Guy told me they have to activate the phone for $20. Even though it had been activated before. I put the sim card back and phone started working just fine after approximately 10min. Sim had been out the phone for a month. Phone is working just fine glad I did not fall for it. And the employee seem nice. But the other guy maybe owner. O man he had attitude like he was Bill gates of Metro’s I just wanted ta laugh. Such a wasted time.

This Metro PCS is great. The employees are the best, is very knowledgeable about the products they sell very professional and patient with all the customers that were in and out and very courtesy. Google maps said they were open at 8am. I showed up at 9:30am and the lights were on but nobody there and the door was locked.

Came here at 7:45 on 4/29 and the lights were on but the doors were locked and no one there.

I went to this location off of Auburn road. Tim helped me out big time with my plan. I appreciate the great service and qualify I rexieved at this locaion. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Definitely recommend, was treated like family:)

These guys are awesome. They saved me a ton of money. I got 2 phones cases and tempered glass for such a low amount I recommend these two to everyone. They were both very pleasant helpful and made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely be back to work with them again.

Best and most helpful metro there is. Every employee Ive met there has been great. Never had a bad experience. I go there anytime I need anything. I went to another one the other day because it was closest to my work and they were not as friendly or helpful so I left and came here the next day because I knew theyd help me out...ended up leaving with a new plan and new phone for less than expected! There was some trouble where my phone wasnt receiving calls and I contacted them and they fixed it right away with patience and care. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Went into the Metro at 1603 E Auburn Rd Rochester Hills, Mi 48307. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I was told my phone was outdated and no longer available. That is not what I came into the store for! I wanted additional data! Then was insulted, by him (Eddie), that I had neen drinking. Absolutely, yes on a Sunday around 2pm clear and sunny, of course! I am a 57 year old woman, no little piss ant, is ever going to tell me what I can or cant do! I will never patronage this store.
