrier to them. They try many things to get the phone to work. The problem was cause by the previous carrier I was leaving. I will go back to them again and again.

Super fast and efficient return and close of account
Needed to replace a motem and several tv boxes. Talked with Brittany, who was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. Left with all the devices we needed and some instructions with how to install them properly. Overall great experience

They are very rude, was waiting more than half hour they don’t even ask why we came while I started asking service to move new address he was telling you can go online get it.
Everyone was nice and that’s it, as far as good things go. I am a brand new customer, for 3 days now. I have had connection issues like no other. I have visited the store 3 times, got two modems and still have WIFI issues. They are now wanting to send a technician out as half of my devices are not connecting. Was told this service was the best, and it is far from that. I have received little to no help outside the store. It should not be this hard for me to get WIFI for my home. Will give it 4 more days to make a week and then if it still does not work, I will switch to another provider and buy myself out of this contract that never gave me what they promised. They are stealing from me at this point. I pay for there internet and they have yet to give it to me. What an awful experience it has been.
Johnice is spectacular.. very knowledgeable about all the phones and/or services, and I have some pretty complex situations and she is resolving them all. xfinity is lucky to have her represent their organization.

When I get time to drive over to the new location, parking is awful and getting back out on Auburn or Rochester is nearly impossible. CANT CALL STORE DIRECTLY. Ugh.

Cant get person on phone to talk to about about packages for cable etc. Their automated answering machine just asks stupid questions that dont help me at all. I guess ill call at&t or somebody for cable service

Waited over a hour for someone to answer the phone, got hung up on before I could even speak. Tried to call back to be put on hold again for 45 minutes. So much for trying to become a new customer!!!
